基于MATLAB提高Pt100测温系统响应速度的研究

通过对外加保护铜套的Pt100测温系统的实验研究,利用MATLAB建立了该系统对温度输入响应的数学模型,并通过合理增设串联相位超前校正网络提高了Pt100测温系统的响应速度。对于不同组成的Pt100测温系统,可选择不同的串联相位超前校正装置参数实现响应速度的提高。     

论经济一体化下的科技产业化立法

在全球经济一体化之下,中国科技产业化的发展,需要立足WTO规则,及时作出立法应对,迎接时代的挑战。科技产业化的发展,是产、学、研一体化的发展,要通过立法支持政府财政对非盈利性的科研院所的补贴,要在立法上加强对自主知识产权和商业秘密的保护。我国科技产业化的发展,需要反垄断立法的支持。WTO规则的扩展,包括环境保护议题,需要规则先行,完善立法,推进科技产业化的可持续发展。

根据低应变反射波法检测高强度预应力混凝土管桩(PHC)桩身完整性的原理,通过具体工程实例对低应变反射波检测PHC管桩有关问题进行了分析探讨。     

Natural and anthropogenic influences on the year-round temperature dynamics of air and water in Postojna show cave,Slovenia

Air and groundwater temperatures were measured in a rimstone pool in Postojna Cave, to advise evaluation of the impact of natural and anthropogenic influences related to heat being initially transmitted into cave air by visitors. Such heat can accumulate both in the rock mass and in water. Results show that attention must be paid to temperature changes of rimstone pool water rather than those of cave air, especially during the winter. Thanks to good ventilation deep inside the cave, short-term air temperature increases related to higher visitor numbers have not influenced flowstone precipitation or the cave fauna. However, this situation might change if winter visitor numbers increased greatly. This study does not support a suggested increase in winter visits (currently the tourism low-season) and reduction of summer visits (currently the tourism high-season).

本文以摩洛哥塔乌高速公路项目混凝土施工为例,对夏季高温季节混凝土施工采取了简易降温措施,并提供出混凝土温度预测公式。     

Profitability and Efficiency of High Nature Value Marginal Farming in England

The UK Brexit vote triggered a new wave of policy developments for a future outside the EU. In this context, we analyse the business performance of English hill and upland farms, characterised by marginal economic conditions but also high nature value (HNV). The analysis aims to help identify farm-level management and policy options for greater economic, environmental and social sustainability. Business performance is measured as technical efficiency and the occurrence and persistence of abnormal profits, estimated through stochastic frontier analysis and static and dynamic panel-data methods. The results help indicate rationales for recent trends including farm enlargement, farm family diversification, and agri-environment scheme entry. The single farm payment is found to be negatively associated with farm technical efficiency while agri-environmental subsidies were positively associated to short-term farm profitability. Farm adaptation and resilience during a period of likely turbulence in external circumstances is discussed in light of these findings, as well as potential parallels with marginal HNV areas across Europe.

以高职院校学生实践能力评测为研究对象,提出由学校、企业和社会共同构建的评测指标体系,阐述评测方法,使用数据库和面向对象开发技术,介绍系统设计和实施的主要步骤,并针对系统应用中存在的问题提出改进意见.     

ALLOWING FOR JUMP MEASUREMENTS IN VOLATILITY: A HIGH‐FREQUENCY FINANCIAL DATA ANALYSIS OF INDIVIDUAL STOCKS

Following recent advances in the non‐parametric realized volatility approach, we separately measure the discontinuous jump part of the quadratic variation process for individual stocks and incorporate it into heterogeneous autoregressive volatility models. We analyse the distributional properties of the jump measures vis‐à‐vis the corresponding realized volatility ones, and compare them to those of aggregate US market index series. We also demonstrate important gains in the forecasting accuracy of high‐frequency volatility models.
