码分无线射频识别系统空中接口协议设计及性能分析

为进一步提高无线射频识别系统单个读写器识别电子标签的速率,设计了一种将码分与统计时分技术相结合的新型无线射频识别系统的空中接口协议,并分析了系统的抗噪声性能、识别速率等主要性能指标。仿真结果表明,新型无线射频识别系统在抗噪声性能和识别速率等方面均优于基于现有国际标准ISO/IEC 18000-6C的无线射频识别系统。     

信用担保合约的定价

随着信用担保行业的不断发展,作为高风险行业,对其担保合约的科学定价以覆盖其担保失败的损失,显得极为重要。利用信用担保合约与信用违约互换的支付函数的同构性,构建适当的信用违约互换合约及模拟信用担保公司的信用担保合约,以信用违约互换的定价方式为信用担保公司的信用担保合同进行定价,更能体现出定价模型对担保合约定价的客观性、科学性和准确性。     

The impact of reporting frequency on the information quality of share price: evidence from Chinese state-owned enterprises

As a major global exchange, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) only requires semi-annual reporting whereas other major exchanges including the ones in Chinese mainland require quarterly reporting. We argue against the traditional view that higher reporting frequency is necessarily more beneficial. The decision on reporting frequency depends on how the information is being processed by the recipient traders and the results are not obvious. Using a sample of Chinese companies duallisted in both China A share market and SEHK (AH shares) as the experimental group and mainland’s companies listed on SEHK (H shares) only as the control group, we apply the difference-in-difference (DID) method to investigate the impacts of reporting frequency on stock information quality. The results suggest that after China A share market require quarterly financial reporting for all listed companies in 2002, the information asymmetry of the H tranche of AH stocks increases. Different from prior studies, the results suggest a negative association between stock information quality and financial reporting frequency. We argue that the increased information asymmetry in the H tranche is caused by the noise spilled over from the A tranche. We conduct multivariable GARCH tests and find evidence supporting this conjecture.

第三代移动通信系统 (3G)的第二阶段是采用IP传送网 ,服务质量 (QoS)是极其重要的问题。在讨论基于IP的 3G中QoS体系结构、业务QoS要求基础上 ,重点研究QoS控制原理和区分服务的实现 ,并得出一些有参考价值的结论。     

低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设限制性因子识别与建设方向

[目的]识别低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设的限制性因素。[方法]基于GIS平台,运用AHP-熵权法,以重庆市高标准基本农田建设的6个典型项目区为例,从田块禀赋、设施配套、投入产出水平、社会经济水平及生态环境等5方面选取15项指标,识别低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设的限制性因素。[结果](1)低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设限制性因素依次存在中低山缓坡区丘陵宽谷区河谷平坝区的趋势,且不同微地貌条件下的限制性因素存在一定差异。(2)从项目区评价分值来看,河谷平坝区耕地质量分值最高,为高标准基本农田重点建设区域;丘陵宽谷区建设条件与耕地质量较好,是高标准基本农田建设次重点区域;而中低山缓坡区限制性因子较多,高标准基本农田建设适宜性较差。(3)文章研究的AHP-熵权法可以适用于其他地貌类型单元下高标准基本农田建设限制性因素识别研究。[结论]因地制宜,科学合理安排低山丘陵区微地貌类型下的高标准基本农田建设内容与整治任务。     

Discovering latent commercial networks from online financial news articles

Unlike most online social networks where explicit links among individual users are defined, the relations among commercial entities (e.g. firms) may not be explicitly declared in commercial Web sites. One main contribution of this article is the development of a novel computational model for the discovery of the latent relations among commercial entities from online financial news. More specifically, a CRF model which can exploit both structural and contextual features is applied to commercial entity recognition. In addition, a point-wise mutual information (PMI)-based unsupervised learning method is developed for commercial relation identification. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed computational methods, a prototype system called CoNet has been developed. Based on the financial news articles crawled from Google finance, the CoNet system achieves average F-scores of 0.681 and 0.754 in commercial entity recognition and commercial relation identification, respectively. Our experimental results confirm that the proposed shallow natural language processing methods are effective for the discovery of latent commercial networks from online financial news.
