泛珠三角区域旅游合作利益机制研究

随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,区域旅游合作这个新概念也逐渐出现在中国的旅游发展史上。区域旅游合作已经成为提高旅游竞争力、改善区域旅游总体形象,实现旅游业持续、健康、快速发展的重要途径。目前,泛珠三角区域的旅游合作是我国规模最大、范围最广区域的旅游合作。在分析了泛珠三角区域的旅游合作态势,探讨了区域旅游合作利益机制的主体和内容的基础上,提出了旨在解决区域旅游合作利益机制问题的相关对策建议。

Dominant Strategy Adoption and Bidders' Experience with Pricing Rules

Truthful revelation is a dominant strategy in both English (oral ascending bid) and second-price sealed-bid private-values auctions. Controlled observations of English auctions are largely consistent with the dominant strategy prediction, but laboratory second-price auctions exhibit substantial and persistent overbidding, even with prior experience. However, the experience of having bid in an English auction has a significant learning effect, moving bidding in subsequent second-price auctions closer to the dominant strategy. I explore two treatments isolating facets of the lessons learned from English auction participation, leading me to the following conclusions. Part of the lesson carried over appears to be considering prices one-by-one, but most of it appears to be a crude awareness that overbidding leads to losses. A claim that English auction experience teaches subjects to recognize the dominant strategy in second-price auctions seems overly optimistic. I introduce a nonparametric technique to test coefficient restrictions when the assumption of normally distributed errors is untenable.

浅谈我国女子高等教育的发展

建国后,我国女子高等教育取得了巨大的发展,但还没有真正实现"男女教育机会均等"的理念。通过分析现阶段我国女子高等教育的发展现状及制约因素,并结合实际和国际经验,提出为促进我国女性高等教育发展应采取相应的对策。     

The gloom of the COVID-19 shock in the hospitality industry: A study of consumer risk perception and adaptive belief in the dark cloud of a pandemic

As the new coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads globally, the hospitality industry is at the heart of implementing social distancing, a measure demonstrated to be effective in flattening the epidemic curve. Informed by the perceived risk theory, this research examines how the customer’s perception of the shock of the coronavirus pandemic impacts on their beliefs, and how their beliefs could influence their anticipated emotions (negative and positive) which could affect their future desire towards visiting restaurants. Structural equation modelling was used to understand the research constructs’ associations. This study provides two key suggestions: (i) that the hospitality industry is built on trust from their customers by supporting and resourcing consumers’ self-protection behaviour and adoptive belief, and (ii) that the economic influence and the continuous uncertainty and transformation of the restaurant business need the enhancement of localisation strategies, practices and performance.     

限制预测的体制诠释

领导的预测能力——一个古老却又常谈常新的话题。本从新的视角，对开放社会条件下领导预测能力的内涵作了界定。本认为，由于领导所承担的责任，使其预测能力成了一种保障；由于环境的变化，使整个社会各种资源的配置愈加依赖领导的预测能力。然而，社会体制所具有的天然限制性阻碍着领导预测能力趋向合理性、多元性、超前性与创新性，但这并不能成为评判预测好坏的标准。章独辟蹊径，挖掘出社会体制对预测限制的有序规则的正面效应，提出追求预测体制的有序规则有助于提高科学预测的贡献质量及决策依据成功使用的概率。     

论对行政权力的监督和制约

该文对以法律制约权力,以权力制约权力,以权利制约权力,以道德制约权力等几种权力制约的方法;从思想的层面,制度的层面和现实的层面进行分析,指出它们各自的特点。并总结各自的特点,最后得出结论认为,就我国的实际而言,监督和制约行政权力的最佳方法是大力加强法制建设。     

债权人保护:股份回购资金来源限制的法律漏洞及其填补

2018年《公司法》修改取消股份回购资金来源限制后,股份公司可以通过回购股份向股东返还财产,同时规避利润分配规则与减资规则,导致了债权人保护的法律漏洞。两大证券交易所与全国股转公司发布股份回购实施细则等自律性规范,在一定程度上填补了债权人保护的法律漏洞,并实质性地引入了偿债能力测试及董事责任规则,为公司资本制度的未来变革进行了有益尝试。《公司法》应当把握股份回购导致财产返还的经济实质,恢复资金来源限制,但具体限制标准则依赖于资本维持原则的改革方向。
