股权激励作为一种对管理层激励的有效方式，在公司激励机制中发挥着重要的作用。但任何一个工具和方法都是一把双刃剑，股权激励会稀释产权，用得不好也会适得其反。因此，在设计股权激励方案中，要坚持“两个结合”和明确方案的目的；选择适合企业的股权激励设计方案时，应考虑企业的发展周期，同时注重股票的来源与定价问题、激励对象等关键点。     

安徽省上市公司经营业绩评价研究

选取安徽省2009年度上市公司的年报数据,在构建上市公司经营业绩综合评价指标体系的基础上,应用多元统计分析中的因子分析方法对安徽省上市公司经营业绩进行实证研究,得到综合评价结果,从中可以看出安徽省上市公司的经营业绩各方面的优劣势。     

IT project portfolio governance: The emerging operation manager

Today's information technology (IT) organizations are under pressure to meet or improve IT service levels for critical business functions. Various industry standards, such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) standard, have gained wide acceptance as comprehensive methodologies for improving the effectiveness of IT management. The role of IT operations management is subsequently changing from a component orientation (such as networks, systems, storage, database, and applications) to managing business‐oriented, end‐to‐end IT services. This article presents a detailed analysis of available literature in order to identify the most appropriate competencies and necessary skill sets that will be needed by an operation manager for strategic business alignment.     

基于因子分析的广东房地产上市公司盈利能力评价

上市公司盈利能力受到企业经营者、投资者、债权人等各利益相关者的关注，因此对其进行评价有利于各利益相关者的有效决策。该文在建立盈利能力评价指标体系的基础上，应用SPSS因子分析法对广东省19家房地产上市公司进行了盈利能力评价研究，结果表明各房地产上市公司的赢利能力的差异主要是由于资本资产的经营盈利能力所引起的。     

Market Orientation in the Chilean Small Business Context

Abstract

Market orientation has been considered a key factor in successful business operations across different markets. To test this assertion, the authors examine the influence of a firm's market orientation on small business performance in the Chilean retail environment. They go on to report empirical information about the characteristics of the market-oriented retailers in Chile. The Kohli, Jaworski, and Kumar (1993) MARKOR scale is used in the study to assess the market orientation in the context of a developing country environment. Data for the study were collected from small retailers in Chile through self-administered questionnaires using a drop-off/pick-up method. The results show a significant correlation between market orientation and small business performance. Path analyses found that the best structure among the Market Orientation dimensions is: Intelligence Generation→ Intelligence Dissemination → Responsiveness. Moreover, these performance measures differed significantly among the three different partitions obtained using a k-means cluster analysis. The findings indicate that the MARKOR scale is both valid and reliable in a diverse Chilean small business environment.

社会资本、非正式制度和农业企业发展:机制抑或路径

受传统文化的影响,与社会资本有关的非正式制度对农业企业发展的影响更为深刻,作为非正式制度的社会资本与正式制度之间存在替代、互补关系。建立社会资本、非正式制度与企业发展的分析框架,并以广东东进农牧集团为讨论对象,探讨社会资本和非正式制度对农业龙头企业的作用机理及其作用路径选择。     

企业商业模式在宏观政策变动下的演化分析——基于房地产上市公司的实证研究

商业模式是指企业中企业战略、组织结构、交易过程、价值链和核心竞争力等一系列要素的整合。它反映了企业创造、获取和传递价值的基本原理。在回顾商业模式相关研究基础上,采用中国房地产上市公司2002-2010年的数据,对商业模式中的成本结构和收入来源结构进行了实证分析。结果显示房地产公司成本结构2007年与2004年相比、2009年与2007年相比均发生了显著变化,收入来源结构2008年之后变化速度明显加快。在此基础上,探讨了房地产宏观调控政策与房地产公司商业模式演化之间的关系,并对房地产公司的商业模式的调整提出了建议。     

浅析保险公司风险管理与控制

本文首先阐述了保险公司风险管理的内容,其次,分析了我国保险公司风险管理现状。同时,从细化责任,全员参与;设立保险公司全面风险管理机构;提高客户信用评级管理水平;利用SAS助力保险公司加强风险管理等方面就如何有效加强保险公司风险管理与控制进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
