知识经济与智力劳动者

知识经济社会的出现是智力劳动和智力劳动者产生的社会历史根源。智力劳动具有极强的资源性、创新性、独立性和全面性 ,它的产生机制是科学技术和社会的全面进步 ,特别是社会科学化、全民教育化发展的结果。随着知识经济的发展 ,智力劳动必然对传统的劳动创造价值理论提出新的问题。     

Flexibility in the gig economy: managing time on three online piecework platforms

Gig economy platforms seem to provide extreme temporal flexibility to workers, giving them full control over how to spend each hour and minute of the day. What constraints do workers face when attempting to exercise this flexibility? We use 30 worker interviews and other data to compare three online piecework platforms with different histories and worker demographics: Mechanical Turk, MobileWorks, and CloudFactory. We find that structural constraints (availability of work and degree of worker dependence on the work) as well as cultural‐cognitive constraints (procrastination and presenteeism) limit worker control over scheduling in practice. The severity of these constraints varies significantly between platforms, the formally freest platform presenting the greatest structural and cultural‐cognitive constraints. We also find that workers have developed informal practices, tools, and communities to address these constraints. We conclude that focusing on outcomes rather than on worker control is a more fruitful way to assess flexible working arrangements.     

试论农村会计准则的制定

为了使农村会计也像企业会计一样尽快走上正轨,我国理论界和实务界,以及各地区的各级相关部门,都做出了各种各样的改革和尝试,对于规范农村会计核算作用明显。本文针对我国制定农村会计准则的相关问题进行了研究。分别从制定农村会计准则的必要性,农村会计准则应具备的特点、农村会计目标和准则制定的关系等问题进行了分析,并指出了制定农村会计准则应注意的几个问题。     

安全标准与农产品贸易:中国与主要贸易伙伴的实证研究

国际农产品贸易引起争端的安全标准的大量存在,表明市场自身力量不足以纠正失灵,农产品市场的独有特征构成安全标准广泛实施的理由。文章测算了十年间一项具体农产品安全标准—黄曲霉素最大允许含量标准,对一组发达国家和一组包括中国在内的亚洲发展中国家的水果/坚果类产品的贸易影响程度。政策模拟结果显示,进口国协调采用国际标准将产生更大的贸易促进效果。     

Are We Sending Mixed Messages? How Philosophical Naturalism Erodes Ethical Instruction

To develop critical thinking skills, higher order ethical reasoning, a better grasp of the implications of ethical decisions, and a basis for ethical knowledge, it is necessary to explore the philosophical premises foundational to one’s ethical persuasion. No philosophical premises are more important than those pertaining to the nature of human personhood and business’ responsibility to respect the inherent value of human beings. Philosophical naturalism assigns the essence of human personhood strictly to causal interactions of physical matter. Substance dualism, on the other hand, posits both a physical aspect and an immaterial substance to personhood, interacting within the totality of each being. This paper argues for the logical superiority of substance dualism in achieving the overriding objective of discerning ethical knowledge. Substance dualism offers a better explanation – and one that more closely follows the way most people commonly experience themselves and others–than naturalism for free agency and accountability, meaningful moral standards, confidence in knowing what ethical decisions to make, and the moral drive residing in conscience. 我国会计标准国际趋同的动态研究——以2000-2006年B股分析为例

本文通过对样本公司2000年至2006年按照我国会计标准和国际会计准则所披露的净损益指标的统计分析,研究我国会计标准的国际趋同情况。结果表明,从2000年到2006年,我国会计准则的发展并没有呈现一个方向一致的趋同趋势,分行业考察也没有一个规律性的变动趋势。另外,2000年和2006年导致差异出现的因素构成、因素的影响程度等也是不同的。     

国际投资中污染产业转移的实证分析

国际投资中污染产业转移的问题受到了发达国家和发展中国家的普遍关注。理论分析认为,由于各国的环境标准存在差异,因而导致污染产业从环境标准高的国家转移到环境标准低的国家。在实际中是否存在这种现象以及转移的范围及程度多大则需要实证分析来验证。本文的实证分析表明:环境标准与污染产业转移之间并不存在必然的联系。     

基于普查数据的中国劳动适龄人口分析

基于 2 0 0 0年人口普查数据 ,对中国劳动适龄人口的基本态势作了分析和概括 ,主要涉及劳动适龄人口的数量、增长率、自然结构、受教育程度以及劳动适龄人口分布与投资分布相互匹配的关系。中国劳动适龄人口总量庞大 ,增长迅速 ,其性别比下降 ,中位年龄增大 ,受教育程度不高 ,且存在着悬殊的地区差异。如何化解劳动适龄人口的巨大压力 ,改善就业状况 ,将是中国在今后一段很长时期内的重大问题     

初次分配也要贯彻公平原则

在我国国民收入初次分配中,实行了劳动力低成本政策,劳动分配率偏低.这既牺牲了劳动者的合法权益,直接造成了"收入差距悬殊"的现实;又导致低水平竞争和落后生产方式盛行.文章主张将"效率优先,兼顾公平"的原则贯彻到国民收入初次分配中去,既要解决初次分配中劳动者利益受损的问题,又要从初次分配环节先行减少过大的收入差距,为再分配最后解决公平问题创造条件.
