英语教学中使用汉语的作用与设计

对我国英语教学中汉语使用问题虽然有不同观点,但对于英语教师来说,适量使用汉语进行教学,无疑可以提高教学效率、增加学生信心和保持学习兴趣,并对促进教师的专业化成长不无裨益。同时,在实际教学设计中,通过适量汉语的运用,必然能够提高学生的英语交际能力。

企业资源视角下突破式创新的内部驱动因素研究进展与未来展望

在产品创新中,突破式创新是企业获得核心竞争力和保持长期发展的关键。研究突破式创新的评价体系,探索企业内部影响突破式创新的驱动要素对于提升企业研发水平,提高产品创新能力具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章在企业资源视角下梳理和分析了国外关于突破式创新的相关文献,概括出突破式创新的基本属性,总结了企业内部影响突破式创新驱动要素——战略导向、高层管理者、组织结构、跨部门因素。文章最后归纳了突破式创新驱动模型对于国内产品创新研究的启示,并对突破式创新研究未来深入的方向进行了展望。     

上市公司财务虚假的成因--基于股东投票权完备性角度的研究

我国上市公司财务虚假的主要表现形式有利润操纵、利益转移、借关联交易调控损益以及少分配和不分配现金股利。而大股东投票权的非完备性:拥有股权的不可交易性,成为上市公司财务虚假的根本原因。     

Between relaxation and excitement: activities and benefits gained in retirees' tourism

While most studies that focused on older adults' tourism behaviour have used quantitative methods, most studies that focused on benefits that older adults gain from tourism have used qualitative methods. Thus, the associations between seniors' tourism behaviour and its results, namely, the benefits gained, were never explored. This study aimed to examine these associations. The study was based on a national mail survey of 298 Israeli retirees, who travelled abroad at least once in the year prior to the survey. Results indicated that there are nine factors of destination activities and five factors of benefits gained, which are intricately interrelated. In addition, four differentiated sub‐segments were identified based on their destination activities, but the differences between them in terms of benefits gained were rather minor. These findings suggest a balance mechanism in older adults' tourism that leads to maximization of benefits in different activities and/or circumstances. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

上市公司股权激励问题探析

股权激励制度曾被视为降低经理层代理成本、完善公司治理的良方,但安然事件等一系列公司丑闻逐渐暴露出该制度的弊端。近年来股权激励制度在我国上市公司迅速推广,一些公司通过股权激励取得了“公司业绩增长,股价上涨,投资者受益,公司高管暴富”的“多赢”局面,实际上在表面繁荣、貌似合法与市场化的背后隐藏着大量问题,部分公司的股权激励已被扭曲为公司管理层牟取暴利的寻租工具。这表明,在资本市场有效性程度低、上市公司治理不规范的情况下,不宜大规模推广股权激励制度。     

兴趣使高职学生爱上学英语

很多高职学生不喜欢学习英语,归根结底是因为对英语不感兴趣。从兴趣入手进行教学,既能提高学生学习英语的积极性与主动性,又利于培养学生应用英语的能力,提高学生的英语综合素质。针对目前高职学生英语学习的现状,文章从教学的角度出发,对高职学生英语学习兴趣的培养进行阐述。     

Senior Pleasure Tourists: Examination of Their Demography,Travel Experience,and Travel Behavior Upon Visiting the Bangkok Metropolis

The senior travel market has become an increasingly important area of interest to travel agents. This study examines senior travellers based on their travel experience, behavior, and overall experience on visiting Thailand, in terms of their age, marital status, and education. In this study, a sample of 384 senior foreign tourists responded to a survey carried out at the Bangkok International airport. Seniors are shown not to be a uniform conservative market, which has implications for product development. Profiles differed in the priority attached to travel experience factored into health, safety, language, itineraries, and general conditions in connection with travel. Travel behavior of seniors also differs in terms of types of tour, lodging preference, outdoor activity, mode of transportation, type of information used, and people travelled with. Recommendations based on these findings have strategic implications for travel companies and travel organizers.
