为探究不同侧压系数下断面形状对隧洞破坏特征的影响,基于齐热哈塔尔地区地质条件,构建连续-离散耦合数值模型,从洞室围岩塑性区演化、洞室围岩位移及裂纹发育状态进行探讨.结果表明:断面形状相同时,随着侧压系数的增加,洞室顶底板塑性区变化较为明显,且位移集中区域由两帮转移至顶底板;洞室顶底板始终为拉剪复合破坏,而两帮则随着侧压系数的增加由张拉破坏变为拉剪复合破坏;侧压系数一定时,圆形断面洞室破坏程度最小. 相似文献

以往关于时间压力对冲动性购买影响的研究结论具有两面性,即促进或抑制。文章引入交易效用和感知风险两个调节变量,通过两个实验探讨了时间压力对网络冲动性购买倾向影响的边界条件。首先,当交易效用较高时,时间压力的增加会导致其网络冲动性购买倾向的提高;而当交易效用较低时,时间压力的增加会导致其网络冲动性购买倾向的降低(实验一)。其次,当人们感知风险较低时,时间压力的增加会导致其网络冲动性购买倾向的提高;而当人们感知风险较高时,时间压力的增加会导致其网络冲动性购买倾向的降低(实验二)。研究结论可以帮助电商企业进一步了解消费者的冲动性购买行为,充分利用时间压力的影响,制定更灵活有效的促销策略。 相似文献

This article investigates a mechanism named the selfie effect. By their frequent sharing of selfies on social media, perhaps displaying their cool new fashions or newly acquired tattoos, young people—unintentionally—help providers to promote their products and services, and thereby contribute to the commercial pressure. The existence of a selfie effect builds on hypotheses originating from a pilot interview study concerning how young adults master the consumer role. In this article, the existence of a selfie effect is investigated in a nationally representative web survey with 1,707 respondents aged 16–60, living in Norway. While 59% of the teenagers said they were posting selfies weekly or more often, only 2% among those in their fifties did. The multivariate quantitative analyses support the idea that teenagers and young adults, frequently online, become vulnerable in the consumer role. Owing to the rapid spread of smart technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, and algorithms (STARA), service jobs are being replaced by these technologies. Despite the potential effect of STARA awareness on employee outcomes, surprisingly few studies have explored its role service employees' work outcomes. Addressing this gap, our research assessed the mediating relationship between STARA awareness, performance pressure, and job crafting, as well as the moderating effects of help-receiving and help-giving on this relationship. We conducted a quantitative study for 301 South Korean service employees using surveys collected at two points in time. The results indicated that service employees' STARA awareness positively affected job crafting through performance pressure. Furthermore, the association between STARA awareness and performance pressure was more prominent for higher levels of help-receiving than for lower levels of help-receiving. Help-receiving further moderated the indirect effect of performance pressure on the STARA awareness and job crafting relationship. While the mitigating effect of help-giving was not supported, we observed a significantly positive association between STARA awareness and performance pressure only when help-receiving was high and help-giving was low. These findings contribute to the literature on technology in the retailing sector by uncovering how STARA awareness affects service employees’ performance pressure and job crafting and the roles played by help-giving and help-receiving in this relationship. 相似文献

We examine the impact of the introduction of VIX exchange‐traded products (ETPs) on the information content and pricing efficiency of VIX futures. We document that trades in VIX futures have become less informative and that pricing errors exhibit more persistence after the introduction of VIX ETPs. In addition, we observe that the price process of the VIX futures has become noisier over time. These findings suggest that the introduction of the VIX ETPs had a prominent effect on the properties and dynamics of the VIX futures. 相似文献

How Environmental Management Competitive Pressure Affects a Focal Firm's Environmental Innovation Activities: A Green Supply Chain Perspective 下载免费PDF全文
Recently, environmental management offers firms a source of competitive advantage in the marketplace. The development of environmental innovations is critical to the success of today's firms. Drawing on the Schumpeterian perspective of competition, this research examines how the perception of rival firms' green success influences a firm to pursue and produce environmental innovation through its green supply chain integration activities. Using survey data from 230 firms, a conceptual model is developed and tested using structural equation modeling. We find that the firms in our sample do perceive pressure from their competitors' success in environmental management activities, and thus take supply chain action to pursue integration activities. By differentiating incremental and radical environmental innovation, this study also reveals the role of three dimensions of green supply chain integration (internal, supplier, and customer integration of green product development) on incremental and radical environmental innovation separately. Specifically, findings suggest that green supply chain integration has a positive impact on developing incremental environmental innovation, while only customer integration has a significant positive impact on developing radical environmental innovation. 相似文献
