中国区域产业结构趋同问题实证分析

通过从霍夫曼系数、相似系数、区位商等诸多指标进行实证分析后发现 ,中国的区域产业结构趋同问题实际上是特定阶段的产物 ,是对改革开放前重工业化超前发展的工业化道路和区域平衡发展战略的补偿性调整 ,而市场的力量逐渐扭转了区域产业结构趋同的状况 ,推动中国的产业结构逐渐走向协调 ,促进区域分工体系的建立和完善     

中国金融产业集聚与地区工业化——基于2002年—2010年省际面板数据的分析

金融产业集聚在地区工业化进程中发挥着非常重要的作用。通过区位商法的分析发现,我国东、中、西部地区金融产业的集聚程度有着较大差距,其中东部地区集聚度较高,而中西部地区则集聚度较低。面板数据的计量检验结果表明,金融产业空间集聚的差异对我国三大不同地区工业化产生了不同影响。总体而言,银行业集聚对工业化的影响作用最大,而证券和保险业集聚作用则较小,而对于不同地区、不同省份以及不同时期来说,这一作用也存在着差异。因此,可以通过调整金融业的空间集聚格局来促进工业化的发展。     

基于PSO算法的股权拍卖机制设计及仿真分析

运用PSO群体智能算法模拟信息交互条件下外部投资者报价决策的学习机制和演化规律,在此基础上设计了实现风险投资退出的股权拍卖机制。Netlog仿真结果表明,所设计的股权拍卖机制能在一定程度上揭示股权的真实价值,并降低竞买人和卖方之间的信息不对称程度。进一步的仿真分析结果表明:适当的激励力度对外部投资者的投标报价具有显著影响;引入更多的竞买人能产生更有利于风险投资家的拍卖结果;即使外部投资者过于强化单一的学习能力,最终也可得到相对理想的拍卖结果,从而证明了所设计的股权拍卖机制具有广泛的适用性。     

Ecosystem impacts of pesticide reductions through Bt cotton adoption

This article examines the ecosystem impacts of transgenic Bt cotton technology resulting from reduced chemical pesticide use. Employing unique panel data from smallholder farmers in India, negative environmental and health effects of pesticide use are quantified with the environmental impact quotient (EIQ), with and without Bt technology. An environmentally sensitive dynamic production function is estimated, treating the environmental risk of pesticide toxicity as an undesirable output in the production process. Negative externalities are significantly lower in Bt than in conventional cotton. The reduction in EIQ through Bt technology adoption has increased from 39 per cent during 2002–2004 to 68 per cent during 2006–2008. Bt adoption has also contributed to higher environmental efficiency. Environmental efficiency is influenced by the quality of Bt technology: high‐quality Bt seeds are associated with higher environmental efficiency than lower‐quality seeds.     

Customer Interaction Management Capabilities on the Micro-Retail Fashion in Indonesia

This article aims to investigate and examine Customer Interaction Management Capabilities (CIMaC) as mediator in the relation of Market Intelligence Quality (MIQ) and Customer-Centric Commitment (CCC) with New Product Performance (NPP). A Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to test the empirical research design, using the data retrieved from micro-retail owners in Central Java, Indonesia. A Confirmatory Factor Model is used to test the multi-dimensionality of a theoretical construct (construct validity test). The findings show that only MIQ influences NPP, while CCC does not. However, CIMaC genuinely mediate the relationship between MIQ and CCC with NPP. By investigating the literature of various market learning, CRM, NPD, and entrepreneurship, this study offers a unique analysis about the market intelligence quality, customer-centric commitment and its impacts on customer interaction management capability, and the new product performance. Conceptual discussion and empiric results explore the previous research about market orientation culture on micro businesses.     

煤矿地震数据动态解释软件设计与开发

为了提高煤田地震勘探的精度,提出了煤矿地震数据动态解释的思路,并通过Qt编程开发了地震资料动态解释软件系统.该系统包括矿井多元数据综合管理、三维地震资料解释、解释成果编辑、三维可视化分析与地震地质成果输出等功能.工程应用表明该软件能够把煤矿三维地震勘探获得的静态勘探成果与矿井生产过程中所获得的各类地质信息相互融合,实现地震资料动态解释,实时更新地震资料解释成果,为煤矿安全高效开采提供了地质保障.     

试论"三言"、"二拍"中的商业智慧

Employee performance outcomes and burnout following the presentation-of-self in customer-service contexts

This study examines how emotional intelligence and occupational commitment have a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional labour and its potential outcomes. Two acting strategies reflect emotional labour, namely surface and deep acting, with burnout and performance as the prospective outcomes. Burnout is operationalized into emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal achievement; whereas performance is operationalized into task performance and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The study investigates employee responses from several tourism and hospitality organizations in Florida, USA. The results show that emotional labour relates most positively to task performance and to burnout in the case of surface acting. Tests of moderation show that occupational commitment enhances performance outcomes by facilitating emotional labour strategies, and the prevalence of higher emotional intelligence amongst employees reduces burnout. These findings contribute to the literature on emotional labour by incorporating emotional intelligence and occupational commitment as moderators and by incorporating OCBs within performance analyses.     

基于情商教育的创新型财经类大学生人才培养机制分析

通过从情商视角分析我国财经类大学生创新能力培养存在的问题,认为根据财经类大学生情商和创新能力的特点,应当充分考虑情商对创新能力的关联性和推动作用,构建合理的创新型财经类大学生人才培养机制,提高该类大学生内在、自发和有效的创新能力。     

Organizational Cultural Intelligence: A Competitive Capability for Strategic Alliances in the International Construction Industry

Cultural intelligence (CQ) on the organizational level is an organization's capacity to reconfigure its capability to function and manage effectively in culturally diverse environments and to gain and sustain its competitive advantages. This study aims to present a model, examining how organizational CQ through competitiveness framework might potentially affect the strategic alliancing ability of contracting firms operating abroad. The research involves a questionnaire survey conducted with the contracting firms. The research findings support the contracting firms leveraging their cultural intelligence as their main cross‐cultural competence for establishing and increasing the performance of international strategic alliances.
