武汉市城市可持续发展能力评估

作者根据可持续发展能力的内涵及特点 ,结合城市发展特征 ,提出了城市可持续发展能力评价与指标选取的原则、评估方法 ,建立了评价的指标体系 ,并以武汉市为对象 ,从人文、自然的角度评价其一段时间内可持续发展的动态变化 ,并在此基础上提出了一些建议。     

中国城市管理法制化评价研究

城市管理法制化是城市管理的重要方面,同时也是当前提升城市管理水平的关键.本文借鉴相关学科的一些研究成果,设立评价指标体系,并选取8城市为对象,进行了城市管理法制化评价,以确定城市管理法制化工作中最重要的若干因素,据此提出相应的建议.     

How does perceived formality shape unheard challenging voices?

Abstract

It has been argued that upward challenge is important because it allows employees to have a say in organisational decision-making. Yet upward challenge may go unheard in organisations. Formal voice mechanisms are largely considered to be advantageous for encouraging employees to share their views and concerns. However, recent papers calling into question the distinction between formal and informal voice have prompted investigation into the value of formal voice mechanisms in encouraging upward challenge. This qualitative study attempted to understand in what ways formal voice mechanisms had the potential to create unheard voices by first establishing a working definition of formal voice mechanisms. Using a sample of 19 UK police officers, participants used a card sort to categorise formal and informal voice mechanisms. They subsequently identified, through semi-structured interviews, that formal voice mechanisms could be considered risky for upward challenge. The findings can be used by scholars and practitioners as a framework to identify where challenging voices may be going unheard.     

The impact of supervisor interpersonal justice on supervisor-directed citizenship behaviors in social enterprises: a moderated mediation model

Abstract

While prior research has examined the strategic role of social enterprise managers in the achievement of a double economic and social performance objective, a clear understanding of the supervisors’ role in fostering employees’ attitudes and behaviors is still lacking. To address this gap, our paper aims to examine the impact of supervisor interpersonal justice on supervisor-directed citizenship behaviors by developing a moderated mediation model. Survey data were collected from 196 supervisor-subordinate dyads employed in diverse French social enterprises. Our results show that psychological contract breach mediates the supervisor interpersonal justice – supervisor-directed citizenship behaviors relationship. Further, employees’ prosocial motivations moderate this indirect effect. Our research provides insight into the mechanisms of social exchange relationships in social enterprises. In a practical perspective, it also demonstrates that the development of an effective HRM in social enterprises requires the implementation of specific training and development programs for managers.     

基于PSR模型的领导干部资源环境离任审计评价研究——以中国31个省区市的经验数据为例

结合当前自然资源资产负债表的实践探索,基于PSR模型,尝试构建领导干部资源环境离任审计评价体系。这一体系能够对领导干部履职情况进行较为全面的评价,并通过最终评价结果与各指标之间的动因分析,揭示各指标之间的相互联系。利用该体系,采用主成分分析法,对31个省区市2004年、2008年和2012年各年的资源环境情况进行了实证考察,对各省区市领导干部资源环境责任的履行情况做出了定量评价。     

IPD 模式下的工程项目造价风险评价

自中国进入经济新常态阶段,城市化进程加快,政府对建设工程项目三大目标越发重视,其中成本目标成为研究的热点,尤其是在控制造价风险的前提下,如何降低成本减少浪费,成为国内外学者研究的关键问题。因此,本文引入IPD模式,结合情景分析法与工作分解结构法,识别出该模式的25个造价风险指标,并运用结构熵权法进行风险权重计算,再采用D-S证据理论进行IPD项目的造价风险值计算,旨在评价IPD模式的风险情况,促进其在我国的推广与应用。     

中国水产养殖业的发展前景

该文运用大量的资料和数据,分析了中国水产养殖业的现状、进行了水产养殖业的效益评价,提出了中国未来水产养殖业的发展目标与基本措施     

项目沟通绩效评价初探

沟通不畅是导致项目失败的重要原因,而缺乏项目沟通绩效评价方法阻碍了项目沟通的改进。本文以沟通过程模型和项目沟通模型为基础,从沟通认知、沟通能力、沟通渠道、沟通工具、沟通制度和沟通文化六个方面对项目沟通绩效评价做了初步尝试。     

项目评估的层次-理想解法

项目评估的方法众多,主要包括三类:定性分析法、定量分析法以及定性-定量综合分析法。本文提出了一种融合层次分析法与理想解法以对项目进行评估的方法:层次-理想解法。该方法的优点是不仅具有层次分析法的各种优势,而且在评估时保留了原有定量指标值,使评估结果更加的精确。此方法适用于多方案择优项目的评估。     

基于模糊综合评判的土地整理规划方案评价

针对我国土地整理项目效益评价中存在的问题,提出建立综合效益评价指标体系以及特尔斐法确定其权重,采用模糊综合评判方法对土地整理项目的规划方案进行综合效益评价,用定量化的方法为规划方案的选择提供科学依据,并以重庆市某土地整理项目为例对该方法进行了介绍.
