大断面强流变软岩硐室加固技术相似模拟试验研究

针对鹤煤九矿井下硐室出现浆皮开裂、底臌等类似现象,采用相似模拟的方法,以鹤煤九矿31采区避难硐室临近硐室群实际地质资料为基础,研究分析了给定应力环境下不同支护方式时硐室围岩的变形破坏情况、失稳过程。作者认为,随着顶部压力的逐渐改变,顶板裂隙逐渐增加,裂隙深度和宽度逐步增加,巷道出现离层、底鼓,进而呈现大面积破坏。该结果对区段巷道布置与加固方案优化有一定的参考价值。     

对国内外砂土地震液化评价介绍及比较

本文通过应用国内外不同的勘察规范对同一个工程场地的地震液化等级划分的计算及评价介绍,得出了一个采用不同规范,可取得比较一致的地震砂土液化等级的结论。     

Anchoring of inflation expectations in the euro area: Recent evidence based on survey data

This article analyses the anchoring of inflation expectations of professional forecasters and consumers in the euro area. We study anchoring, defined as the central bank's ability to manage expectations, by paying special attention to the impact of the ECB inflation target and ECB inflation projections on inflation expectations. Our analysis indicates that in the post-crisis period longer-term inflation expectations have become somewhat more sensitive to shorter-term ones and to actual HICP inflation. We also find that the ECB inflation projections have recently become more important for short- and medium-term expectations of professional forecasters and at the same time the role of the ECB inflation target for those expectations has diminished. Overall, our analysis suggests that in recent years inflation expectations in the euro area have shown some signs of de-anchoring.     

Does hospitality diversity education make a difference in undergraduate students’ emotional intelligence

Soft skills are typically referred to as the attributes exhibited or contained by an individual that display his/her ability to interact with others. Two types of soft skills that are often discussed within the hospitality industry are diversity awareness and emotional intelligence. Diversity may be explained or defined as a state of unlikeness, the conditions of being different, and all things that make us different. Areas where differences may exist include race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political affiliation and emotional reaction. Emotional intelligence (EI) has been defined as the ability to perceive, understand, regulate, and harness emotions in the self and others. How one deals with emotion is one characteristic that varies from culture to culture. Research has shown that EI may be a contributing factor in a moment of truth being considered a failure or success. The purpose of this study was to examine if undergraduate student EI scores change after completing a diversity issues course. Students completed the Assessing Emotions Scale on the first class day. At the conclusion of the 15-week course covering approximately 20 diversity issues concepts students completed the same EI assessment. Paired sampled t-testing was conducted to determine whether mean differences existed when comparing post and pre-course scores. Results of this study suggest that certain components of EI are significantly changed after taking the diversity issues course.     

我国台湾地区儿童福利问题研究

儿童是社会的未来，是民族的希望。儿童福利是社会福利的重要组成部分，在经济高速发展的当今社会，福利体系的建设中儿童福利的发展与完善显得尤为迫切。笔者通过对儿童福利事业发展较为先进的台湾地区进行研究，从法律和政策、行政体系、发展趋势等几个方面进行剖析，最终分析台湾地区儿童福利发展对我国相关问题上的启发，以期对我国儿童福利体系建设起到积极作用。     

内陆开放型经济试验区引入信用评级机构的相关问题研究

信用评级具有减少信息不对称、实现社会资源优化配置、促进经济良性发展的润滑剂作用,因此,宁夏内陆开放型经济试验区引入信用评级机构十分必要。结合宁夏实际,分析信用评级机构的发展模式,认为内陆开放型经济试验区引入信用评级机构应当采取＂政府推动、市场运作、人行监管＂模式,并且引入后应从提升业务人员水平、完善监管方法、加强业务指导等方面,推动信用评级机构健康发展。     

极软表土层支护技术研究

通过对回风斜井的围岩性质及巷道破坏原因分析,结合数值模拟,提出了U型钢支架与短锚杆全长锚固巷道底角加锚索并喷射混凝土封闭围岩支护治理方案。经实验表明,上述方案的实施取得了良好的支护效果。     

长株潭地区失地农民权益保障现状、问题及对策

伴随长株潭城市群的发展,不可避免地产生了失地农民这一弱势群体。对长株潭地区失地农民的生活、工作、保险与医疗保障方面的现状调查与分析表明,失地农民保障存在方式单一,力度不够,内容和体系不健全,保障缺乏长远性、层次性与差异性等问题,需要采取多元化的保障方式,提高保障力度、完善保障体系等措施加以解决。     

基于应用层通道的局域网出口流量控制策略设计

广域网流量需求的急剧扩张和局域网运营方出口带宽的矛盾迫使流量控制节点被部署到局域网关键链路当中。分析了网络用户的流量需求。从局域网运营方的角度出发,阐述了基于应用层通道的流量控制的原理、原则和目标。设计了流量控制的四类通道和两种策略的方案。     

Effects of Network Embeddedness on the Relationship Between Environmental Volatility and Interfirm Contracts

Purpose: This study examines the effects of an embedded network on the contractual relationship between exchange parties under conditions reflecting varying levels of environmental volatility and investigates the role of an important network factor—the embedded network—in the contractual relationship between manufacturers and their suppliers.

Methodology: The empirical test was conducted with manufacturing companies in the context of manufacturer–supplier relationships. Construct measures were based on existing measures and previous research. Measurement reliability and validity were established using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and an overall measurement model was assessed with structural equation modeling using LISREL.

Findings: The results of a survey of manufacturers indicate that firms in an embedded network preferred “soft” contracts even when they face volatile environments, whereas those facing volatile environments in a less embedded network preferred “hard” contracts with explicitly specified written requirements. Network partners carefully evaluated embedded networks (a critical factor that has not received enough attention) before forming contractual relationships in a network perceiving interfirm relationships differently.

Originality: The study introduces network embeddedness to explain governance mechanisms in volatile environments and shows that the explicit recognition of embedded network may facilitate the development of contracts with specific provisions as the contractual relationship evolves.
