长三角城市群城镇化的快速推进带来经济效益的同时,生态文明建设相对滞后的矛盾日益凸显,生态效率的研究对于协调城镇化发展与生态文明建设的意义重大。基于2003-2017年长三角26市的面板数据,以改进的熵权TOPSIS计算新型城镇化水平,通过随机前沿模型量化生态效率,运用空间混合模型分析其与新型城镇化的关系及影响因素,结果表明:①长三角城市群的生态效率保持稳定的增长趋势,生态效率较低的城市拥有更大的提升空间。②较高生态效率的城市分布格局呈"Z"型集聚,长三角城市群已由中等效率主导阶段向较高效率主导阶段转变。③长三角各省市均达到新型城镇化与生态效率二次关系的拐点值,另外,提高能源利用率、合理引入外商投资、以技术推动经济转型能有效提高生态效率。  相似文献

基于输入端的行业距离构造并利用自然条件、人力资源、物质资本、科技、经济结构和制度6大类共23种要素禀赋结构提出一种行业的"距离"度量。根据该度量绘制了行业的空间分布图,计算了10个低价值行业升级至3个高价值行业的最短路径。研究发现,资源型行业升级至高价值行业要经历更多的轮次,有时甚至缺乏升级至高价值行业的路径。有些中间行业如饮料制造业则始终出现在低价值行业升级至高价值行业的升级路径中,中西部省份产业升级路径选择若能趋近这些行业,产业升级将更为便利。  相似文献

In this article we study coherent risk measures in general economic models where the set of financial positions is an ordered Banach space EE and the safe asset an order unit x0x0 of EE. First we study some properties of risk measures. We show that the set of normalized (with respect to x0x0) price systems is weak star compact and by using this result we prove a maximum attainment representation theorem which improves the one of Jaschke and Küchler (2001). Also we study how a risk measure changes under different safe assets and we show a kind of equivalence between these risk measures. In the sequel we study subspaces of EE consisting of financial positions of risk greater or equal to zero and we call these subspaces unsure. We find some criteria and we give examples of these subspaces. In the last section, we combine the unsure subspaces with the theory of price-bubbles of Gilles and LeRoy (1992).  相似文献

The desire to create innovative organizational spaces has led to various instantiations of innovation ecosystems. Towards this direction, there is a growing interest in establishing corporate innovation ecosystems in the form of ‘corporate coworking spaces’ (CWS). From a relational ontological standpoint, this study builds on the collaborative spaces literature with the aim to investigate the emerging dynamics between corporates and start-ups in an innovation ecosystem. Through an abductive research strategy (ARS) as well as service design methods, we explore how co-creation between corporates and start-ups emerges (or not) in an innovation ecosystem that serves as a collaborative space in Denmark. Our empirical findings challenge the mostly overenthusiastic connotations and thus the study contributes to the critical coworking research stream. More specifically, we give emphasis on the co-constructive entanglement of socio-spatial arrangements and we propose a framework for revisiting the design of CWS through 1) balancing the engineered and evolving parts of the ecosystem, 2) facilitating stakeholder alignment, 3) adopting a service-oriented approach and 4) developing inclusive strategies. Apart from the implications for scholars and practitioners who study and design CWS, we argue that future research would especially benefit from building on a service-oriented approach of innovation ecosystems and we call for more interdisciplinary research.  相似文献

Since the end of apartheid, the growth of the real estate market in the historically disadvantaged residential areas of South African cities has been quite remarkable. Transactions in this property market, which can take on several forms of exchange of ownership or occupation, in many respects defy de Soto's definition of dead capital. Yet, despite this booming market, large parts of these residential areas are still regarded by local government as having no capital value. Although the titling of properties cannot be regarded as the only or even the main immediate solution to alleviating poverty within these communities, it certainly presents a real and immediate potential opportunity to many of them. This paper attempts to determine the potential size of this market. It starts with perspectives on land values, the property market and the titling of informal properties and examines different methods used in the evaluation of properties both in the formal and informal residential sectors. Drawing on empirical literature and research findings, the paper makes an attempt at establishing the form and value of what is regarded as the degree of undervaluation of real estate capital by the local authority.  相似文献

为了提高双选择性衰落信道下滤波多音(FMT)多载波系统的性能,从子载波调制角度出发,提出了一种连续相位调制-滤波多音(CPM-FMT)联合调制方法。该方法首先将比特数据流串并转换后进行CPM映射,接着对映射后的信号进行重组,然后进行FMT调制。在接收端首先将接收的信号进行FMT解调并进行逆重组,然后进行CPM解映射恢复出比特数据流。实验结果表明,CPM-FMT联合调制方法优于传统调制的QPSK-FMT方法,在误码率为10-3时,白噪声信道下性能最大提高了10 dB,时间频率双选择性衰落信道下性能提高了5 dB,同时该方法对多谱勒频偏具有良好的稳健性。这表明CPM-FMT方法能显著提高FMT系统在双选择性衰落信道下的性能,可应用于高速移动环境下的宽带无线传输系统。  相似文献

从市场经济理论与实践看,把发展混合所有制经济理解为建立资本混合型企业是概念上的张冠李戴,以为通过行政手段把私有资本混入国企就是发展混合所有制经济是荒诞不经的。而西方资本联合作为一个企业的(资本)组织、运作形式之一也与这种行政手段催生的资本混合型企业有本质区别。同时,任何一个企业的组织形式都必须与企业性质和根本目的保持高度一致,社会主义如此,资本主义也如此。中国国企代表全体人民的最根本利益,目的是实现这个利益的最大化。私企则是以私有资本及其所有者的利益最大化为根本目的。任何通过行政手段把私有资本直接混入国企股权资本的做法既是对国企性质、目的的背离,也是对市场经济规律的背离。  相似文献

Vacant technology forecasting (VTF) is a technology forecasting approach to find technological needs for given industrial field in the future. It is important to know the future trend of developing technology for the R&D planning of a company and a country. In this paper, we propose a new Bayesian model for patent clustering. This is a VTF methodology based on patent data analysis. Our method is composed of Bayesian learning and ensemble method to construct the VTF model. To illustrate the practical way of the proposed methodology, we perform a case study of given technology domain using retrieved patent documents from patent databases in the world.  相似文献
