基于2007~2017年中国34家商业银行非平衡面板数据,实证检验了商业银行开展绿色信贷对其财务绩效的影响,并利用《中国绿色发展指数报告》提供的分省绿色发展指数,考察了绿色发展对绿色信贷与银行财务绩效关系的调节效应。结果表明:商业银行发放绿色信贷投放有助于改善其财务绩效,并且这种改善效应主要来自绿色信贷对银行生息资产收益率的提升作用;绿色发展水平能够增强银行投放绿色信贷的经济效益,并且这种增强效应主要与地方经济增长绿化度和地方政府对绿色发展的支持度有关。商业银行应积极开展绿色信贷业务;政府部门应加强和完善绿色信贷激励政策,以推动绿色金融与绿色经济协同发展。 相似文献

通过构建嵌入政府质量和科技创新因素的经济增长模型,利用中国30个省份2004~2017年的平衡面板数据,实证检验政府质量、科技创新对绿色GDP发展的影响。研究发现:中国绿色GDP存在显著的空间集聚性及明显的区域差异性。在经济权重矩阵影响下,不同地区的政府效率、市场化程度、公平程度和腐败程度对绿色GDP的影响不同,其中政府效率、公平程度能有效促进经济发展较好地区的绿色GDP增长,却会抑制比较落后地区绿色GDP的增长;市场化程度对大部分地区绿色GDP呈现促进作用;腐败程度对地区绿色GDP增长呈阻碍作用。科技创新对各地区绿色GDP均起到积极的促进作用。因此,提升绿色GDP发展水平不仅需要提高地方政府质量,为绿色GDP发展提供符合实际的政策指导意见,还需激活企业科技创新能力,为绿色GDP发展提供有力科技保障。 相似文献

We examine the willingness to pay (WTP) for green products in air travel. Green products in aviation are supplementary services, which are sold on top of the travel service (e.g. carbon offsets, organic on‐board food). We identify a set of potential green products in aviation and report the preferences for additional airline services of 811 Swiss air travellers using an adaptive choice‐based conjoint survey. We find that 20% of those passengers who are interested in purchasing supplementary services show a considerable WTP for green products. The green segment differs from the regular segment only in terms of behavioural features, not in terms of demographic or socio‐economic characteristics. This study aims at proposing to test a research model to gain a better understanding of the relationships among the dimensions of experiential quality, green experiential satisfaction, green alternative attractiveness, green service fairness, green variety-seeking, and green switching intentions. The study's findings are based on structural equation model analysis of a convenience sample of 650 attendees at the 13th International Green Building and Energy-Savings Exhibition 2016 in Chongqing, China. The results of this analysis contribute to the services marketing theory by providing additional insights into green switching intentions, the dimensions of experiential quality, green experiential satisfaction, green alternative attractiveness, green service fairness, and green novelty-seeking. We study HRM practice implementation in subsidiaries of multinational corporations (MNCs) and diverge from extant research by focusing on alignment, which we conceptualize as the degree to which subsidiary implementation of HRM practices corresponds with the subsidiary-specific transfer intentions of corporate headquarters. In explaining alignment we examine different aspects of the headquarters–subsidiary relationship, namely, the extent of formal control, interpersonal relationships and subsidiary strategic HRM capabilities. Based on a sample of 105 subsidiaries from 12 Nordic MNCs, the results highlight the importance of expatriates, trust and the strategic HRM capabilities of the subsidiary HR function. We conduct post hoc analyses to shed further light on (i) the relationship between our independent variables and the two separate components of alignment – corporate intentions and subsidiary implementation, and (ii) two different types of misalignment – excessive and insufficient. 相似文献

Using a sample of workers and managers employed by a hotel located in Southeastern People’s Republic of China, we investigated the relationship between various human resource management practices and the perceived organizational support (POS) experienced by the employees. We then investigated the effects of POS on employee satisfaction. Our data suggest that hiring practices, training, and compensation practices predict POS. These results are consistent with previous research. We also found that POS influences worker satisfaction and acts as a mediator between select HR practices and satisfaction. This study contributes to the literature by replicating Western-based findings with a Chinese sample and illustrating that the attitudes of Chinese employees can be influenced through the use of HR practices. 相似文献
