大学生社交焦虑症的音乐治疗过程初探

文章探讨了音乐疗法对社交焦虑症患者的疗效。采用音乐疗法对一例存在社交焦虑症的求助者进行心理治疗,求助者4周后的各量表评分都达到了正常值,测验结果显示治疗达到了预期效果,得出音乐疗法对社交焦虑症具有一定的改善作用。     

投资者有限理性行为的认知、心理基础

The benefits of and constraints to participation in seniors’ online communities

Participation in seniors' online communities is a significant trend in elders' leisure use of the Internet. Based on an online survey of 218 members of 16 communities, this study explored the experience of participation in such communities. Results identified seven psychological benefits resulting from participation, the most salient being ‘Joyfulness’, ‘Stimulation’ and ‘Companionship’. Analysis also revealed various positive impacts on members' offline social life, interests and activities, as well as instrumental contribution. Negative experiences and several constraints to participation were discovered as well. Still, the findings suggest that the communities offer various mechanisms for enhancing seniors' well-being and promoting successful ageing.     

A Conceptualization of the Employee Branding Process

SUMMARY

We propose a conceptual model of the employee branding process in which the employee brand image is driven by the messages employees receive and the mechanisms within employees' psyches that enable them to make sense of those messages. The model identifies various sources through which messages are delivered and describes the contributions of those sources to the employee branding process. The psychological contract is identified as a perceptual mechanism central to the employee branding process. The model specifies the consequences of the employee branding process and describes a feedback loop through which managers can monitor the process.

采用案例研究的方法．以北京市某行政区旅游咨询服务中心为典型案例,分析其人力资源关键性问题,然后从职业核心能力模型构建、建立及完善多层级旅游咨询人员认证体系、建立多层级培训体系、完善志愿者机制以及绩效考评标准化等方面提出了以职业核心能力为基础的人力资源开发策略．     

个体文化特征对心理契约构建的影响

在总结心理契约交易型导向和关系型导向的基础上,基于个体主义与集体主义表征文化的核心价值观,本文发现个体主义者理解组织信息趋向于交易型契约,集体主义者趋向于关系型契约;个体主义价值观将激励个体缔结交易型心理契约,而集体主义价值观将影响个体建立关系型心理契约。因此,个体文化特征会对心理契约的构建产生影响。     

Physicians' appraisal of mobile health monitoring

This study addresses what factors influence and moderate Japanese physicians' mobile health monitoring (MHM) adoption for diabetic patients. In light of the multilevel sequential check theory, the study tests whether novelty seeking, self-efficacy, and compatibility moderate the effects of overall quality, net benefits, and perceived value of MHM on physicians' usage intention. Self-efficacy serves as an evaluation of resources for coping with an event, while compatibility involves the judgment of an event's congruence with a motive or goal. The study results support four out of nine moderation hypotheses. Our findings clearly indicate that the impact of overall quality and net benefits on physicians' intention to use MHM would be significantly strengthened by self-efficacy and compatibility, but not by novelty seeking.     

知识型员工心理契约结构和激励机制

本文从知识型员工的特征出发,对我国传统文化背景下的知识型员工与组织之间心理契约的结构进行探索．认为组织责任和员工责任的心理契约结构维度存在差异,突出人际支持和协作发展更符合我国企业知识型员工心理契约的特征。在此基础上探讨有针对性的激励机制,通过心理契约的信守、巩固、修正和发展整合各种激励机制,以期提高对知识型员工的管理效率。
