对于变截面梁受弯变形位移的计算,文章利用样条函数构造位移函数,对样条节点之间的梁段进行刚度离散,先求出各梁段独立的势能泛函,再根据能量守恒原则及“势能求和”,利用变分原理使问题得以求解。本法满足一定的工程精度要求,易于编程,适用于桥梁、房屋等大跨度变截面梁结构的位移计算,具有一定的工程实际参考价值。

Internal control quality and relationship‐specific investments by suppliers and customers

This paper investigates the association between the quality of internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) and relationship‐specific investments by suppliers/customers. I find a significant negative association between the disclosure of a material weakness (MW) in ICOFR and changes in the relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers. Relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers have a stronger negative association with inventory‐related MW. The negative association between MW disclosures and the relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers is stronger when economic dependence between the firms and the suppliers/customers is more important and when the suppliers/customers have greater bargaining power. Also, suppliers/customers significantly increase their relationship‐specific investments following the remediation of ineffective ICOFR. Overall, my findings show that a firm's quality of ICOFR affects the relationship‐specific investment decisions of suppliers/customers.

孟津煤矿11011综采工作面切眼大断面全煤锚网支护技术初探

传统综采工作面切眼掘进普遍采用梯形断面,支护方式多采用木棚或者双工字钢棚进行支护,进行分次刷扩,掘进速度慢,材料消耗大,配置人员多,劳动强度大,人工费用高,安全系数相对较低。且此种传统的切眼支护方式制约工作面安装速度,安装过程中存在较大安全隐患。针对此种情况,孟津矿通过现场观测,验证锚网支护的合理性,达到了降低支护成本,改善支护状况,提高掘进速度,加快工作面安装,最终实现孟津矿井如期投产。     

Bad beta good beta,state‐space news decomposition and the cross‐section of stock returns

This study employs an innovative market‐based approach, where return on equity (ROE) is employed as a proxy for cash‐flow news and a state‐space model is used for market news decomposition. We document that the bad beta good beta (BBGB) model of Campbell and Vuolteenaho (2004) explains about 30 per cent of the cross‐sectional variations in US stock returns. We also find that the BBGB model adequately explains the size effect leading to its superior performance in this area. Our method controls for the news decomposition method and market news proxies’ bias. We contribute to the literature by providing an alternative easy‐to‐implement and consistent market‐based method for news decomposition.
