基于功能组分解原理的高压配电网可靠性评估方法及其应用

基于功能组分解原理,提出了同时考虑变电站主接线形式和高压配电网结构的可靠性评估模型;建立了包括系统性指标和节点性指标的可靠性指标体系;基于潮流计算和最优理论,建立了反映系统故障行为和优化校正行为的可靠性评估算法。并将上述方法应用于某市2015年高压配电网结构方案的可靠性评估。研究表明,通过该方法得到的高压配电网可靠性评估结果真实可信,该方法具有良好的应用前景。     

评价石油装备安全可靠性的一种新方法

为了能较全面、准确、高效地评价石油装备的安全可靠性，开展石油装备的运行可靠性研究和状态监测、故障诊断的研究工作，并将这两项研究工作有机地结合起来是十分必要的。方法的要点是：利用设备运行和大修的历史记录，研究设备的运行可靠性；选择合适的监测与诊断参数，建立数据库进行积累，了解故障的发生、发展趋势，进行定性和定量分析，用可靠性理论和方法研究故障发展的规律，探讨故障产生的原因，故障发展的速率，进而预测设备工作寿命。最后结合钻井泵研究的实际，探讨了此项方法的可行性。     

价值工程在工业企业低碳生产中的应用研究

本文以工业企业为研究对象,分析了工业企业低碳生产的现状,发现了工业企业能源消耗量大、低碳减排潜力巨大的特点。在价值工程和低碳经济的研究基础上,给出了价值工程的扩展公式,并将此扩展公式运用到工业企业的低碳生产之中,为工业企业降低碳排放,发展低碳生产提供了有效途径。     

石油化工工艺管道安装几个关键环节的质量控制

结合中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司炼化一体化项目工艺管道安装实例,介绍了石油化工装置工艺管道安装质量控制要点以及以工序施工过程质量控制保证整体安装质量的措施。结果表明:由于采取材料验收、加工预制、组对焊接、无损检测等管道安装关键环节的质量控制措施,使该工程工艺管道安装一次合格率达到了96%以上。工艺管道系统经管道试压包程序进行强度及气密性联合试验,二者达到设计文件及规范要求,确保了装置开车一次成功。     

Technology‐push,market‐demand and the missing safety‐pull: a case study of American Airlines Flight 587

Through a critical case study of the crash of American Airlines Flight 587, this paper draws upon ‘the Social Shaping of Technology’ (SST) approach to offer a reconceptualisation of the technology‐push and market‐demand model for High‐Reliably Organisations (HROs), providing support for a third factor, called here a ‘safety‐pull’. A safety‐pull is defined as organisationally supported reflexivity in which technology innovators and frontline operators collaborate to consider the potential implications of adopting new technologies in HROs and the complex ways this change may impact human operators' work performance, often in risky and unanticipated ways. In contrast to accidents occurring solely as the result of individual operator error, analysing the safety‐pull provides a way to tease out the wide range of factors that can contribute to HRO failures and offers a new SST perspective through which to examine high‐risk operations.

新粤浙管道工程管材采购质量控制措施与建议

针对新粤浙管道工程的特点,在对川气东送管道工程的管材采购经验进行总结的基础上,从管材标准制定、供应商管理、全过程质量控制及科学管理的角度,对采购质量控制问题进行了探讨,并提出了加强管材采购质量控制的措施和建议。     

工科高校综合性经济类公选课设置研究

为了培养工科学生经济学素养,提高其分析问题、认识问题的能力,特别是为工科学生将来从专业技术岗位走向管理岗位打下良好的基础,文章针对工科高校开设经济类公选课客观存在的主要问题,提出工科高校应设置综合性经济类公选课。综合性经济类公选课的设置能从师资队伍、学生学习时间方面解决教学资源和需求的冲突问题。由于是面对没有经济学基础的工科学生设置的公选课,其课程内容应从经济学基础性知识入手,涉及知识面广,密切联系实际。在课程设计中,既要关注工科高校经济学学习氛围的营造,又要考虑工科学生主动性问题意识淡薄的客观性,同时,在内容设计方面需要秉承一些基本设计原则。     

Making sense of complex data using interactive data visualization

An important role for accountants today is to provide decision support to senior management by assisting them in the analysis of large, complex data sets. Interactive data visualization (IDV) facilitates this process by allowing users to navigate, select, and display data via an easy-to-use interface often used as a component of data analytics. Given the increasing popularity of IDV as a tool for making sense of complex data, it is important that accountants become familiar with and learn how to use this technology. This case provides a hands-on opportunity to organize complex accounting data to create IDVs for decision makers to use. Further, the case enables students to understand the potential impact of IDVs on preparers and users of accounting information. Students will assume the role of a division controller in a hypothetical company and create an IDV to assist the chief executive officer (CEO) in decision making.     

The α-stable processes and their relationship with the exponent of self-similarity: Exchange rates of USA Dollar,Canadian Dollar,Euro and Yen

This research work analyzes the yields of the exchange rate parities of the American dollar, Canadian dollar, Euro, and Yen; estimates the basic statistics and the α-stables; carries out the Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Anderson–Darling, and Lilliefors goodness of fit tests; estimates the self-similar exponents and carries out the t and F tests, ruling out that the series of parities are multifractal. It also estimates the confidence intervals of the exchange rate parities and concludes that the estimated α-stable distributions are more efficient than the Gaussian distribution to quantify the risks of the market, and that the series are self-similar. Through the ? index, we can infer the risk of the events, indicating that the parities are anti-persistent and thus have short-term memory, mean reversion, and a negative correlation with the high risk in the short and medium term. The estimation and validation of the α-stable distributions and the self-similar exponent are important in the evaluation and creation of innovative investment instruments through financial engineering, risk administration, and the evaluation of derived products.
