我国物流人才培养的关键问题分析及解决途径——建立区域联合培养实践基地的战略思考

产学研相结合的人才培育模式是培养高层次、复合型物流人才，解决我国物流人才缺口的关键。但我国目前的物流人才培养模式以及一对一为主的产学研培养模式仍存在着一定的问题需要解决。文章首先分析了我国目前物流人才培养过程中的基本问题，进而针对校企合作的产学研模式及其存在的主要问题进行了探讨。在此基础上，提出了解决这些问题的途径——建立区域联合物流人才培养实践基地的战略思考，并分析了该战略在运作模式、服务范围、资源利用、培养方式、协作关系以及功能拓展等方面的独特优势。     

How collaborative routines improve dynamic innovation capability and performance in tourism industry? A path-dependent learning model

Current results of direct relationships between collaboration and innovation capability on performance in tourism contexts are inconsistent. This research is to uncover roles of collaborative routines on promoting relationships between internal and service innovation capabilities as two distinct mechanisms, and performance. The study also examines the contingent effect of knowledge search on performance. Survey data from 181 samples from the Thai tourism industry are gathered for analyses. Findings demonstrate that knowledge search and internal innovation capability have a direct impact on performance, whereas the effect of service innovation capability on performance is significant only in the presence of collaborative routines.

基于供应链的物流企业战略匹配能力研究

文中通过回顾之前对物流能力所作的研究及相关理论背景的基础上，认为物流企业战略匹配能力是企业物流能力的一个重要方面，并做了简单的探讨分析，丰富了对物流企业能力的研究。     

Process innovation capability and subsequent collaborative team performance in travel planning: a knowledge exchange platform perspective

Purpose: Backpacker tourism is flourishing in this century as the high development of Internet technology which enables travellers to search for resources they need easier. The research goal of this study was to exam how virtual skill and collective efficacy affect process innovation capability and subsequent team performance of collaborative design team in a virtual community. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, we formulated the virtual team model from the perspectives of open innovation paradigm and virtual competence, and we collected virtual community participation samples from the online communities. Invitation emails were delivered to numerous trip plan initiators in two well-known online travel communities for filling survey questionnaires for this study. In total, 3000 invitation messages were mailed, of which 373 were returned completed. The model and hypotheses were tested by structural equation modelling. Findings: Virtual competence, including collective efficacy and virtual media skill, is the essential key to facilitate process innovation capability and subsequent team performance success. Besides, knowledge sharing significantly moderates the relationship between process innovation capability and the team performance. Originality/value: Backpackers in the online travel communities have to have not only the willingness to collaborate, but also the abilities of using the correct tool to help with their tasks. When a self-efficacy gets into collective efficacy, it enables the collaborative team to develop with good virtual competencies. Accordingly, trip plan initiator and participants of a virtual team are as expertise contributors between conformity in online communities and online compulsive control tendencies.     

实践论下的理论与实验相融合模式研究——以《多传感器信息融合技术》课程为例

基于多媒体技术开发了多传感器信息融合实验平台,利用该平台将理论与实验在时间和空间上做到真正的融合。该平台集多源信息融合领域的新理论和新算法于一体,便于学生全面、系统的学习和实践。实践表明:通过丰富而生动的实验,学生对繁杂而艰深的理论知识获得了直接、客观而形象的认识,理论与实验的融合激发了学生们的学习热情和积极性,提高了科技创新能力。     

现代职业教育视野下,对建筑企业教育培训工作的探讨

当代社会,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人力资源的竞争,企业为了能在激烈的市场竞争中独占鳌头,使尽浑身解数,其中员工培训就是极其重要的一种手段。然而,大多数建筑企业培训无论是战略层面还是操作层面,违背现代职业教育的规律,难以对培训进行科学有效的管理。本文结合现代职业教育的相关理论,围绕员工"智能倾向定位"、"能力本位定位"等内容,探讨职业教育理论在建筑企业培训中的应用,强调"行动导向"培训方法的重要性。     

Key drivers of innovation capability in hotels: implications on performance

Innovation capability is critical for the modernization and competitiveness of the hotel industry. This work analyzes the role of hotels' innovative culture, market orientation, and internal marketing as forerunners of innovation capability in hotels, as well as the effect of innovation capability on hotels' performance. The proposed conceptual model is evaluated through structural equation modeling using a sample of 256 Spanish hotels. The results reveal that innovative culture by itself is not a key driver of the hotels' innovation capability. However, internal marketing and market orientation mediate the innovative culture-innovation capability relationship. Innovation capability proves to enhance hotels' market results directly and indirectly through customer equity. Our findings offer hotel managers useful guidance to understand how innovation capability is built within the firm by combining the right organizational culture and practices. Additionally, our study reinforces the financial and non-financial benefits of innovation capability in hotels.     

基于模糊评价模型的物流管理专业实践教学体系研究

考虑物流管理专业实践教学的特性,从实践环节、创新与创业、管理机制、教学团队等方面构建了实践教学指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法进行评价分析。研究结论表明,毕业实习、毕业论文、学科竞赛、创新与创业项目对物流管理专业实践教学的影响较大。     

高质量发展视角下区域创新能力的提升路径 ——以南京市江宁区为例

我国经济已由高速增长阶段转变为高质量发展阶段,实现高质量发展是新时代我国经济发展的根本要求。高质量发展与创新驱动紧密关联,必须多举措协同提升区域创新能力。区域创新能力是指一个地区将知识转化为新产品、新工艺、新服务的能力,代表了创新要素在一定区域内聚集、整合以及推动区域可持续发展的基本能力。为了有效提升区域创新能力,必须强化区域创新的综合保障、构建区域创新综合生态体系、促进创新创业项目孵化与成果转化、强化区域制造业发展相关的创新活动等。以南京市江宁区为例对此进行了分析,该区积极实施战略科技引领计划,不断强化创新工作,通过促进区域创新平台建设、区域创新的服务支撑体系构建、高端创新资源在区域的聚集、区域制造业创新发展及合理布局等,不断增强区域创新能力,有效支撑了区域高质量发展。
