网络教学平台的学生成绩分析管理模块实现方法初探

该文从笔者参与开发的网络教学平台的总体功能出发,介绍了利用JSP/Servlet技术,开发基于Web的网络教学平台的成绩分析管理模块的数据处理方法和实现框架,对网络教学的测量与评价方法作初步的探讨。     

功能性监管:我国金融监管模式的最佳选择

在全球金融业混业经营的共同趋势下,我国现行的机构性监管模式面临巨大的挑战。功能性金融监管是基于金融体系基本功能而设计的更具连续性和一致性,并能实施跨产品、跨机构、跨市场协调的监管,因而是金融业混业经营下金融监管模式的最优选择。本文在借鉴国外功能性监管框架基础上,对构建我国功能性金融监管模式进行了探讨。     

提升黑龙江省粮食加工产业整体竞争优势的策略研究

黑龙江省发展粮食加工产业具有一定的区域优势,但要将粮食加工产业的原粮种植、加工产量与需求的数量、资源等优势转变为竞争优势,必须通过发展质量农业、延伸产业链、发展产业集群、技术创新、整体市场营销和区域品牌营销、构建具有竞争力的粮食加工产业价值链等策略的实施才能发挥其整体竞争优势,促进粮食加工产业结构优化升级,提升黑龙江省粮食加工产业的整体竞争力.     

"泛珠三角"经济圈产业梯度转移研究

生产成本上升,资源瓶颈,腹地狭小已成为“大珠三角”发展的“软肋”,在以上方面,其他8省区相对于“大珠三角”则能优势互补,产业梯度转移成为泛珠三角区域产业发展的迫切要求。根据区域产业梯度转移规律,泛珠三角各省区具备了产业梯度转移的各项条件。在产业转移过程中,应发挥各地区的比较优势,以大珠三角为龙头,通过由港澳——粤闽发达省份——其他欠发达省份级差转移的“雁形发展模式”实施产业转移。另外,在转移中,应注重发挥企业的主体作用和政府的协调作用。     

产权、市场结构与中国银行业绩效

本文引入产权结构变量修正了传统的SCP(结构—行为—绩效)分析框架,并基于该框架利用截面数据模型实证分析了2000-2004年间以产权改革为主导的中国银行业绩效的影响因素。实证结果表明,产权结构单一和行业过于集中是影响银行业效率和绩效提升的两个主要因素;产权和市场结构对国有商业银行和股份制商业银行绩效影响是不同的,产权结构和市场机构对国有商业银行绩效影响显著,而对于股份制商业银行,市场结构对绩效的影响更大。因此,当前银行业改革在侧重于产权改革的同时不能忽视行业市场结构的优化。     

比较优势分析：大连旅游业发展的新思路

当前城市旅游市场间的竞争日趋激烈,面对旅游市场出现的新变化,大连市的旅游业发展需要转变旧思路。利用比较优势理论分析,大连市要立足自身特色旅游资源,并参照国内潜在竞争城市进行比较分析,力争形成具有差异化的市场竞争态势。在充分利用已有的完备的城市旅游基础设施的基础上,大连市要加大对独特地海洋旅游资源优势的利用,开发具有特色的海洋旅游产品,塑造大连本土的浪漫的海洋旅游文化。     

The effect of management commitment to service quality on employees’ affective and performance outcomes

A service recovery performance model is proposed and tested with data from frontline bank employees in Turkey. The model is derived from Bagozzi's (1992) reformulation of attitude theory. The empirical results suggest that top management commitment to service quality, as manifested by frontline employees' appraisal of training, empowerment, and rewards, has a significant effect on their perceptions of service recovery performance. The influence of management commitment to service quality on service recovery performance is mediated by frontline employees' affective commitment to their organization and job satisfaction. Implications of the results and further research avenues are discussed. 媒体经济作为中国市场经济的产物,有其特定的市场内涵、运行轨迹、运作模式以及未来走向。中国媒体产业在完全实现由计划经济向市场经济的转化之后,中国现代媒体经济走向世界就成为必然。     

加强科技创新,促进西部地区小康社会建设

十六大提出的“全面建设小康社会”的目标和“走新型工业化道路”，对科技工作提出了新要求，必须坚持“科教兴国”战略。大力推进科技创新，努力为我国先进生产力和先进化的发展，为维护和实现我国最广大人民的根本利益，为实现全面建设小康社会的目标，不断地贡献智慧和力量。西部大开发必须走科技创新之路，必须在科技进步和人力资源的开发上做章。     

民营企业内部控制制度建设探索

我国民营企业的内部控制及其制度体系存在产权“独吃”与内部决策的“独断”、内部组织与人事控制薄弱且手段落后、内部控制制度不健全且执行体系涣散等问题，必须通过组织结构控制制度建设、人事控制制度建设和业务控制制度建设构建我国民营企业现代内部控制制度体系。
