在未来几年,物业管理服务行业将迎来迅猛发展,物业管理服务行业对人才的需求将越来越大,特别是对实用性强、操作能力强的人才的需求更旺盛。文章认为中职院校所培养的物业管理专业学生更适合物业行业的特点,并在物业行业对于初、中级人才的需求上进行了分析和研究。     

Related variety and firm heterogeneity. What really matters for short-run firm growth?

ABSTRACT

In recent years, two concepts have become key elements in economic geography: related variety and firm heterogeneity. The first one predicts that knowledge spillovers within a region/local system occur among firms operating in ‘different but related’ sectors. The second one assumes that knowledge spillovers can occur among ‘different’ firms belonging to the same localised sector/industrial cluster. Using a sample of 27,817 Italian manufacturing firms observed during the period 2010–2013, this paper analyses the role played by related variety and within-sector firm heterogeneity on short-run employment growth. The results suggest that both related variety and within-sector firm heterogeneity have a positive effect, although the latter has a higher impact than the former. These results confirm the role played by related variety, but identify firm heterogeneity as a potential additional source of local knowledge spillovers.     

Koalas in the land of the pandas: reviewing Australian expatriates’ China preparation

The unprecedented internationalization of organizations in the past two decades has made the need for cross-cultural awareness, appreciation and understanding in the daily operations of international businesses increasingly prevalent. In both academic circles and the popular press much has been written about the need for individuals to be cross-culturally sensitive, adaptive and responsive when managing across national borders. One of the key aspects identified in literature as contributing towards achieving cross-cultural sensitivity of expatriates is correct selection, pre-departure and post-arrival training and in situ support for the expatriate and his/her family. The research presented in this paper examines the selection, training and support of Australian expatriates in China, a nation that has loomed large in the current and future trading and expansion plans of many Australian corporations since it opened its doors to international commerce in the late 1970?s. Based on information gathered through semi-structured interviews conducted with expatriate Australians in Shanghai in 1999 and 2001, the results of this research indicate that, while organizations are recognizing the need to employ Australians who have prior China knowledge, organizational preparation remains negligible.

分析了目前软件技术专业实训基地建设的必要性,提出了校企合作下的高职院校软件技术专业校内、校外实训基地建设、管理、运行模式和成效,探讨了建立校企合作实训基地要考虑和解决的问题。     

基于情境学习的高职软件项目化教学探索

针对如何落实软件开发的项目化教学,如何实现学生软件开发的职业能力培养,阐述了作为承载学生培养目标的载体——教学项目及其作用、选取与教学内容的组织。项目化教学最终要落实到项目“典型工作任务”的教学情境设计中。本文通过软件教学案例的设计,说明如何体现项目教学的情境性,如何体现“项目导向、任务驱动”的教学。结果表明通过好的教学项目的情境设计,对软件开发人才培养具有非常大的作用。
