关于中国城市饭店产业评价的思考

中国饭店业的发展加深着人们对饭店业的认识。单体饭店在走向成熟的同时，也需要整个饭店行业的成熟。文章提出衡量一个区域或城市饭店业是否成熟，有这样几个标准：拥有一批好的饭店群体，城市(地区)饭店的结构合理，有自身特色，有标志性的饭店，与城市特点相协调，有健全的行业法规，成熟的投资动机，成熟的职业经理人队伍，有成熟的市场和成熟的消费者，有成熟的饭店衍生业以及成熟的行业自律组织。     

大型工程移交管理中的组织与效率——对大亚湾核电工程和岭澳核电工程的案例研究

工程项目建设中的移交过程由于其阶段性和相对于项目进度关键里程碑的“隐蔽性”而往往不被重视,但它对工程项目的质量和今后营运业绩有潜在的非常重要的影响。本文以大亚湾核电站和岭澳核电站工程移交为例,应用组织行为理论和X效率理论,研究了大型工程移交管理中的组织与效率问题。案例研究结果表明,第一,工程移交的复杂性要求移交组织应当是一个能够进行良好沟通的、扁平化的网络型组织,并应当给予足够的授权,以高效率处理工作中的各类管理和技术问题,保证工程移交的进度和质量;第二,良好的信息管理系统的应用、必要的协调会议是解决沟通问题的良好途径,而良好的企业文化、管理理念是保证良好沟通的关键;第三,工作过程的设计必须以提高效率和质量为原则,并要努力发现影响效率和质量的主要方面,进行持续改进;第四,由于工程的阶段性,普遍存在一种“退出效应”,特别是在工程后期这种效应更加突出,必须充分加以重视。

低信噪比高动态条件下基于FFT的二维平移累加PN码捕获算法

针对低信噪比高动态条件下直接序列扩频（DSSS）系统中PN码捕获的问题,提出了基于FFT 二维平移累 加的PN码捕获算法。首先对现有的PN码捕获技术进行了分析,然后研究了时变的载波频偏与 码频频偏对PN码捕获的影响,在此基础上,提出了基于FFT二维平移累加的PN码捕获算法。 算法的基本思想是对相关器输出的相关值在载波频偏不确定度与码相位不确定度同时进行平 移,从而消除相关峰“漂移”现象,增大非相干累加的有效性。给出了采用此算法的捕获系 统结构图,并对关键参数进行了分析。最后,通过仿真表明了该算法对捕获系统有6 dB的改 善。     

Is socially responsible investment useful in Mexico? A multi-factor and ex-ante review

The present paper continues the firsts reviews made to socially responsible investment in Mexico. We extended these reviews by using a non-parametric multivariate equality test, along with a multi-factor market cap model, and a Monte Carlo simulation. Our results show that the IPCS index, the IPCcomp and the IPC have a statistically equal mean-variance performance, suggesting that this sort of investment style (SRI) is a good substitute of the broad market investment style in the long term. Among the causes of this finding is the fact that the IPCS and the IPCcomp indexes have almost the same large and small cap stock concentration and the IPC index (a large-cap one) is not as diversified and mean-variance efficient as the former.     

中国装备制造业发展的金融支持测度研究

装备制造业作为中国的重要产业之一,也是制造业的“母体”,近几年发展迅速,但与美国、 日本、德国等制造业强国相比还有很大差距。本文以中国装备制造业为研究对象,从政策性 金融支持、商业性金融支持、资本市场金融支持、风险投资金融支持4个角度出发,选取了2 005～2014年10年的全国装备制造业的面板数据,创新性地运用超越对数生产函数模型与岭 回归分析4项金融支持方式对装备制造业的支持程度,找出各种金融支持方式存在的问题, 为促进我国装备制造业的发展提供借鉴。     

农村土地使用权流动研究

本文站在各个角度, 对当前土地使用权流动所面临的困惑进行了深入的分析, 揭示了土地流动的主要障碍是土地使用权流动的内生机制和外部环境、条件均不成熟。在分析的基础上提出了解决当前土地流动障碍的对策, 并进一步提出了土地证券化和土地股份公司制经营是土地流动和土地经营形式的发展趋势。     

Are there ENSO signals in the macroeconomy?

Whether ENSO has affected U.S. macroeconomic performance has been a matter of dispute. To address the issue we explore whether there has been any co-cyclicality of ENSO fluctuations and the rates of inflation and economic growth over the 1894-1999 timespan and, failing this, whether aperiodic ENSO shocks have had any impact on these variables. Neither co-cyclicality nor aperiodic shocks are discernible. While ENSO may briefly influence the performance of particular sectors of the economy in particular regions, as documented by the previous literature, such locally-important effects vanish into the noise surrounding macroeconomic trends in an economy as large and complex as that of the U.S.     

Climate change implications for the catastrophe bonds market: An empirical analysis

Since their introduction in the mid-1990s, the return per unit of risk or multiple on catastrophe (cat) bonds has steadily declined. This paper investigates whether this pattern is consistent with the historical evolution of natural disaster risk, using average multiple figures over the period 1997–2017. Assessing the accuracy of cat bond pricing is important, since about 50% of outstanding risk capital in the cat bonds market is currently exposed to Atlantic hurricanes -a risk that global warming, among other disruptions, is found to enhance- and pension and mutual funds in European and other OECD countries currently own about 30% of the market. In this respect, while our findings suggest that falling multiples are primarily related to the Fed's expansionary monetary stance and to portfolio shift effects, we do also find evidence of significant undervaluation of global warming risk in the cat bonds market. This finding, also in light of the unfailing appetite of institutional investors for such securities, casts doubts over the sanity of the market and over cat bonds as suitable investment products for risk averse investors. Sounder investment opportunities might be found in the green bonds market, which allows for the funding of immediate investment in climate change mitigation too.
