通用制造工艺分类编码标准研究

在对通用制造工艺进行调研的基础上,采用面分类法和线分类法相结合的方式对制造工艺进行分类,得到制造工艺分类标准草案,以及在此基础上对通用制造工艺进行编码,有效地解决了机械制造企业信息化过程中对通用制造工艺知识的交流与共享问题。     

Jointly optimal monetary and fiscal policy rules under liquidity constraints

We study the welfare properties of an economy where both monetary and fiscal policies follow simple rules, and where a subset of agents is liquidity constrained. The welfare benefits of optimizing the fiscal rule are far larger than those of optimizing the monetary rule. The optimized fiscal rule implements strong automatic stabilizers that primarily stabilize the income of liquidity-constrained agents, rather than output. Transfers targeted to liquidity-constrained agents are the preferred fiscal instrument. The optimized monetary rule exhibits super-inertia and a weak inflation response. Optimized simple rules perform as well as the optimal policy under the timeless perspective.     

Credit rationing, interest rates and capital accumulation

A simple endogenous growth model is developed to characterize credit rationing through the capital accumulation process. The model shows that credit rationing on investment loans decreases as capital accumulates and the enforcement cost decreases. We find that the evolution of the interest rate factor (lending interest rate/depositing interest rate) has a similar pattern to the credit rationing probability. However, simulations show that the evolution of the interest rate spread through the capital accumulation process depends on the degree of the enforcement cost. In the empirical part of the paper, we consider fifty-two countries, at different stages of development, over the period 1995–2005. We confirm the theoretical findings relative to the evolution of the interest rate spread and interest rate factor with capital accumulation. These results suggest that, for economies endowed with costly contract enforcement, the interest rate factor could be a better proxy of credit rationing than the interest rate spread.     

Cyclical wage movements in emerging markets compared to developed economies: The role of interest rates

This paper documents that, at the aggregate level, (i) real wages are positively correlated with output and, on average, lag output by about one quarter in emerging markets, while there are no systematic patterns in developed economies, and (ii) real wage volatility (relative to output volatility) is about twice as high in emerging markets compared with developed economies. We then present a small open economy model with productivity shocks and countercyclical interest rates. The model incorporates a working capital requirement and the Jaimovich and Rebelo (2009) preference that allows for flexible parameterization of the strength of income effects on labor supply. The model can account for the high volatility of wage and consumption relative to output and countercyclical trade balances that characterize emerging-market economies. During economic downturns, rising interest rates in emerging markets induce relatively large income effects on labor supply, so households would not reduce their labor input as much even though wages drop significantly.

Network formation with sequential demands

This paper introduces a non-cooperative game-theoretic model of sequential network formation, in which players propose links and demand payoffs. Payoff division is therefore endogenous. We show that if the value of networks satisfies size monotonicity, then each and every equilibrium network is efficient. The result holds not only when players make absolute participation demands, but also when they are allowed to make link-specific demands.     

基于RFM模型的烟草客户聚类分析研究

随着客户细分理论的不断丰富和完善,构建合理的客户细分指标体系,借助聚类分析的方法,来实现对企业客户的细分。本文针对当前烟草公司在客户细分方面工作的不足,结合烟草行业及零售户的特征通过聚类分析实现烟草行业零售户的细分,帮助烟草公司实现零售户的合理分类,优化客户资源与卷烟货源的配置。     

分层分类的高职院校兼职教师队伍建设研究

本文在分析高职院校兼职师资力量现状的基础上,结合战略性人力资源管理关于异质化人力资源管理的四象限原理,提出开展人力资源管理规划,完善师资队伍战略配置,完善基于双层双元原则的培训开发体系,建立以战略为导向的绩效评价机制,建立战略性兼职教师人才激励机制等对策,并进一步提出完善分层分类的战略性高职院校兼职教师队伍建设对策。
