我国企业风险管理存在的问题及对策

针对我国企业在风险管理方面普遍存在的一些问题，论述了企业风险管理与风险控制的过程和方法，提出了企业加强风险管理的主要对策，为企业在短期内快速成长提供重要保障，企业在快速成长的过程中，成功与失败有时只是一步之遥，可风险管理却在企业管理之中起着不容忽视的作用。     

国有企业法人治理结构初探

文章认为,国有企业改革是中国经济体制改革的重点、热点和难点,其中关于国有企业法人治理结构问题无论在理论还是在实践上更引人关注,国有企业法人治理结构是国有企业现代化企业制度得以建立的核心,是国有企业组织机构现代化、法治化的关键,而目前我国国有企业法人治理结构存在诸多缺陷,如股权过度集中、董事会运作失范、监事会监督机制弱化、对企业经营者激励不足、约束不力等等,建立科学合理的法人治理结构已经迫在眉睫了。     

A Dynamic Leontief Model with Non-renewable Resources

In this paper we study a generalization of the dynamic Leontief input–output model. We extend the standard dynamic Leontief model with the balance equation of non-renewable resources. Obviously, the non-renewable stocks will decrease, exploiting primary resources. In this study we examine the controllability of this extended model by taking the consumption as the control parameter. Assuming balanced growth for both consumption and production, we investigate how long these scarce resources will cover the input needs of production and how the lifetime of the system depends on the balanced growth rate and on the consumption. In doing so, we apply classic results from control theory and on eigenvalue problems in linear algebra.

目前，中国粮食期货市场规模小，交易品种少，市场交易量萎缩，在整个经济中的影响力较弱。这是受我国期货市场制度创新的动机、推动主体及外部环境制约的结果。今后，我们应从健全期货市场三级监管体制、培育套期保值主体、放宽对投资主体的限制，提高市场的流动性、增加粮食期货交易品种等方面入手，促进中国粮食期货市场的发展。

The British low-wage sector and the employment prospects of the unemployed

Are low wages a way for the unemployed to switch to higher-paying jobs? Using data from the British Household Panel Survey, the labour market dynamics of unemployed, low-paid and higher-paid employed men are analysed. Moreover, the respective (un)employment duration and occupational skill level are accounted for. Results show that in general low wages significantly reduce the risk of future unemployment and increase the chances of ascending the salary ladder, especially in the case of long-term unemployment (>360 days). Furthermore, the occupational skill level has a substantial influence on the upward mobility of low-paid jobs: individuals working in the initial period in a low-paid and higher-skilled occupation have on average an 11 percentage points higher probability of entering higher pay compared to when working in a low-paid and low-skilled occupation.

试析我国绿色物流发展中存在的问题及对策

物流业虽然能促进经济的发展，但是物流业的发展同时也给城市环境带来一些负面的影响，如运输工具的噪声、污染气体排放、交通阻塞，以及生产和生活中的废弃物的不当处理所造成的对环境的影响，致使环境恶化的程度不断加深。为此，21世纪对物流业发展提出了新的要求，即绿色物流。目前，绿色物流在我国刚刚兴起，人们对它的认识还非常有限，在体制政策、基础设施等许多方面还存在一定的问题。本文分析了我国绿色物流发展中存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的对策。     

Monotonicity of Rank Statistics in some Non–parametric: Testing Problems

For some non–parametric testing problems (one–sided two–sample problem, k –sample trend problem, testing independence against positive dependence) a partial ordering, denoted by ≥, over the alternatives is defined. This partial ordering expresses the strength of the deviation from the null–hypothesis. All familiar rank tests turn out to become more powerful under "increasing" alternatives; that is, all familiar rank statistics preserve the ordering stochastically in samples whenever it is present between underlying distributions. As a tool, the sample equivalence of ≥ is introduced as a partial ordering over pairs of permutations. Functions, defined on pairs of permutations, which preserve this ordering are studied.
