集体利益:一种理论解说

集体利益原则在社会价值体系中占有极其重要的地位。那么,集体利益究竟是什么?已有研究对此所做的界定不是很成功。文章的主要任务是就该术语做出理论的诠释。研究表明:集体利益的基础是集团范围内共同的获利机会;集体利益就是与这一共同获利机会相联系的、由个体福利水平来表示的、理想类型意义上的社会状态;具体来说就是在资源配置方面实现了帕累托效率而在利益分配上则做到了平等待人的社会状态类型。概念的诠释有利于纠正概念界定不清导致的种种误用,对于公共政策的制定尤其是对于协调个体利益与集体利益之间的冲突具有重要的规范意义。     

浅析当前干部为民服务弱化问题

当前,一些党员干部宗旨观念淡薄,为民服务意识弱化,缺乏真正的服务本领。强化干部为民服务,应加大教育力度,提高党员干部为民服务的自觉性,完善服务机制,强化服务监督,不断加强学习,增强服务本领,以适应新时期为民服务的要求。     

Measuring Employee's Creativity: A New Theoretical Model and Empirical Study for Tourism Industry

Based on the componential theory of creativity, this research built and tested a new theoretical model that links the 4P model (people, product, place, and process) with creativity via several intervening variables. Survey data and two-step structural equation modeling were used to evaluate a sample of 338 employees surveyed from 57 tourism and hospitality organizations in Taiwan. As anticipated, we found that people (e.g. personality) positively affected place (e.g. organizational environment and participation) and creative process (e.g. data collection, idea generation, and confirmation), which in turn influenced product outputs of creativity and satisfaction.

校园欺凌指以直接或间接的方式故意伤害他人的行为,本文通过对近年来对校园欺凌行为的研究和访谈调查。主要从校园欺凌行为的定义、特征、产生的原因以及合理的解决策略等四个角度对此进行探讨。有利于引导学生健康成长和学校的管理。     

Postmodern Values and Leisure in Young Spanish University Students: An Exploratory Study

This article reports exploratory research about tendencies toward postmaterialism in university students. This paper used the theoretical framework proposed by Inglehart regarding three categories of leisure: postmaterialist, materialist and common. Students from a Spanish university (N = 1036) completed questionnaires that evaluated their materialist-postmaterialist values, how often they practiced the activities included in each category of leisure and the motivational factors involved in them. The results revealed that university students showed a tendency toward postmaterialism. Further, relationships were found between materialist-postmaterialist values and categories of leisure. This study results suggested that the tendency toward postmaterialist values may be a factor in structuring the leisure patterns of young Spanish university students.     

Physical Activity of Remote Indigenous Australian Women: A Postcolonial Analysis of Lifestyle

In the context of rising chronic diseases amongst Indigenous peoples, there are calls for the adoption of more healthy “lifestyles.” In this context, this paper explores thoughts about physical activity from 21 Indigenous families through the voices of women and girls living in remote rural communities in the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area, Australia. Speaking back to physical activity as a lifestyle “choice,” three consistent themes emerged: shame, gendered positioning, and welfarism. In conclusion, the perspectives of Torres Strait islanders and Northern Peninsula Area communities suggest that there are deeply embedded ways of thinking about the body, familial obligations, and the provision of and access to being active that are not consistent with Western health policies predicated upon individuals shouldering responsibility for “taking exercise.”     

Evaluation of Hotels to Accommodate Disabled Visitors

ABSTRACT

The study presents an initial investigation result of the disabled consumer group. The research aims to highlight deficiencies in existing provision and helps hoteliers to understand best practices for disabled guests and makes suggestions for implementation. The research studies the five star hotels in Cairo. While disability covers a wide range of quite different impairments, the study concentrates on wheelchair users. The findings of the research will help hoteliers to maximize business from this valuable market, develop best practices through a greater understanding of disabled people, and implement policies and strategies to attract the market. By providing the right facilities and services with appropriate communications, hotels can inform and encourage the disabled to use the facilities and services that were developed for them.
