综合英语教学中教师的职责

培养学生运用所学语言,流利得体地进行跨文化交际的能力是外语教学的最终目标.本文从明确教学目的、情感交流、教学方法和文化导入方面入手,分析了综合英语教学中教师的作用和职责.     

Implied integrated variance and hedging

If the volatility is stochastic, stock price returns and European option prices depend on the time average of the variance, i.e. the integrated variance, not on the path of the volatility. Applying a Bayesian statistical approach, we compute a forward-looking estimate of this variance, an option-implied integrated variance. Simultaneously, we obtain estimates of the correlation coefficient between stock price and volatility shocks, and of the parameters of the volatility process. Due to the convexity of the Black–Scholes formula with respect to the volatility, pricing and hedging with Black–Scholes-type formulas and the implied volatility often lead to inaccuracies if the volatility is stochastic. Theoretically, this problem can be avoided by using Hull–White-type option pricing and hedging formulas and the integrated variance. We use the implied integrated variance and Hull–White-type formulas to hedge European options and certain volatility derivatives.     

筏基施工的质量检测方法及存在的问题分析

阐述了河南油田某3幢小高层筏基施工的质量检测方法及其标准与依据。指出了该建筑的筏基使用水泥、同条件养护砼试块等的主要检测内容及检测结果。在影响砼强度的诸多因素中,水灰比过大或过小是对混凝土强度降低的主要影响因素。并针对存在的问题探讨了有关的应对措施．     

高压禁油数字压力计检定方法的探讨

阐述了在检定数字压力计时遇到的一种高压禁油数字压力计,这种压力计准确度高（±0．1％）、测量范围大（0—10MPa）,在检定时必须禁止和任何有油物质接触。现用常规检定标准器有数字压力发生器（准确度±0．01％,测量范围-0．1～314MPa）和一等活塞式压力计（准确度±0．02％,测量范围0～60MPa）两种。一等活塞式压力计使用的工作介质是蓖麻油,是检定二等活塞式压力计专用的标准器,受地区重力加速度的影响输出的压力值也不是整数,所有标准器都不能满足这种数字压力计的检定条件,而建立一套满足该检定条件的标准装置投资成本较高。通过实验、研究、分析,摸索出一种用一等活塞式压力计检定这种高压禁油数字压力计的方法。     

铅盐生产企业周围环境中铅污染状况及防治方法

通过对铅盐生产企业周围生态环境的调查,发现这些企业周围的土壤、大气、水、底质等环境均受到不同程度的污染,卫生防护距离也达不到环保要求,周围居民生活环境受到威胁.针对污染的特征,提出了铅盐生产企业周围环境中铅污染防治方法.     

Spillovers in Exchange Rates and the Effects of Global Shocks on Emerging Market Currencies

This paper provides an investigation into the spillover effects of exchange rate returns and volatility for developed and emerging market currencies, using data from 1997 to 2011. The results suggest that spillovers in exchange rate returns have increased steadily over time, in moderate reaction to economic events. In contrast, spillovers in total observed volatility (measured by squared returns) react more strongly to economic events, and this transmission has remained at a relatively high level since the global financial crisis. Furthermore, over the course of time, global shocks would appear to account for a larger proportion of aggregate exchange rate volatility (and the relative importance of domestic shocks has declined). The paper also considers whether the increase in volatility spillover is due to sudden shocks, or whether it is due to changes in the stochastic trend of the underlying volatility process. The results suggests that in most cases, this increase is due to sudden shocks, however, in certain instances country‐specific events may perpetuate changes to the trend of the underlying volatility spillover.     

谈山区农机信息化建设

随着传统农业向现代农业转变,农业机械信息化已成为影响农民参与市场竞争,决定农民收入的重要因素.山区因为其独特的地理条件,农机信息化的建设受到制约.根据山区农机信息化建设的必要性和山区农机信息化建设现状及普遍存在的问题,应采取的对策与措施是:转变观念,深化认识,加强领导;加强建设,推动农机信息化进程;加强对信息的采集、加工和发布工作,在信息的实效性、有效性上有所突破;明确信息服务对象,提高信息服务质量.     

基于IAHP的流程重组预警指标体系设计

根据业务流程重组预警的实际需要,结合业务流程重组评价指标,构建了涵盖流程效率、资源利用率、流程成本及顾客满意度四个方面的业务流程重组预警的指标体系。最后用改进的层次分析法(IAHP法),对该指标体系进行了评价,得出了各指标对业务流程重组影响的权重。     

高职院校职业道德教育方式研究

中国的职业道德教育方式与西方发达国家相比较为滞后。为培养高素质的劳动者,高职院校应该本着以人为本,讲求实用的原则,努力深化对职业道德教育的理解,不断探索内化的,系统的职业道德教育方式。     

利用FDI促进我国自主创新的思路探讨

改革开放以来的30年时间里，外资经济已成为我国经济的一个重要组成部分，它为推动我国的经济发展做出了十分重要的贡献。然而。“利用FDI”与“自主创新”之间究竞存在怎样的关系，一直是学术界争论的焦点。文章从我国利用FDI的现状入手，分析了利用FDI对我国自主创新的影响，得出事实上利用FDI与自主创新之间并不矛盾的结论，并剖析出当前制约我国利用FDI提高自主创新能力的因素，进而提出我国应当如何提高FDI利用率来促进自主创新的思路。
