提升中老年人体育参与因素的分析与建议

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对现阶段老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况及影响因素进行归纳、分析和研究,以了解目前老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况,找出制约老年人大众体育参与的因素,为提升老年人在大众健身中的体育参与水平提供参考。     

Cross-cultural competence in the context of NGOs: bridging the gap between ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’

Abstract

International human resource management research in non-governmental organisations (NGOs) is scarce and it predominantly focuses on the recruitment and retention of volunteers. The context of NGOs is different from conventional for-profit international business settings with different kinds of challenges, especially in terms of providing appropriate training on managing multi-cultural teams and working with local project partners and communities. The literature also tends to focus on expatriate perspective and not on a host country perspective. We address this gap by examining how project managers and hosts experience cross-cultural issues on overseas assignments. We study volunteer project managers leading international and local youth volunteers during the Raleigh International programme in Malaysia. We use a qualitative methodology and data collected at 3 case locations via participant observation during 120 days contact with the respondents as well as interviews and surveys. We propose the CPACE (Curiosity, Passion, Adaptability, Communication and Empathy) framework describing competences needed in cross-cultural encounters and based on respondents’ actions as well as their words and it is relevant to a NGO context. The framework is intended to lay the foundation for future research and in particular to demonstrate the need for cross-cultural competence to be more grounded in particular contexts.

和谐社会的构建和社会体育的发展是一脉相承的互动关系：和谐社会的构建将推动社会体育协调、快速的发展，社会体育的发展将加速和谐社会构建的进程。经济发展的非均衡，城乡二元结构凸显等是和谐社会构建过程中社会体育发展所面临的问题。坚持以人为本理念，促进经济协调发展，营造和谐社会体育环境，深化体育体制改革，提高群众健身意识，加强对群众体育的组织和指导等是和谐社会下促进社会体育发展的重要举措。     

Are multinational teams more successful?

Teams have become increasingly multinational in many sectors. The impact of national diversity on team performance is, however, controversial. On the one hand, multinational teams may have access to a greater variety of task-relevant expertise, which should increase the team performance. On the other hand, national diversity may complicate team collaboration and increase team conflict. Applying panel econometrics to 4284 team observations in a globalized sector, we find evidence that multinational teams perform worse than teams with less national diversity.     

河南省普通高校高水平运动队发展研究

从河南省普通高校高水平运动队发展现状来看,河南省普通高校高水平运动队存在运动队规模相对较小、教练水平有待提高、管理机制不完善、训练条件不足以及比赛偏少等制约因素。因此,要不断加强教练员的培训及引进工作,完善教练员的激励机制、运动员的管理体制和竞赛机制,积极改善训练条件,从而促进普通高校高水平运动队的健康发展。     

新课标下高中体育课遇到的问题及对策研究

普通中学《体育与健康课程标准》的实施,受到了学生的欢迎,在很大程度上调动了学生学习体育的积极性,但在选项课的实施过程中也遇到了一些问题,在实践中我们寻求相应的对策,以保证改革的顺利进行。     

陕西省高校大学生课外足球运动开展现状与分析

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,以陕西省10所普通高校为研究对象,对陕西省高校的课外足球活动的现状展开调查,结果发现学生足球兴趣很高,场地少,无人组织、指导是影响足球课外活动开展的主要因素,并提出了多开展小型足球活动,安排专门教师指导、组织学生进行开外足球活动等合理化的建议。     

陕西省高职院校体育生存现状调查研究

职业类院校的体育教学,是以提高劳动者的身体素质、预防不同的职业疾病为主要目标。高职院校体育,正是以提高职业身心素质,补偿职业差别所致的身心片面发展,防治职业病患,从而提高和保持劳动生产率与健康水平为目的的体育活动。     

关于完善我国城市社区休闲健身服务的几点建议

在现代社会,社区的发展不仅是城市化的一个重要的衡量指标,同时也为满足城市居民精神需求和健康需求发挥着不可或缺的作用。因此,发展社区休闲健身运动可以有力地推动城市健身休闲运动的可持续发展。笔者将借鉴国外开展全民健身运动的相关做法,对我国城市社区休闲健身运动的发展提出一些建议。     

我国乡村居民体育消费滞后的社会学分析

采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳方法,对我国乡村居民体育消费的重要性、体育消费的现状以及我国农村体育消费的基本方式剖析的基础上,提出经济发展制约着乡村体育消费的发展;传统的生活方式羁绊着农村体育消费发展;广大农民对体育认识的滞后是阻碍体育消费的绊脚石;政府体育支出对农村体育消费行为的影响意义深远。
