本文是一项由24位中国企业资源规划资深顾问参与的研究,主要研究目标是发现中国制造业中面向订单生产的管理趋势及其对ERP的挑战。本文首先提出了研究的8个研究步骤,由专家提出面向订单生产业务的管理趋势,并根据专家投票得到其中的10个主要趋势,接着研究了这些主要趋势的业务管理难度和ERP对其支持程度,最后分析了目前ERP支持面向订单生产业务的不足。研究结果表明,在面向订单生产环境下,企业需要更高的供应链管理水平,并且需要改进的生产计划与控制方法。研究结果还表明目前应用于制造业的ERP软件在支持面向订单生产的发展趋势方面表现出较多的不足之处,阻碍了管理目标的实现。 相似文献

This study examines the antecedents and consequences of both timing and content of idiosyncratic deals (i-deals) for attracting and retaining valuable employees. A resource exchange frame theorizes the influence pattern of personal individualism value, social skill, and perceived insider status on i-deals timing. Individualism and social skill are expected to relate to both ex ante and ex post i-deals; perceived insider status is anticipated to relate only to ex post i-deals. The frame also suggests that i-deals’ content and personal development relate primarily to relational and balanced psychological contracts; the other ex post i-deals, flexibility and workload reduction relate to transactional psychological contracts. 本文调查了兰州市榆中县、永登县、皋兰县的农村金融情况,发现在信息不对称和缺乏合规抵押物的情况下,农村信贷资源的分配存在着向高收入农民集中的情况。最需要得到信贷资源的中低收入农民却难以获得正规农村金融机构的信贷支持,转而求助于民间金融;对信贷需求不那么迫切的高收入农民却成为农村金融机构争抢的优质客户资源,造成农村金融市场供给和需求的脱节。本文认为要解决农村信贷资源分配扭曲的问题就必须降低农村金融的门槛、打破农村金融的垄断和给予民间金融以合法地位,并且建立一套惠农政策提高农民收入,改善农村金融的服务基础。 相似文献

创业导向对绩效的正向影响已经被诸多学者认可,但也有研究指出,创业导向与绩效的关系是“难以捉摸”的。二者之间关系研究结论的相异性继续驱动着学者们不断从各种不同的情境来分析探究它们之间的关系并企图打开二者之间的“黑箱”。新企业的创业实践表明,资源整合能力对于创业导向与绩效的关系具有重要的影响,但个中机理并未得到有效揭示。基于234份新企业样本,本文利用调节路径分析方法研究了新企业创业导向、资源整合能力与绩效的关系。实证结果表明,新企业创业导向分别与绩效和资源整合能力具有倒U型关系,而且资源整合能力在创业导向与绩效的倒U性关系中具有中介效用。这说明了拥有适度创业导向的新企业将会有较好的绩效,较低或较高的创业导向都不利于绩效的提升,而要确保创业导向对绩效的积极作用,新企业必须完善并提升其资源整合能力。 相似文献

This article considers how employees engage with B2B firms on social media, a topic that is largely overlooked in the extant brand engagement literature. Using the results from a large-scale study of employee brand engagement on social media, we identify two key drivers of employee brand engagement using the content analysis tool DICTION—namely, optimism and commonality. Employees of top-ranked and -rated firms express higher levels of optimism and commonality in their reviews of their employers on social media than do their counterparts in bottom-ranked and -rated firms. This permits the construction of a 2 × 2 matrix that allows managers to diagnose strategies for increasing or improving employee brand engagement. This creates four different kinds of employee brand engagement situations, and offers human resources and marketing managers different strategies in each case. Export strategic orientation research suggests that export entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and market orientation (MO) directly affect export performance. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study hypothesizes that export resource transformation capability is an intervening factor that helps explain how EO and MO, individually and jointly, impact export performance. Using archival and survey data from small and medium‐sized exporters in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, the study finds that export resource transformation capability partially mediates the individual effects of EO and MO on export performance in both samples. Results further show that export resource transformation capability does not mediate the joint effect of EO and MO on export performance. The findings help provide a more complete understanding of how export strategic orientations might be related to export performance. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

This article investigates the relationship between environmental information and government resources and focuses on the moderate effect of distance. The results show that (1) the promulgation and implementation of the Measures for the Disclosure of Environmental Information (MDEI) can improve the level and quality of environmental information and then increase resource allocation and (2), after the MDEI are issued, distance has a significant negative moderate effect on the positive impact of MDEI, and the negative moderate effect of distance is more significant in low GDP and marketization regions, high-polluting industries and firms audited by the non-Big 4 accounting firms. 相似文献

This paper studies the connection between intermediate input imports and firms’ export quality using firm‐level data from 2000 to 2007. Our regression results show that intermediate input imports promote manufacturing firms’ export quality through ‘variety effects’ and ‘innovation effects’, though the effects are significantly different among firms with different characteristics, and the magnitude of these effects differs across import sources and the quality of imported intermediate inputs themselves. Moreover, we find that a good institutional environment is conducive to the strengthening of the positive influence of intermediate input imports on export quality. Furthermore, the dynamic decomposition demonstrates that the reallocation effect is the key force through which imported inputs boost industrial aggregate quality growth. Taken together, these results suggest that product upgrading facilitated by quality embedded in imported intermediate inputs, a good institutional environment and market share reallocation help Chinese firms to improve the quality of their export products. 相似文献
