浅谈如何提高汽车的燃油经济性

目前,绝大多数汽车都是消耗燃油的,随着汽车保有量的增加,汽车消耗的燃油占石油产品消耗量越来越大,如何减少对石油产品的消耗,节约石油资源已成为举世瞩目的问题,而且从汽车使用的单位和个人角度来讲,降低燃油的消耗也是至关重要的,因此,我们有必要分析一下影响汽车燃油经济性的因素及提高汽车的燃油经济性的措施。

竹浆纤维针织物的耐磨性研究

通过实验研究了7种不同混纺比的纬平针组织竹浆纤维针织物的耐磨性。应用马丁代尔实验方法和实验仪对这些针织物的耐磨性进行了测定。根据织物在摩擦转数为5 000,7 500,10 000,15 000和25 000的质量损失率来评价织物的耐磨性。通过对实验数据的统计分析,得出7种织物的耐磨性在不同的摩擦转数都存在着显著性差异;织物的质量损失与摩擦转数之间存在着重要的、显著的正相关关系,织物的质量损失随着摩擦转数的增加而加大;纱线细度对织物耐磨性具有较大的影响。     

Impact of privacy concerns on resistance to smart services: does the ‘Big Brother effect’ matter?

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to provide a better understanding of the factors that explain consumer resistance to smart services from a privacy perspective. To this end, an exploratory qualitative study and a quantitative study were carried out. 653 French consumers answered an online questionnaire regarding smart services in the banking sector. Structural equation modelling was used to test the conceptual model. The findings show that information privacy, the unauthorised secondary use of personal information and perceived intrusion have an impact on consumer resistance to smart services. Moreover, our research highlights the major role of the ‘Big Brother effect’ as an antecedent to these various privacy concerns.

Manufacturing Resistance: Rationalizing the Irrationality of Managerial Control on the Shop Floor in a US Medical Electronics Factory

Juravich (1985) asserts that the organization of US industrial manufacturing is irrational as well as appearing chaotic from the workers’ viewpoint because of management’s refusal to integrate the workers’ knowledge into the production process. Because of this, Juravich argues, if and when the workers’ knowledge is integrated into the production system, the workers no longer will experience “chaos on the shop floor.” Extending Devinatz’s (1993) analysis in response to Juravich, this article argues that workers use resistance as a logical strategy for rationalizing what they perceive to be the irrationality of the shop floor. Utilizing Kusterer’s (1978) work, I argue that the use of many, but not all, resistance strategies constitutes a type of “survival knowledge” acquired and used by workers in response to managerial control. I maintain that these strategies constitute a special type of workplace resistance which I refer to as “pure and simple resistance.”

关于山区变电站接地改造工程设计的探讨

文章通过对某变电站接地电阻偏高的原因进行探讨,并对山区变电站在接地上普遍存在的土壤电阻率高、可用场地小、地势险峻、地形复杂等困难因素进行了分析。依据典型变电站在接地改造中取得的成功经验,提出了利用深井接地、电解离子接地体,并添加长效降阻剂降阻等复合降阻措施对山区变电站进行接地设计和降阻改造的方法。     

抗战时期中共铜陵党组织经济动员的考察

抗日战争是近代以来中华民族最大规模的一次成功的民众动员。抗日战争时期,“铜陵是皖南抗日根据地的中心地区”。中共铜陵党组织组织民众开展经济斗争,保障民生;发展生产,富民增收;制定合理的租税政策,减轻民众负担;疏通渠道,扩大贸易。这些制度保障了抗日战争的伟大胜利,也一定程度上破坏了铜陵地区原有的社会经济结构和阶级结构。     

织前准备工序纱线耐磨性的测试与分析

通过对纺纱过程中若干种纱线从原纱到浆纱各道工序的毛羽及耐磨性的测试 ,分析了各工序对纱线耐磨性的影响 ,即无论是粗号纱、中号纱还是混纺纱 ,各个工序纱线的耐磨性都是不同的 ,并对各种影响进行了比较和评价 ,从原纱到筒子纱 ,纱线的耐磨性增强 1 0 %～ 2 0 % ,到整经纱降低 50 %左右 ,到浆纱工序提高 1 0 0 %～ 1 0 0 0 % ,从而得出结论 :影响纱线耐磨性的因素很多 ,各个工序纱线耐磨性不同 ,有的相差甚远 ,同时各工序纱线的耐磨性对其后工序的影响也是很大的。因此 ,寻求纱线耐磨性的影响因素与解决问题的方法与途径 ,从而达到为客户提供合乎要求的合格产品 ,是我们应该着力去做的。
