就业需求导向下的高校旅游专业实习教学改革研究

在深入分析高校旅游专业现状基础上,通过对旅游专业实习教学存在的问题深入剖析,进而从培养方案、外语教学、质量监控等方面提出实习教学改革的对策,以解决日益严峻的就业压力,实现旅游专业教学与行业市场需求相适应。

水产品因其营养结构等因素决定水产品易腐败的特性,水产品物流体系较一般农产品更为复杂,因此有必要深入研究针对水产品特性的物流解决方案。根据目前北京地区水产品物流的特点,采用调查走访、定点监测、数据采集与分析等方法,探讨了北京地区开展水产品物流研究的重要性与水产品物流的发展现状和存在问题,并提出了解决北京地区水产品物流现代化建设的解决方案以及未来的技术需求。

‘The Magnificent 7[am]?’ Work‐life articulation beyond the 9[am] to 5[pm] ‘norm’

This article focuses on the work‐life ‘balance’ challenges of those who work in organisations that operate beyond standard hours. The concept of work‐life articulation is utilised to examine the experiences and practicalities of attempting to reconcile the, often competing, demands of employment and family life. Qualitative research was conducted in two private sector businesses and one‐third sector organisation in the UK during the onset of the 2008 financial crisis. The findings reveal increasing competitive pressures, efficiency drives and work intensification. ‘Business needs’ are prioritised over care responsibilities, and in the private sector organisations there is declining flexible working with a reassertion of the management prerogative. This article contributes to current debates over work‐life ‘balance’ and highlights variable, changeable and unpredictable working time arrangements that permeate non‐standard hours, which creates additional complexities and challenges for family time schedules and routines.

笔者以需求分析理论为依据，主要分析了当今的社会需求和外语学习者的个人需求，认为现在的大学英语教学未能充分满足社会需求和外语学习者的个人需求，因此，大学英语“3＋1”课程设置模式下，在基础阶段和提高阶段的教学评价中将形成性评价和终结性评价相结合，构建多层次、多元化教学评价体系，以适应大学英语改革需要，满足现代社会的发展和对外语人才的需求。     

GASB Statement No. 34:Research Opportunities

This article describes researchable issues arising from GASB Statement No. 34 , prescribing a new government reporting model. An overview of that statement is followed by a discussion of two researchable issues, detailing research questions, relevant methodology, and expected contributions. Remaining topics are described, with comment on that method most likely to lend insight. Colleagues are encouraged to commit to answering the questions posed, particularly those critically dependent on research being conducted during the implementation phase. Insights can be gained in such important conceptual and applied areas as valuation, aggregation, allocation, incentives, budgeting, inter-generational equity, users' understanding, independence, and cost/benefit tradeoffs.
