高校科研促进黑龙江省“八大经济区”和“十大工程”战略目标实现的对策

阐述我国高校科研的现状及黑龙江省高校科研优势,分析高校科研对社会经济发展的作用,并结合黑龙江省"八大经济区"和"十大工程"战略目标,提出了以立足区域经济发展完善高校科研转化机制、打造创新平台、推进产学研合作、加快成果转化等对策,以服务于地方经济,推动区域经济发展。     

我国少数民族非物质文化遗产研究综述

少数民族非物质文化遗产是少数民族智慧的结晶,在其历史文化发展过程中占有十分重要的地位。近年来,我国关于少数民族非物质文化遗产的研究内容主要集中在概念与内涵、特征与价值、保护与传承、开发利用及具体个案等方面的研究。基于此,通过对相关文献的搜集和整理,对目前的研究特点进行综述和简要评析。     

“低保”制度研究文献回顾

“低保”制度的有效性取决于这一制度实施过程所涉及的关键环节和关键要素,以及这些环节与要素之间的关系能否得到科学的认识和正确的把握。也就是说,“低保”制度是否获得预期的效果以及其功用的大小,取决于“低保”制度运行中究竟存在着哪些问题,以及这些问题在一定的经济、政治、文化、社会条件下能否得到有效解决。“低保”制度从建立到完善需要一个漫长的探索过程,通过对相关文献的总结,并从中寻找中国“低保”制度研究的发展、演进轨迹,进而形成一个比较清晰的研究框架。     

嘉兴地区儿童围巾的消费心理调研与分析

随着人们生活水平的提高,作为服饰点缀品的围巾越来越受到家长的重视,成为装扮孩子体现时尚的有效手段。本研究以嘉兴地区的儿童和家长为调研对象,开展了关于儿童佩戴围巾习惯、围巾价格、图案设计等方面的调研,以便了解儿童围巾市场目标顾客的相关要求,从而指导围巾的设计。     

Network process analysis: An event-based approach to study business network dynamics

To develop business, managers need to understand the dynamic nature of the business networks in which their company operates. Qualitative process research offers a promising methodology to deliver that understanding but does not yet provide elaborate analysis methods applicable to business network research. We therefore introduce an event based analysis strategy developed to study processes in business networks. Employing a longitudinal case on a paper trader's internationalization process in a network context as an experimental arena, we propose three tools for process analysis. First, a research steering wheel that combines both retrospective and real time event analysis; second, an analytical scheme comprising influencing factors, critical events and consequent change; and third, an event trajectory that unfolds process patterns. The proposed strategy offers a viable alternative to social network analysis, network pictures and narrative analysis with which to study network change and dynamics. Elaborating events from a moderate constructivist perspective, it enables the researcher to trace and understand processes beyond mere structural change, and to capture their evolution in a multilayered network context. We evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the methodology and discuss its relevance for research and practice.     

基于耦合模型的中国科技成果转化的社会运行系统的理论研究

本文认为,在科技成果转化过程中,政府、大学、科研院所、中介与企业构成了转化作用的基本主体,这些独立主体是一种耦合作用的单元,可以用耦元进行描述,即这些耦元之间的关系决定了科技成果转化的效率。事实上,这些耦元之间的相互作用存在着复杂性,只有在合适的条件下才可以成功地进行科技成果转化。因此,本文使用生物耦合概念以及原理分析影响科技成果转化的各种核心因素之间的关系,探索影响因素之间的恒定关系,试图找到影响科技成果转化的各种因素相互作用的一般规律,建立合理的科技成果转化管理体系。     

合力打造应用技术研发平台——电子专业校企合作模式探索与实践

本文在主要介绍了高职院校校企业合作的现状,阐述了电子信息类专业校企合作切入点问题,提出了一种应用技术研发平台的电子专业校企合作模式,通过此模式开展了一系列探索和实践,并取得了良好效果.文中重点分析了建立应用技术研发平台效果,从中得出初步结论.     

区域3D打印产业发展政策研究——以天津滨海新区为例

3D打印是制造业领域迅速发展起来的一项快速成型技术,目前正吸引社会公众的广泛关注。从梳理3D打印的技术概况和产业特点入手,在分析了国内外3D打印产业发展现状的基础上,以产业调查资料为依据对3D打印产业发展前景作出预见性分析,并从天津滨海新区的实际情况出发对3D打印产业发展提出具体建议。     

Coming to Terms with Leisure and Globalization

Abstract

This article is concerned with the engagement of leisure studies as an academic field and as organized, professional intervention with the phenomenon of globalization, using the exemplificatory case of the World Leisure and Recreation Association’s (now World Leisure’s) Sao Paulo Declaration on Leisure and Globalization as a point of reference. Deploying a combination of globalization theory and ‘autoethnographic’ research in relation to instances of mediated leisure culture, it reflects on conceptual imprecision and potential contradictions in the Declaration as indicative of wider problems in the disciplinary field. Leisure studies researchers are enjoined to avoid complicity in promoting both dystopian and utopian versions of globalization theory, and sceptically to assess the complex interaction of globalizing and other macro/micro processes. The article concludes by arguing for a wide‐ranging, critically reflexive leisure studies research agenda supported by principled strategic interventions in leisure power relations.
