简述建筑设计与城市设计的关系

建筑设计与城市设计在许多理论和观点上是一致的,它们在设计上有共同交集的部分。但由于二者在城市建设中,处在不同层面,担当着不同角色,有着各自不同的利益,不免会产生矛盾。本文就我国的发展状况简单叙述如何处理好建筑设计与城市设计的关系,旨在提升城市的品位。     

案例教学知识转移机理研究

随着管理学科的不断发展,管理知识的情境性与实践性日益突显,对管理学科的教学提出了更高的要求。作为一种基于案例创设情境,鼓励学生主动实践、互动讨论的教学方法,案例教学法逐渐成为管理学科教学中不可或缺的方法。本文以高校管理学科案例教学为研究对象,通过结构方程模型的实证研究方法探究了案例教学特征通过影响学习者行为从而促进管理知识转移效果的作用机理。实证研究结果表明,案例教学的情境模拟性特征既能够直接促进管理知识的转移,同时也能通过提升学习意愿间接提升管理知识的学习效果,而师生平等性特征则通过影响学〉-7意愿影响管理知识的转移效果,为高校管理学科案例教学的有效开展提供了新的理论依据。

分析了目前软件技术专业实训基地建设的必要性,提出了校企合作下的高职院校软件技术专业校内、校外实训基地建设、管理、运行模式和成效,探讨了建立校企合作实训基地要考虑和解决的问题。

探析循环物流理念及其系统动力学机制

随着环境问题受到越来越多的关注,可持续发展的循环经济理念日益受到重视,与此同时循环物流应运而生.人们意识到在发展物流过程中应当注重节约资源和环境保护,开始从仅仅关注生产到消费的流通过程转向同时考虑从消费到再生产的流通过程,即逆向物流过程,而循环物流正是正向物流与逆向物流的有机结合.文章就循环物流的理念以及其动力学机制进行了深入分析,重点从分析循环物流的主要功能入手,阐述了循环物流的动力学机制,最后以家用电器逆向物流为例提出了发展循环物流的策略.     

军地一体化装备维修保障体系评价研究

随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展,借鉴美军的装备承包商维修保障理论,我军的装备维修保障体系也处于深刻变革之中.为加深对我军军地一体化装备维修保障体系的了解,更好地促进体系的发展,文章利用层次分析法和多层次灰色综合评价法对体系进行评价.通过建立评价模型对体系进行评价,在评价模型中,通过建立评价体系,确定权重,利用专家评价和白化权函数对体系进行多层次灰色综合评价,得出现行体系总体良好的结论,对体系的改进提出了合理化的建议.

The adaptive approach for storage assignment by mining data of warehouse management system for distribution centres

Among distribution centre operations, order picking has been reported to be the most labour-intensive activity. Sophisticated storage assignment policies adopted to reduce the travel distance of order picking have been explored in the literature. Unfortunately, previous research has been devoted to locating entire products from scratch. Instead, this study intends to propose an adaptive approach, a Data Mining-based Storage Assignment approach (DMSA), to find the optimal storage assignment for newly delivered products that need to be put away when there is vacant shelf space in a distribution centre. In the DMSA, a new association index (AIX) is developed to evaluate the fitness between the put away products and the unassigned storage locations by applying association rule mining. With AIX, the storage location assignment problem (SLAP) can be formulated and solved as a binary integer programming. To evaluate the performance of DMSA, a real-world order database of a distribution centre is obtained and used to compare the results from DMSA with a random assignment approach. It turns out that DMSA outperforms random assignment as the number of put away products and the proportion of put away products with high turnover rates increase.     

A Dependence-Trust Modelm of Export Alliance Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

Abstract

This paper focuses on the export performance of US environmental technology (EnviroTech) firms, which are predominantly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We conceptualize and empirically test a model of perceived export performance contingent upon the perceived effectiveness of host country partner (HCP) alliances, dependence, and trust in the HCP. We find that US SME EnviroTech firms contemplating exports need two critical ingredients for success. First, they must forge close, cooperative, long-term strategic alliances with HCPs for mutual benefit. And second, they must pay specific attention to building trust in the HCP in order to achieve greater success with the strategic alliance and exports. Though dependence on a host country partner increases the vulnerability of the exporter and detracts from an effective alliance, trust is the antidote that can neutralize the negative impact of dependence.     

Case Studies of Technological Change and Organisational Culture

Abstract

This paper focuses on technology as a central force in shaping cultural and environmental conditions as well as their interrelationships within an organisation. The research was carried out in Systems India Ltd., a subsidiary of Systems Corporation of USA, which is one of the oldest multinational corporations in the world. The two case studies from Systems India Ltd. bring out the ‘role of strategy in technological changes’ and the ‘role of leadership in technological changes.’ The findings of these two case studies when compared with three partner companies in similar industry indicated similar relationship between culture and technological change and organisational culture in Systems India Ltd.
