美国金融业对外直接投资流向的实证分析

美国1995年～2000年金融业对外直接投资流向分布极不均衡,对投资流向分布进行统计分析发现,非金融领域直接投资、1994年金融业对外直接投资存量、双边贸易量、东道国经济金融发展水平是金融业对外直接投资的主要决定因素,证明了邓宁国际生产折衷主义理论对金融业对外直接投资的解释力。据此简要分析美国对中国金融领域直接投资现状,并分析了今后发展趋势。     

A Model of the Representation of Interests in a Compound Democracy

This paper provides a model of democratic government as a compound of independent elective and non elective centers of power that compete in fostering the demands of voters and of interest groups. The analysis describes how interests of voters and of pressure groups are represented and under what conditions the compound democracy is more responsive to voters' or to interest groups' demands. These conditions are shown to depend on the center of power's relative opportunity costs at serving a plurality of interests and on the severeness of informational asymmetries between voters and interest groups.     

2017年北京社区卫生服务中心处方集中点评结果

目的汇总分析北京市16个区县近100家社区卫生服务中心处方抽样点评的结果,比较各区之间的差异,细化点评结果,促进全市合理用药。方法抽取2017年6月第2周,全门诊不包括草药处方,共计50189张处方,进行精细化集中点评。结果2017年北京16个区县社区卫生服务中心平均处方金额为160.07元,注射剂使用率为5.56%,全部基本药物占比为68.29%,处方的不合理率为8.8%。结论对于北京市社区卫生服务中心门诊处方集中点评最应改进的为统一点评标准,其次还应完善处方管理,强化药剂师自身的业务学习.     

基于共拣网络的货位优化方法

将社会网络和社区发现的思想引入物流中心仓库货位的优化。首先建立描述货物之间被共同拣选情况的自组织共拣网络;然后通过社区发现算法从共拣网络中识别那些在一次作业中可能会同时拣选的货物构成共拣品族:最后按共拣品族就近摆放的原则优化货位并将拣选频率较高的共拣品族置于距出货口较近的位置。     

基于客户价值的配送企业价值链分析与重组

指出了传统价值链思想的局限性，从企业获得持续竞争优势出发，提出了基于顾客价值的价值链分析方法，并将其应用到配送企业价值链重组中，分析了虚拟配送企业价值链的特点，并对虚拟配送企业提高客户价值的方法进行了讨论。     

配送计划的优化编制方法

讨论了在时间、距离和载重量等多种约束条件下，编制配送计划的优化方法。先给出配送问题的数学模型，并设计了一个带时间和距离约束条件的启发式算法来求解该模型，求得问题的近似解；然后再采用分枝定界法得到配送问题的最优解：最后，考查近似解与最优解在总的运行距离的相对误差，以此检验这个近似解的有效性。     

Evolution of trade patterns in the new EU member states

The paper analyses the evolution of the trade specialization pattern in the new EU member states. Relying on the empirical approach of the Markov transition matrices it analyses both the changes in the external shape of the distribution of comparative advantages and the intra‐distribution dynamics. The new members show a dynamic trade pattern: they gained comparative advantages relatively fast in sectors in which they were lagging behind at the beginning of the transition, notably in some ‘high tech’ products. In addition, many specialization improvements occurred in those items for which world demand expanded at the fastest rate over the nineties.

建立了生鲜加工配送中心选址连续模型，在引入监控算子的基础上，运用改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解。该模型和改进的遗传算法可有效的解决生鲜加工配送中心的选址问题。
