快递企业人力资本贡献价值与物流信息化的关系研究

以8家快递企业人力资本贡献及物流信息化相关数据调查为基础，对其人力资本贡献价值率和物流信息化水平进行测量，运用SPSS统计软件对两者间的相关性和回归性进行分析，从而得出两者之间存在正相关关系的结论，提高物流信息化水平有利于快递企业人力资本贡献价值率的提升。     

Mindset matters in purchasing online food deliveries during the pandemic: The application of construal level and regulatory focus theories

Online delivery providers (ODPs), representing a growing hospitality industry sector, are playing an unprecedented role in the coronavirus pandemic. Applying construal level theory and regulatory focus theory, this research investigates how the interplay of construal mindsets and message frames affects consumers’ purchase intention regarding online food deliveries during the pandemic. Two 2 × 2 experiments were conducted in severe and mild pandemic regions and revealed different results in consumers’ responses. Specifically, promotion-framed messages are more effective when matching a “how” construal mindset in severe regions. In contrast, promotion-framed messages are more persuasive in conjecture with a “why” construal mindset in mild pandemic areas. Besides, the persuasion process is mediated through self-efficacy in severe regions but through perceived benefit in mild regions. The study also reveals different moderating effects of risk propensity in the two regions. The findings provide guidelines for ODPs in engaging consumers with online food delivery services.     

Estimation of traffic density from drone-based delivery in very low level urban airspace

Driven by rising consumer demand, interest is growing in the application of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) for the last-mile delivery of small express packages and fast-food meals in cities. To be realised, this would require the Very Low Level (VLL) urban airspace to be able to cope with high traffic densities of commercial delivery drones. The potential benefits of such novel drone-based applications are a reduction of traffic congestion in cities, lower greenhouse gas emissions and more efficient transportation operations. To help realise this concept, programs such as U-Space, the unmanned traffic management system for Europe, are developing important services such as deconfliction management and dynamic capacity management. However, for several of these services, design choices will depend on how, and how extensive they will be used. It therefore becomes important to estimate how many delivery drones would operate in a typical city. This paper aims to provide an estimate by establishing a framework to determine the traffic demand for express drone-based package delivery of five European countries. In addition, a detailed case-study is presented for determining traffic density of express package drone delivery for Paris metropolitan area in order to assess the feasibility from a user's perspective. The paper also discusses the potential of fast-food meal delivery drones compared to traditional delivery modes for Paris. Results suggest that hourly traffic densities culminating from express package and fast-food meal delivery drones will exceed today's global commercial aircraft traffic of 10,000 per day by more than six-fold for just one potential metropolitan city.

实物期权方法在果木林权流转中的应用

文章以实物期权理论为基础,结合林权的期权特性,将实物期权的方法应用到林权流转中去,为果木林权的流转和果品的出售分别设计一个欧式看跌期权,以减少林权投资风险,增强经营的灵活性。同时,利用实物期权定价模型中的二叉树模型,对看跌期权的价值进行估值,以解决林权流转中价值评估的问题,为林权投资者的决策提供一定的价值参考。     

烟草商业企业送货线路标准模型研究

当前各物流行业都已通过建立信息系统实时获取送货数据并以此监管送货行为。但如何科学合理地调度及分配送货任务?如何判定从信息系统中获取的实际行为数据是否符合规范、是否切合实际、是否能够促进公平的绩效考核?目前尚缺少行之有效的标准化管理工具对此做出科学的判定。本文以烟草行业商业企业送货环节为研究对象,通过建立送货线路标准模型,将送货工作中的多维变量转换为可计算的单维时间变量,从而为监管实际送货行为提供衡量"砝码"。     

组合药物植入剂体外释药行为研究

植入式给药系统是直接在病灶部位释药的创新制剂,植入部位药物浓度高,而进入血液的药物浓度很低。制备了含多种药物的植入式给药系统,对其体外药物释放行为进行了研究,研究表明,左氟沙星更容易释放出来,而利福平释放速度比较慢,可以实现利福平先释放,然后左氟沙星开始释放;或左氟沙星先释放,然后利福平开始释放,获得2种药物分阶段释放。通过植入剂释放行为研究揭示,组合药物植入式给药系统相对传统释药方式具有给药效率高的优势。     

地方政府基本公共服务供给效率及其影响因素实证分析——基于修正的DEA两步法

基于修正的DEA两步法,核算并解释中国大陆省级政府基本公共服务供给效率,结果表明:大多数省份的基本公共服务供给效率仍有较大的提升空间,且各省之间存在显著差异。财政自主权对地方政府基本公共服务供给效率具有显著的正效应,人口密度、人均GDP等外生环境因素具有显著的负向影响,而辖区内居民教育程度的影响不明显。
