通过对中小型建筑企业合同管理的现状分析，针对建筑企业合同管理存在的主要问题及其原因，提出了包括加强合同教育、优化企业和项目的管理组织结构、完善合同管理制度体系和合同文本体系、建立合同信息管理系统等提高中小犁建筑企业合同管理水平的主要途径。     

建筑业内寻租活动分析及其对策

在中国市场经济转轨时期，建筑业内寻租活动止以不同形式在不同的方面不断发生，给社会和公众带来了巨大损失，给政府的形象和威信带来负面影响，导致寻租的成因是多方面的，如何从根本上抑制打击寻租行为值得深入研究。     

建设工程项目管理(PM)模式探讨

工程项目建设与管理过程中会产生大量的物化的材料——建设工程信息。静态信息资料组卷归档后将成为建设工程项目的档案资料，为工程检查验收及日后的改建、扩建、维修、管理等方面提供极其重要的依据，动态信息则为工程建设过程的管理与决策提供强力支持，而这一切都建立在对建设工程信息的有效管理基础上，从了解建设工程信息特点入手,分析客户的需求，构筑管理系统构架,开发了相应的功能模块，并付诸了实施。     

以技术标准为核心,整合施工企业标准体系

企业标准体系如何与企业一体化管理体系整合？结合施工企业推进标准化管理的实际，要把握好“两个接口”和“一个整合”的问题。一是解决好与国家和行业的技术标准、技术法规、技术规范的“标准接口”。二是解决好企业标准体系——系列标准体系“各子体系接口”的问题。三是把企业标准体系同企业一体化管理体系整合起来。     

虚拟建设的发展、内涵与组织管理流程

建筑企业若想在激烈的竞争中取得有力的地位，就必须提高自己的管理水平和竞争能力，而虚拟建设就是建筑企业提高竞争力的一条有效途径。文章从计算机技术与建筑业的结合入手研究虚拟建设的发展，揭示虚拟建设的内涵，构建了虚拟项目组织的管理流程。     

试论建筑企业认证后的质量管理工作

针对企业认证后，质量管理体系有效运行过程中存在的普遍问题，提出通过从思想观念的转变、制度的落实、加强项目工程贯标力度、推行TQM和贯彻ISO9000标准等几个方面予以解决，并提出质量体系建设的发展和创新思路。     

建筑企业的社会责任分析

结合建筑企业特点，分析了建筑企业社会责任的内涵和意义。指出建筑企业必须主动承担起对股东、员工、社会、环境和社区等更多的社会责任，并提出了诸多具体的建议，对树立建筑企业整体形象具有指导意义。     

Endogenous Money,Fiscal Policy,Interest Rates and the Exchange Rate Regime: A Comment on Palley,Tymoigne and Wray

One of the main collective contributions of the various heterodox schools of monetary thought, such as circuit theory, Post Keynesian theory, modern money theory (MMT) and others, has been to stress the importance of the endogeneity of money via bank credit creation. It is necessary to stress the notion of a collective contribution because of the various claims and counter-claims to academic priority made in the literature. The recent exchange between T.I. Palley and E. Tymoigne and L.R. Wray in this journal provides a clear example of this. This response examines the differences between these writers in some detail.     

Stakeholder Engagement: Defining Strategic Advantage for Sustainable Construction

Although sustainable development is increasingly becoming a part of business plans, it is unclear what makes the economic, social and environmental dynamics strategically compatible. This research examines which of the following in sustainable development – government policy, managerial attitude and stakeholder engagement – is the most influential on the profitability of companies in the UK construction sector. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were rendered through a survey and semi‐structured interviews. Patterns of ambiguity in legislation were discovered as an obstacle for changing the sector's mind‐set. Stakeholder engagement was identified as the defining factor increasing managers' awareness, helping legislation to be effectively implemented and making sustainability highly appealing to clients. These findings indicate that to gain competitive advantage, companies should embark on long‐term strategic alliances which adopt the proposals of environmental non‐governmental organisations and closely follow public opinion. This, strengthens brand equity, allows for premium pricing, increases market share and maximizes profit. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd and ERP Environment.
