“十五”时期嘉兴与上海商贸合作战略研究

该文人建设“大上海商贸圈”的战略高度回顾了嘉沪商贸合作的历史与 现状,系统地分析了上海建立国际贸易中心和加入WTO背景下嘉兴商贸业所面临的机遇和挑战,提出了“要充分利用上海强大的极化效应和辐射作用,探讨两地间多层次、多样化的合作方式”;要“以提升嘉兴产品的质量和牌誉为中心,进一步扩大双方合作的领域和深度”;要“以物许连锁业为突破口,实施嘉兴商贸业的组织创新、业态创新和管理创新”。     

员工个人特征对ESOP激励效果的影响——对HD公司的案例研究

以HD公司为研究对象,运用实地访谈和因子分析、方差分析等统计分析方法,研究员工个人特征通过激励机制对ESOP实施效果的影响。结果表明,公司员工整体素质影响了ESOP的实施效果;不同工龄的员工在工作态度上具有显著性差异;不同文化程度、工龄和岗位层次的员工在获利预期上具有显著性差异。根据这些结果,笔者就完善ESOP的实施提出了建议。     

地下水污染防治区划研究

地下水在我国水资源体系中占有重要地位,可以直接对我国民众日常生产生活造成影响,在我国社会发展过程中,水资源污染问题日益严重,地下水污染问题成为了社会热门话题之一。基于此,从业人员应加大研究力度,不断对传统治理办法进行创新,以解决地下水污染问题。通过实际工作证明,在现有地下水污染治理策略中,防治区划手段治理效果最好,可以对地下水污染问题进行有效控制,避免地下水污染进一步扩大。     

我国省际边界区域的研究进展及展望

省际边界区域既是省级经济政策的交汇区,又是区域摩擦的集中地,空间协调难度较大,统筹发展难点较多,是和谐社会建设所面临的重大问题之一。我国省际边界区域研究内容主要包括边界区域的理论内涵、影响因素、产业发展、空间组织结构模型、空间管治以及发展战略和对策等。这些研究多以现状的描述为主,并没有形成完整的理论体系。在全球化、网络化和信息化以及科学发展观的背景下,省际边界区域已成为我国区域统筹发展的重点,在今后的研究中要重视探讨以“边界效应”理论为基础的边界区域经济学,深入分析省际边界区域的产业分工与合作,深化研究省际边界区域空间结构演化及优化路径,加快构建省际边界区域协调发展的定量系统模型,科学完善省际边界区域协调发展理论体系。     

国内外科技旅游的发展及研究综述

随着全球旅游业的迅猛发展、科学技术的不断进步、“科技”与“旅游”的逐步结合,科技旅游蓬勃兴起,已成为现代旅游业的重要组成部分,并在旅游实践中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章针对国内外科技旅游发展情况及研究状况进行了综述,并结合国内外科技旅游发展及其研究的对比分析,对我国科技旅游的开发研究进行了展望。     

高校智力资本模型及实证研究

在知识经济时代,智力资本成为组织的第三资源和核心竞争。本文尝试把智力资本理论引入高校,构建适合高校的智力资本模型,并设计衡量高校智力资本指标体系。通过问卷调查进行实证研究,统计结果表明,该指标体系具有一定程度的可靠性,智力资本的3个构成要素之间存在正向的相关关系。最后,就加强高校智力资本管理提出几点建设性意见。     

中国农村金融市场成长机制及模式研究

本文在分析了原有农村金融市场成长机制的现状,结合中国农村金融发展实际的基础,总结出了中国农村金融市场成长存在的问题及这些问题产生的根源,对中国农村金融市场成长的影响进行了分析,并提出了对于农村金融市场发展成长的具体政策措施。     

An empirical analysis of green supply chain management in the German automotive industry

The purpose of this paper is the empirical investigation of the status quo of green supply chain management in the German automotive industry from a practitioner's point of view. Several aspects of green supply chain management, such as the point of time of implementation, the driving forces, the relevance of intended goals and their particular realization and the adoption of eco‐programs with suppliers and customers as well as internal and external barriers are analyzed. Furthermore, the link to different performance criteria is tested by inductive statistics in order to show the potential of green supply chain management for competitiveness. For this study, managers from the automotive supply industry in Germany were asked about their estimations in this regard. The main conclusion is that managers express the need for green supply chain management on the one hand but also see corresponding problems in terms of required resources on the other hand. Furthermore, the analyses show that green supply chain management leads to higher performance in terms of several performance criteria. Who is more visionary in mergers: Commercial vs. investment banks

Early papers concerning bankers on board usually focus on the rationale of bank entry and such effects on company performance. Recently, Güner, Malmendier, and Tate (2008) started to look at the different effects of the bankers with different expertise on the investment strategy and post-entry performance of the firms on which they have board seats. This study extends this line of research to further examine the relationship between the change of different types of financial professionals’ equity holdings of acquiring firms prior to merger completion dates and these acquirers’ post-merger performance. Using 381 U.S. listed acquirers during 2000–2005, we find that the changes of the ownership of commercial banks and insurance companies are positively related to the acquirers’ short-term performance. However, only the changes of the ownership of investment bankers are negatively related to the bidders’ long-term performance, implying that, due to conflict of interests, investment bankers probably aim at the increase of the short-run post-merger performance of the acquiring companies of which they have relatively larger equity holdings.     

HR managers in five countries: what do they do and why does it matter?

The 1980s saw the need for change in the organizational role of human resource (HR) professionals, from the traditional employee champion and administrative expert to strategic business partner and change agent. The argument posited was that a more challenging environment compels organizations to turn to managing their HRs as a source of competitive advantage and that means an increasing business partnership for HR professionals. However, very few studies examine the execution of these multiple, sometimes contradictory roles, despite the risk that neglecting traditional roles endanger organizational performance in the long term. This five-country comparative study finds that multiple roles are at least moderately executed, and that these HR roles have different impact depending on the aspect of organizational performance. As well, a more challenging environment, defined here as legal constraints and industry challenges, generally does not have a significant moderating effect on the impact of the different HR roles on organizational performance.
