带交货期限制的物流枢纽站选址问题

研究了在要求每对被服务的O-D能够在规定的交货期内从供给点经过一个或两个枢纽站到达需求点,如何选择P个枢纽站以使被服务的O-D流达到最大的问题。建立了一个多分配枢纽站最大覆盖问题的改进模型,并给出了贪婪相加-替代的启发式算法。     

基于ArcGIS的物流配送系统集成研究

首先对现代物流配送系统和地理信息系统(GIS)的特点进行了分析;针对存在的问题,分析了GIS与配送系统集成的必要性;在此基础上,提出了基于ArcGIS的物流配送系统集成的总体框架,并对主要模块及其关键技术进行了探讨。     

论配送及其合理化措施

分析了产生不合理配送的各种原因；定性地描述了配送合理化的基本目标；并结合我国的实际，提出了配送合理化的具体措施。     

军事物流配送MIS分析与设计

军事物流配送是一种新的理论体系和运作模式，是提高军事物流效率，优化和完善军事物流系统，改善物流服务，整合物流资源，降低物流成本的有效途径。而MIS又是军事物流配送系统的中枢神经，其功能作用至关重要。本文就军事物流配送的基本内涵、MIS的要求、MIS的功能结构模块的分析与设计等方面进行了初步探讨。     

基于车辆调度与优化配送的网络物流信息系统设计

论述了现代物流中心的功能，分析了物流信息系统的需求，设计了网络物流信息系统的总体框架，并对货物配送流程和车辆调度监控系统进行了详细的分析和设计。     

论快速物流

在总结宅急送快递发展物流的实践基础上提出快速物流理论。对快速物流的概念、理论基础、特点、作用以及快运与快速物流之问的关系进行了初步探讨。     

A survey on pickup and delivery problems

This paper is the second part of a comprehensive survey on routing problems involving pickups and deliveries. Basically, two problem classes can be distinguished. The first part dealt with the transportation of goods from the depot to linehaul customers and from backhaul customers to the depot. The second part now considers all those problems where goods are transported between pickup and delivery locations, denoted as Vehicle Routing Problems with Pickups and Deliveries (VRPPD). These are the Pickup and Delivery Vehicle Routing Problem (PDVRP – unpaired pickup and delivery points), the classical Pickup and Delivery Problem (PDP – paired pickup and delivery points), and the Dial-A-Ride Problem (DARP – passenger transportation between paired pickup and delivery points and user inconvenience taken into consideration). Single as well as multi vehicle mathematical problem formulations for all three VRPPD types are given, and the respective exact, heuristic, and metaheuristic solution methods are discussed.      

Does corruption affect health outcomes in the Philippines?

We examine the effect of corruption on health outcomes in the Philippines. We find that corruption reduces the immunization rates, delays the vaccination of newborns, discourages the use of public health clinics, reduces satisfaction of households with public health services, and increases waiting time at health clinics. We also find that corruption affects public services in rural areas in different ways than urban areas, and that corruption harms the poor more than the wealthy. The research underlying this paper was supported by a grant from the World Bank, financed by the Netherlands Trust Fund.
