炼钢—精炼—连铸生产系统的计算机模拟分析

运用计算机模拟的方法，以宝钢为对象，对炼钢─—精炼─—连铸生产系统进行分析，并依据实际生产情况建立计算机模拟模型模拟，编制出相关程序。通过系统模拟，分析各种关键因素对生产计划执行过程的影响．提出编制连铸生产计划时应考虑的问题。     

SOFT BUDGET CONSTRAINT RECONSIDERED

This paper demonstrates that Kornai's original concept of the soft budget constraint (SBC) as a theoretical innovation in micro‐theory disguises income redistributions that are essentially macroeconomic relationships. The SBC also postulates a competitive market economy as the benchmark of hard budget constraint (HBC) and efficiency. A recent formal theory explains the SBC as a component of profit‐maximizing strategic behaviour. From this perspective, the SBC can be integrated into the new microeconomics, but it loses its specific institutional connotation and its macroeconomic dimension. The SBC is thus included in ubiquitous market‐type relationships, particularly complete (optimal) contractual arrangements.

在当下中国,"难办案件"表现为法律与人之常情相悖甚至激烈冲突的案件。从广受关注的许霆案入手,探讨法院面对难办案件时遭遇的尴尬困境,就此提出将常识理性引入司法这一观点。在阐释常识理性的内涵、界限及其理论沿革的同时,借鉴了许霆案可取的过程模式,最后从环境构建的角度,分析常识理性在司法裁判中起到良好作用所必不可少的要素。

对防止当前我国经济“硬着陆”的思考及对策

当前我国经济增长减速，有国际国内两方面的原因，但根本原因在于我国长期实行的“出口导向型”经济增长模式。我国面临的国内外经济环境使得“出口导向型”经济增长模式已难以为继，为了保持我国经济平稳较快增长，防止当前我国经济“硬着陆”，经济增长必须由“出口导向型”转向“扩大内需型”，着重于扩大消费需求；经济结构必须从以制造业为主转到以服务业为主。从财政、货币及收入政策等方面采取一系列相关措施，注重改善民生。     

西安古都史当在五千年以上——西安作为黄帝“铸铜(鼎)地”和“都邑”新探

《史记》中的"黄帝史观",在血缘、文化、"治统"和"关中文明一元论"四层含义上,把黄帝视为中华民族的唯一共同祖先,对维护中国统一和增强民族凝聚力具有积极意义,但在科学上也有偏误。《史记》关于"黄帝铸铜鼎于荆山"的记载,虽被镶嵌在黄帝史观背景上,未可全信,但荆山作为"黄帝铸铜地",却被考古所证实。《史记》在汉武帝"为鼎而狂"时,根据民间传说写下的这一笔,也是记录黄帝在西安荆山铸铜事件的信史。从《史记》其他记载看,作为黄帝"铸铜地"的西安,其实就是黄帝"都邑",故西安的古都城史应被提前至始于黄帝时期,至今当在五千年以上。     

Protein and the demand for hard wheats*

Wheat protein is one of the most important specifications used in domestic and import purchase contracts and is used partly as a proxy for functional quality. The purpose of this article is to analyse the demand for wheat delineated by protein class. A choice‐based econometric model is specified and estimated using a novel dataset of pooled wheat shipments to individual importing countries. Buyers are importing countries that make purchase decisions among different protein levels. The model frames the choice in terms of attributes of the choice and of the importing countries. Results indicate that there have been shifts over time, and purchase probabilities are highly price elastic and vary across importing regions. Functional characteristics including wet gluten content and extraction rates have significant impacts on purchase probabilities. These results have implications for breeders as it clearly illustrates the role of protein and functional characteristics on demand. The results also have implications for analysts modelling wheat trade in that there are many factors impacting market segments that would not be captured in conventional demand specifications.
