500kV电网“运检一体化”工作研究

通过分析十二五湖南电网的发展规模及500kV变电站分布点多面广、集中运维、结构性缺员的特点,研究运行检修一体化(简称运检一体化)在500kV变电站运行维护、设备检修、人力资源优化等方面的优势及可行性,缓解电网迅速发展与结构性缺员之间的矛盾。     

Impact evaluation for tourism development using the fuzzy set model: A case study of Kyongju,Korea

The Community tourism industry is primarily influenced by facilities, traffic systems, capacity, and development of tourism commodities. To develop tourism industry on a local basis, it is unavoidable to make investments on a large scale. Factor analysis for impact evaluation prior to undertaking of development projects, which this study intends to make, is more reasonable when related to the fuzzy numeric analysis of words or sentences than to a quantitative analysis of measured information. In this study the Euclidean distance method and Zadeh's fuzzy extension principle were used as linguistic approximation to establish the validity of decision‐ making in each factor category of impact degree. Therefore, this study introduces a general concept of Fuzzy theory through literature review of linguistic expressions. This study examined availability of the Fuzzy model in analyzing investment priorities for tourist development and applied it to Kyongju area, which unveiled the priorities for Kyongju tourism future in order of traffic system improvement, early construction of horse‐ racing track now under planning, promotion of Kyongju as tourism special zone to visitors and positive tourism events. In terms of methodology, this study disclosed that Fuzzy Model approach is greatly useful to decision‐making processes in tourist development.     

试析清代工商业行会规约的原则——基于苏州地区碑刻史料

根据碑刻史料的记载，清代政府对于工商业的监管较为宽松，商人们积极地建立公所、会馆这类行会组织并制定行会规约来更好地维护自己的利益。行会规约包含行会管理、商事组织、市场管理、行会救济等多种制度。民主、限制竞争、诚实信用、社会责任以及利益均沾等原则在这些制度中均有明确的体现，并且对于保障商业社会的稳定与繁荣起到了重要作用。

Optimal proportional reinsurance with a loss-dependent premium principle

ABSTRACT

Empirical studies suggest that many insurance companies recontract with their clients on premiums by extrapolating past losses: a client is offered a decrease in premium if the monetary amounts of his claims do not exceed some prespecified quantities, otherwise, an increase in premium. In this paper, we formulate the empirical studies and investigate optimal reinsurance problems of a risk-averse insurer by introducing a loss-dependent premium principle, which uses a weighted average of history losses and the expectation of future losses to replace the expectation in the expected premium principle. This premium principle satisfies the bonus-malus and smoothes the insurer's wealth. Explicit expressions for the optimal reinsurance strategies and value functions are derived. If the reinsurer applies the loss-dependent premium principle to continuously adjust his premium, we show that the insurer always needs less reinsurance when he also adopts this premium principle than when he adopts the expected premium principle.     

试论上海某10所医院管办分离及效益分析

目的:研究上海10所医院管办分离前后效益对比分析。方法:收集2004～2010年连续7年数据报表,以比率分析法和环比法进行数据分析。结果:投入产出及成本管理总值逐年持续增长,业务收支结余率年均增长0.43%;固定资产投入增长快速,年均增长率在20%以上;无形资产产出保持增长。门急诊次数、出院人数年均增长率分别为12.54%、12.47%;平均住院日、病死率逐年下降,诊疗费用、药占比逐年上涨,环比增长超过上海市人均生产总值。结论:加强资产运营效率,规范医院经营管理自主权,降低医院管理、医疗成本,提高医疗资源利用率,发挥社会效能。     

建立山东地勘经济及地质成果市场——关于山东地勘经济市场化运营的改革建议

文章认为 ,地勘队伍的改革与发展需要建立一个政府主导、部门配合、公正有序的地勘经济运营及成果市场。文章结合山东省的实际情况 ,从四个方面阐述了构建山东省地质成果市场、地勘经济市场化运作的构架。     

Workflow process modelling and resource allocation based on polychromatic sets theory

In workflow management, studying the relationship between workflow process activities and resource allocation is one of the interesting research topics. Polychromatic sets theory (PST) is a relatively new mathematical theory which is especially suitable for treating such problems. Based on PST, this paper proposes a framework of workflow process modelling and resource allocation. As the theoretical foundation, polychromatic sets (PS), polychromatic graph (PG) and isolation operation (IO) of the PS are introduced. Special net structure (SNS), a special PG with colourless nodes and concolourous edges, is also introduced, and a new workflow process model and its verification algorithm are presented. Furthermore, a workflow resource model based on the entity of PS is developed. Based on IO of PS, the allocation mechanism that considers workflow process and workflow resource is proposed. Finally, a case study is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the above-mentioned theory and method.
