关于美军装备物资唯一识别的研究与思考

通过对美军装备物资唯一识别管理的研究,总结了美军应用唯一识别管理系统实现装备物资的全程跟踪、贮存管理、维修保障以及物资的可追溯性的一些做法,同时,针对我军装备物资管理工作现状,提出了我军改善装备物资唯一识别管理和提高军事物流工作效率的几点启示。     

When profession trumps potential: The moderating role of professional identification in employees’ reactions to talent management

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role that a professionalized context plays in shaping employee reactions to talent management decisions. We examined the mediating role of felt obligation in the relationship between talent ratings and organizational citizenship behavior. Further, the study tested whether professional identification moderates the relationship between talent ratings and felt obligation towards the organization. Five hundred and ninety-eight teachers that had recently received ratings of their talent status responded to a survey questionnaire. Felt obligation mediated the relationship between talent ratings and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, professional identification moderated the relationship between ratings of potential and felt obligation in such a way that the relationship was strongest for the teachers expressing the lowest professional identification. At high levels of professional identification, the relationship was not significant. These results indicate that conventional talent management might be less effective for increasing favorable attitudes and behaviors among employees in highly professionalized contexts, such as the education sector.     

一种基于时间轴小波变换的鲁棒性水印算法研究

针对视频水印常见的攻击和视频压缩攻击,文章提出了一种时间轴小波域的视频水印算法。该算法选取每个场景中连续的8帧视频嵌入水印,让8帧视频图像进行3重时间轴小波变换得到一个低频帧,通过自适应的方式将水印嵌入低频帧的DCT中低频系数中,从而有效地保证了水印的抗攻击性。实验结果表明,该视频水印系统在不可见的同时具有很强的鲁棒性和安全性。

对一卡通系统建设解决方案的研究与探讨

近年来,随着计算机技术的发展和一卡通系统的普及,各单位迫切需要通过信息化手段提高自己的管理水平和信息化建设水平,其中一卡通系统显得尤为重要。本方案将从整体规划,改变原来的传统方式,用一张卡方式替代原来的身份识别模式,实现持卡人在单位范围内的身份统一识别,方便所有工作人员,提升单位信息化建设水平。     

基于成本分析的发车频率模型在广州BRT的应用

班车的发车频率对服务水平及成本控制都起着重要作用。发车频率低,可以降低成本,但是不能满足乘客需求,会引发一系列社会问题;发车频率高,虽然给乘客提供了更好的服务,但是却大大增加了运营成本。本文将在陈文进《大众运输路线服务模式构建之研究》中提出的基于成本的公交班车派发频率模型的基础上,增加环境因素的考虑对模型进行完善。再次本文将以LINGO为工具对模型进行简单求解,并将模型应用于广州快速公交对广州BRT的发车频率进行优化。     

AHP在工程项目施工风险评估中的应用

针对工程施工项目风险源众多的特点,本研究首先根据项目的实际情况对项目进行安全风险识别,并仔细分析了项目存在的安全风险,然后选用AHP法(层次分析法)对项目安全风险进行评价,最后结合该工程施工项目的实际情况,将项目风险进行分类,并针对不同级别的风险源提出项目安全风险的处置方法和应对措施,以减少、避免安全事故,控制安全风险,确保项目的施工、生产安全,案例研究结果验证了AHP的客观准确性,为工程项目施工提供了决策支持。     

Term frequency – function of document frequency: a new term weighting scheme for enterprise information retrieval

In today's business environment, enterprises are increasingly under pressure to process the vast amount of data produced everyday within enterprises. One method is to focus on the business intelligence (BI) applications and increasing the commercial added-value through such business analytics activities. Term weighting scheme, which has been used to convert the documents as vectors in the term space, is a vital task in enterprise Information Retrieval (IR), text categorisation, text analytics, etc. When determining term weight in a document, the traditional TF-IDF scheme sets weight value for the term considering only its occurrence frequency within the document and in the entire set of documents, which leads to some meaningful terms that cannot get the appropriate weight. In this article, we propose a new term weighting scheme called Term Frequency – Function of Document Frequency (TF-FDF) to address this issue. Instead of using monotonically decreasing function such as Inverse Document Frequency, FDF presents a convex function that dynamically adjusts weights according to the significance of the words in a document set. This function can be manually tuned based on the distribution of the most meaningful words which semantically represent the document set. Our experiments show that the TF-FDF can achieve higher value of Normalised Discounted Cumulative Gain in IR than that of TF-IDF and its variants, and improving the accuracy of relevance ranking of the IR results.     

浅谈电热毯的火灾危险性及火灾原因鉴别方法

本文结合电热毯火灾的特点和案例,分析了电热毯火灾的危险性,通过不同方法对电热毯火灾进行原因鉴别并总结方法,针对火灾特点,提出了电热毯火灾的预防措施。     

Forecasting in a Mixed Up World: Nowcasting Hawaii Tourism

We evaluate the short term forecasting performance of methods that systematically incorporate high frequency information via covariates. Our study provides a thorough introduction of these methods to the tourism literature. We highlight the distinguishing features and limitations of each tool and evaluate their forecasting performance in two tourism-specific applications. The first uses monthly indicators to predict quarterly tourist arrivals to Hawaii; the second predicts quarterly labor income in the accommodations and food services sector. Our results indicate that compared to the exclusive use of low frequency aggregates, including timely intra-period data in the forecasting process results in significant gains in predictive accuracy. Anticipating growing popularity of these techniques among empirical analysts, we present practical implementation guidelines to facilitate their adoption.
