The breakout of the pandemic COVID-19 has affected numerous countries and territories worldwide. As COVID-19 specific medicines yet to be invented, at present the treatment is case specific, hence identification and evaluation of different prevalent treatment options based on various criteria and attributes are very important not only from the point of view of present pandemic but also for futuristic pandemic preparedness. The present study focuses on identifying, evaluation and ranking of treatment options using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). In this regard, the existing literature, doctors and scientist were interviewed to know the current treatment options in vogue and the scale of their importance with respect to the criteria. The criteria taken are side effect, regime cost, treatment duration, plasma stability, plasma turnover, time of suppression, ease of application, drug-drug interaction, compliance, fever, pneumonia, intensive care, organ failure, macrophage activation syndrome, hemophagocytic syndrome, pregnancy, kidney problem, age. This study extended Hesitant Fuzzy Set (HFS) to Generalized Hesitant Fuzzy Sets (GHFS). Generalized Hesitant Pentagonal Fuzzy Number (GHPFN) is developed. The properties of GHPFN are demonstrated. Two types of GHPFN has been described. The GHPFN (2nd type) along with MCDM tool Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) has been applied to rank the treatment options. The result of the study ranked ‘Hydroxychloroquine’ as the first alternative followed by, ‘Plasma Exchange’, ‘Tocilizumab’, ‘Remdesivir’ and ‘Favipravir’. To check the robustness and steadiness of the proposed methodology, comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis has been conducted.  相似文献

由于信息不对称或者有些投资项目本身没有先例可循,企业投资项目存在很大风险.为了较全面地考察项目投资所面临的各种因素,作出合理的项目投资决策,采用多属性决策中确定属性权重的熵权法联合决策者对属性重要性认识的主观权重和用于排序比较的TOPSIS法,为企业投资项目的比选决策提供一种新的决策方法.该方法综合考虑了决策者的主观权重和投资项目各影响因素信息之间固有的客观权重、综合考虑了风险和收益的多方面因素对投资项目作出比选决策.最后举一项目投资比选实例加以说明.  相似文献

针对火力发电企业电煤供应商的特点,从成本因素、质量因素、到货因素三个方面,建立了由入厂标准煤单价、收到基恒容低位发热量、空气干燥基灰分、全水分、全硫、合格率、准时交货率、实收重量率8个指标构成的指标体系。采用了层次分析法确定的主观权重、熵权法确定客观权重,得到主观权重和客观权重相结合的组合权重,并使用TOPSIS模型对某火力发电企业的19个电煤供应商做出了评价和选择,对电煤供应商怎样提高竞争力以及火力发电企业对电煤供应商进行管理的重点内容提出了建议。  相似文献

军队引入第三方物流是实现后勤保障社会化的必然举措,文章针对军队第三方物流供应商的选择评价问题,首先建立了军队第三方物流供应商的综合评价指标体系,其次提出了基于TOPSIS法和灰色关联度法的模型,该模型具有一定的理论依据,对军队第三方物流供应商进行了分析和排序,并通过实例对模型的有效性和实用性进行了验证,取得了较为满意的结果,为军队第三方物流供应商决策的科学性与准确性提供了一个新的思路。  相似文献

本文从经济、基础设施、基本公共服务三个方面入手,利用TOPSIS法对深圳市六区的居民生活质量进行比较分析。结果表明,原特区内四区居民生活质量显著优胜于原特区外二区,且其内部之间也存在一定差距;经济水平差异并非评价居民生活质量优劣的唯一因素,基础设施的建设、基本公共服务的推进也不可或缺;各区应根据目前发展现状,以优势带动不足,最终达到改善居民生活质量、实现市域均衡发展的目标。  相似文献

党的"十七大"报告提出要"提高国家文化软实力",十七届六中全会也指出要加快文化体制改革。由此可见,文化软实力的发展将是我党今后一个时期的工作重点。本文通过熵值法与TOPSIS法建立了我国文化软实力的多指标综合评价体系,选取了文化传统、文化教育、文化传播、文化营销、文化发展5个一级指标,并下设了13个二级指标、30个评价指标。由最后的TOPSIS得分表中数据分析可知,广东省、浙江省、山东省、江苏省的文化软实力在我国31个省市中名列前茅。  相似文献

Abstract

This paper uses institutional theory to highlight different patterns of cross-sector collaboration from the perspective of social enterprises. Specifically, it explores how and why social enterprises interact with mainstream businesses and to what extent their collaboration patterns reflect a vision of how their social mission should be implemented and institutionalized. The empirical analysis is derived from a qualitative study of ‘fair trade’ – a hybrid model created by social enterprises and using market mechanisms to support small-scale producers in developing countries and to advocate for changes in international trading practices. The findings highlight three strategies used by fair trade social enterprises to manage their interactions with mainstream businesses: sector solidarity, selective engagement, and active appropriation. This paper suggests that each strategy is motivated by a different vision of how best to articulate the social mission of fair trade via specific types of collaborations. It also notes how each vision has a distinct pattern of institutionalization at the field level. This paper adds to the emergent literatures on social enterprise and social entrepreneurship, fair trade, cross-sector collaboration and hybrid organizing.  相似文献

This article presents a hybrid wireless network integration scheme in cloud services-based enterprise information systems (EISs). With the emerging hybrid wireless networks and cloud computing technologies, it is necessary to develop a scheme that can seamlessly integrate these new technologies into existing EISs. By combining the hybrid wireless networks and computing in EIS, a new framework is proposed, which includes frontend layer, middle layer and backend layers connected to IP EISs. Based on a collaborative architecture, cloud services management framework and process diagram are presented. As a key feature, the proposed approach integrates access control functionalities within the hybrid framework that provide users with filtered views on available cloud services based on cloud service access requirements and user security credentials. In future work, we will implement the proposed framework over SwanMesh platform by integrating the UPnP standard into an enterprise information system.  相似文献

We introduce this special issue by addressing seven key challenges associated with managing hybrid human-automated service systems. These consist of the following:
  • 1 What strategic and tactical issues arise when managing hybrid service systems?
  • 2 How should the core “value proposition” be set?
  • 3 What special considerations arise in the design and implementation phases?
  • 4 How can service delivery be managed to identify systemic problems and to address service breakdowns?
  • 5 How can communications with clients improve the functioning of service systems?
  • 6 What performance measures should be used to monitor process, outputs, client perceptions, and financial outcomes?
  • 7 How can we coordinate the various interdisciplinary activities needed to address the previous six issues?
We consider these challenges after first characterizing the historical evolution of service delivery, reviewing some of the literature in the administrative sciences, and proposing a conceptual framework. Copyright © 2009 ASAC. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
