影响高职院校招生因素及其改进措施研究

基于2006-2010年济南统计年鉴,对驻济17所高职院校的相关信息进行相关的数据处理,分析影响高职院校发展的因素及各因素的影响力度。认为市生产总值、财政支出、高职院校在校生数、高职院校教师人数及城市家庭平均可支配收入、农村家庭平均可支配收入这些影响招生的因素对高职院校的发展发挥着重要作用,应予以足够重视并细致分析,以促进高职院校的长远、健康发展。     

高校公共选修课程建设的现状与改进措施——以宝鸡文理学院为例

目前,全国各个高校中基本都开设了多门面向全校的公共选修课程,要求学生在校期间,必须修读一定量的公共选修课并获得规定学分。我院自2002年开设公共选修课至今,在运行和管理的过程中还存在一些问题。本文介绍了目前我院开设公共选修课的现状及近年来在此类课程教学管理工作中的积极探索,以期为提高公共选修课质量提供现实思考。     

我国耕地“非粮化”整治成效、困难、问题及对策建议

目的 文章基于当前耕地“非粮化”整治工作情况,分析整治成效、面临困难与存在问题,提出耕地“非粮化”整治优化方略,推动耕地“非粮化”整治工作稳妥有序进行。方法 文章主要采取文献分析和政策文件解读方法。结果 （1）国家出台了一系列防止耕地“非粮化”政策,各地启动耕地“非粮化”整治行动,有效抑制耕地“非粮化”,扭转耕地面积大幅减少的局面。（2）耕地“非粮化”整治也面临一些困难,出现急于求成,一刀切等问题,经济损失大,矛盾激化;部分地区缺乏系统性,效果不理想;给农民增收与农业增效带来负面影响;一些地方耕地种植管控行为与国家相关政策法规存在一定的冲突。（3）为推动耕地“非粮化”整治工作稳妥有序进行,建议采取将“耕地非粮化整治”明确为“基本农田非粮化整治”、优化基本农田划分方案,实现“基本农田”名符其实,充分考虑农民群众的切实利益,稳妥有序整改,切忌简单粗暴一砍了之等6项应对措施。结论 我国耕地“非粮化”整治成效显著,但面临的困难与存在的问题也很突出,应进一步优化耕地“非粮化”整治策略。     

Fixed-rent contracts and investment incentives. A comparative analysis of English tenant right

This article stresses that tenants are more motivated to improve the holding when they have formal property rights over their improvements. In this case, however, their rights over the improvements usually come into conflict with the landlords' rights over the land. Through a comparison with what happened elsewhere in Europe, the article analyses the attempts to delineate and ensure both rights in nineteenth-century England. No wholly satisfactory solution was found to the problem and the article concludes that this is one of the reasons explaining the poor performance of English agriculture in the early twentieth century.     

浅析建筑施工项目成本控制

我国建筑施工企业推行施工项目管理尚处于初级阶段,施工项目成本管理的方法还很不完善,施工项目成本控制存在着诸多问题,极大地阻碍了建筑施工企业的发展。笔者就当前建筑施工项目控制中存在的一些问题己改进措施谈一点粗浅的看法。     

论建筑工程施工组织设计存在的问题及改进措施

建筑工程施工设计是一个建筑工程从投标到最后完成的必要保障,随着近年来经济的不断发展,原有的建筑工程施工计划理论已经不能够完全适应当前的施工建设,并在施工建设中暴露出许多问题,本文就这些问题的危害以及改进措施提几点意见。从而使建筑工程施工组织设计发挥其真正的主导作用,达到社会效益与经济效益双重丰收的局面。     

高速公路限速标准与整治措施

文中阐述了高速公路速度限制标准的影响因素,结合实例研究了高速公路限速方法。提出了适合我国的高速公路最高限速标准和最低限速标准,并推荐在我国高速公路限速管理中应采用可行性较高、效果较好的分车型限速方法。探讨了不同速度控制措施的设置条件及速度控制效果;在对几种主要速度控制措施使用效果分析的基础上,提出了相应的速度控制措施设计方案。     

Value‐Chains in the Andes: Upgrading for Ecuador's Blackberry Producers

We apply a value chain approach to examine how blackberry producers in Ecuador can improve production and marketing practices to obtain more favorable prices. Results show that general upgrading actions are associated with improved producer prices, and specific activities, such as seeking information from reputable sources can lead to substantial welfare improvements. The paper goes beyond most value chain studies which treat participation in a ‘modern’ value chain as a discrete state. Ecuador's blackberry industry is evolving incrementally with no clearly discernible ‘modern’ market chains. Instead, producers incrementally make improvements in multiple dimensions. Relatively low‐cost practices, many of which do not imply substantial risk or investment, are associated with price improvements. Obstacles to participation in incremental value chain upgrading activities are not insurmountable. In particular, scale of production is not a limiting factor: small‐scale producers are not precluded from adopting improved practices and they do not suffer in terms of price received.     

Corporate Environmental Initiatives in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Their Outcomes: A Longitudinal Study

The impact from corporate business activities on the natural environment and society at large has been in focus for quite some time. The focus has often been on corporate environmental sustainability initiatives reflecting industry's response to concerns expressed by key stakeholders as well as the potential influence on the bottom line and the competitive situation. Much less investigated is the extent to which management itself perceives that corporate environmental initiatives actually lead to positive results. This is the very focus of this research, which is based on data collected by identical surveys of industrial companies in Denmark over a number of years. The results indicate a slightly increasing involvement over time, but also that the level of results achieved is lower than the level of initiatives taken. That is, the reactive attitude reported previously still seems to be prevailing. The results also seem to indicate that the size of the company may have a negative influence in some situations, since smaller companies seems to be better at achieving results compared with medium sized companies.
