基于校企合作模式的高职院校软件技术专业实训基地建设探索

分析了目前软件技术专业实训基地建设的必要性,提出了校企合作下的高职院校软件技术专业校内、校外实训基地建设、管理、运行模式和成效,探讨了建立校企合作实训基地要考虑和解决的问题。     

An Investigation of the Relation between Cooperation Intensity and the Innovative Success of German Regions

Abstract

Concepts like regional innovation systems, innovative milieu and learning regions emphasise the positive contribution of intra-regional cooperation to firms’ innovation performance. This claim is, however, primarily backed by qualitative evidence, as few studies test this issue with quantitative approaches. Using data on co-application and co-invention of patents for 270 German labour market regions, this study shows that cooperation intensity and regions’ innovation efficiency are empirically associated in a negative way. This particularly concerns missing or very extensive inter-regional cooperation. In contrast, medium intensities of regional cooperation have rather positive effects.

珠江三角洲地区港口竞争与合作研究

一段时期以来,关于我国沿海港口是否存在过度建设和竞争过于激烈的讨论令人关注,特别是在长江三角洲和珠江三角洲两个港口群密集地区.作者选取了珠江三角洲地区的港口作为研究对象.文章从是否属于区域性港口的角度,分析了各港口运量增长、航线分布、内外贸定位、服务与运作效率,以及港口供给能力与需求的差距等方面.研究结果表明,珠江三角洲地区大小港口职能分工相对明确,在珠江三角洲经济强劲增长的推动下,港口之间的合作大于竞争.

校行企三方合作共建就业实习基地——提高高职学生就业实习质量的创新举措

为提高高职学生就业实习质量,文章创新提出“校行企三方合作”共建就业实习基地的人才培养模式,采取建设专兼结合的教学团队、构建基于工作过程的课程体系、建设多功能生产性就业实习基地、开展就业实习教育及建立健全就业实习的法律法规等措施来提高学生的就业质量。     

高等职业教育校企合作的现代学徒制人才培养模式

我国的高等职业教育是为社会培养人才重要的场所,应该坚持校企合作和工学结合的教育方针。但是在实际的实施中合作层次比较浅,缺乏一定的管理机制,合作方在各个方面表现得不够积极。因此,我们应该针对这些问题作出一些新的尝试和改变。要吸取校企合作中现代学徒制的成功经验,结合高等职业教育实际情况,找到校企合作的现代学徒制人才培养模式。     

Relief aid stocking decisions under bilateral agency cooperation

We aim to quantify the benefits of cooperation between humanitarian relief agencies in terms of stocking decisions. We consider two agencies that stock the same type of relief item at different locations prone to individual disaster risks and agree to transship the shortage amount from available stocks in case of a disaster. We incorporate the disaster risk to the Newsvendor model by conditioning the stock quantity decisions on the event that a major disaster occurs within the lifetime of the stocked relief item. We optimize the stock quantity for each agency in response to the other's quantity and compute a Nash Equilibrium solution numerically. We apply this game theoretic approach to the case of earthquake preparedness in Istanbul to optimize the stocking decisions of an agency for shelter units in cooperation with another agency. We investigate the characteristics of the solutions under various parameter settings and identify cases in which cooperation may be beneficial to one or both of the agencies.     

External cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation in industrial clusters

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between external cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation (EO). This relationship is explored in cluster environment, wherein entrepreneurial organizations compete and cooperate simultaneously to pursue opportunities. The following hypothesis is tested: External cooperation is positively correlated with entrepreneurial orientation. The hypothesis is tested with a correlation analysis on a sample of 77 small-sized enterprises operating in the Malopolska region in Poland, wherein several clusters are active. Additionally, the regression analysis is conducted to examine the associations between inter-organizational cooperation and EO dimensions. The findings confirm that external cooperation is positively correlated with EO. This observation is confronted with a pro-competitive approach that is a constitutional element of the entrepreneurship concept. Moreover, the findings show that the correlation between external cooperation and a firm’s performance is stronger than between some other EO dimensions and performance. Additionally, the findings show the important role of relationships between organizations and their clients. In the paper, several remarks for development of the theory are discussed, including the need for incorporating inter-organizational cooperation into a set of entrepreneurial traits and reflecting it in entrepreneurial orientation scales. The findings confirm the importance of that direction of theory development that focuses on inter-organizational collaboration in the context of entrepreneurship.     

高校物流实验室建设与校企合作基地双向互动性研究

随着物流行业的不断发展,各物流企业对物流人才梯队培养的重视力度不断加大,人才需求不断迫切。同时,培养大学生群体的职业素质,提高其实践技能,这是高等教育的一项重要培养目标。通过对高等院校设立实验室和企业实践基地人才培养模式的剖析,比较二者在教学内容、教学效果方面的差异,对提升高等院校实践教学水平提出几点建议。
