复杂性管理的策略首先要关注和认识复杂系统的整体性,这要通过关注系统的结构、多元化的视角、容忍模糊性和不确定性、借助直觉等手段来达到。在关注和认识整体性的基础上,需要进一步维护和促进复杂系统的整体性,这需要通过保护系统的自组织、创造自组织环境条件、发现和维护序参量、鼓励多元化以及与环境相协调来达成。     

汽车工业供应物流要货参数模型研究

结合汽车工业供应物流的实际情况,将正常供货的服务能力及成本、应急供货服务能力及成本、缺货损失成本及不同供货事件的概率引入到供应物流总成本模型当中,充分揭示了供应物流日常运作决策中所要权衡的核心矛盾,反映了汽车供应物流运作的战略支持价值。在这个基础上,导出要货参数模型,如最佳供货间隔周期模型、最佳供货批量模型。针对影响最佳供货批量的主要因素进行了灵敏度分析,找到了供应物流优化的重点。     

世界正当秩序之建构——评邓正来《谁之全球化？何种法哲学？》

本文旨在探讨邓正来先生所提出的建构世界正当秩序的话语争夺问题。本文认为,此种以话语争夺为基础的路径必然要预设一种超国家的权威,或者说一种全球层面上的政治决断论;而如果不采取此种立场的话,那么从更为现实的角度上看,也必须预设一种国家的资格理论,也就是说,与罗尔斯的“正派的国家”和康德的“共和制”一样,对参与全球治理的主体资格作出某种限定,从而保证在一种理性对话的过程中解决冲突、达成共识。     

Exposure order effects and advertising competition

This paper applies the theories of exposure order effects, developed in the psychology literature, to an industrial organization model to explore their role in advertising competition. There are two firms and infinitely many identical consumers. The firms produce a homogeneous product and distribute their brands through a common retailer. Consumers randomly arrive at the retailer and buy their most preferred brands. The order in which a consumer sees the advertising messages affects his brand preferences. Under the primacy effect the consumer prefers the brand he first saw advertised, under the recency—the last encountered brand. The equilibrium of the advertising game is characterized separately under the primacy and the recency effects. In the first setting all consumers are initially unaware of the product existence. The equilibrium advertising intensities, remarkably, do not depend on the type of exposure order effect. In the other two settings some consumers have already formed their brand preferences. The primacy and the recency effects give rise to different equilibrium outcomes.     

From economic stability to social order: The debate about business cycle theory in the 1920s and its relevance for the development of theories of social order by Lowe,Hayek and Eucken∗

Abstract

The concepts of Adolph Lowe, Friedrich A. Hayek and Walter Eucken play an important role in the discussion of an adequate theory of economic and social order. It is noteworthy that at the beginning of their academic careers, these three economists dealt primarily with questions of business cycle theory. As we will show, this is not coincidental, but can be explained by economic history and the history of theory. Furthermore, all three economists agree that establishing a comprehensive social order would provide the basis for economic stability, although each postulates a different relationship between liberty and order.

超市进货交易关系法律调整的若干问题探讨——论“零供”关系法律调整

近年来,我国零售商供应商矛盾突出,引起了各方关注。商务部等五部委发布的《零售商供应商公平交易管理办法》,是近年来专门调整零供关系的政府部门规章,在稳定流通秩序方面发挥了一定的作用,但对此也有一些不同观点。为完善零供（买卖）关系的法律规范体系,推进和谐商业环境及商事法治建设,本文对调整零供关系的法律属性,少数零售企业恶意占压、骗取供应商贷款的综合治理,风险预誓机制等相关问题提出了自己的一些见解。     

基于啄序理论的上市公司资本结构优化

由于我国资本市场的不完善,以及国企改制造成的股权高度集中、内部人控制问题,导致我国上市公司出现股权融资偏好.要通过解决股权分置,大力发展债券市场,加强股权融资的法律监督,积极构建有效的并购市场等措施,优化上市公司的资本结构.     

双活性基团活性染料的耐碱性研究

为考察均三嗪和乙烯砜的双活性基团活性染料的耐碱性,以活性黄176为例,采用反相离子对高效液相色谱法,测定了一系列活性黄176的浓度随时间、温度、pH值等变化的实验数据,得出了活性黄176在不同条件下的水解关系曲线,并采用准一级反应动力学模型拟合实验数据．结果表明：在酸性介质（pH4．47）中,双活性基团染料活性黄176会水解,但温度升高时变化规律不明显;在中性介质（pH8．07）中,温度越高染料水解速度越快．并且两者在温度一定时染料水解反应基本服从准一级反应（R2〉0．982）．在碱性介质（pH10．3）中,温度升高活性黄176水解十分剧烈,并几乎严格按照准一级反应进行（R2〉0．992）．
