产业结构调整与大学生就业影响研究

近年来,我国经济迅速发展,产业结构不断调整优化,形成更多对高端人力资源的需求。而我国大学毕业生的就业形势却越来越严峻,很多大学生面临毕业等于失业的尴尬局面,其原因在于高校输出的大学毕业生与市场需求不符。文章分析了产业结构与就业的发展趋势,剖析了大学生就业难的原因,提出了解决产业结构调整对大学生就业影响的对策。     

The importance of career goal in relation to academic performance: a case study of hospitality management students

ABSTRACT

Hospitality management programs have commonly offered exclusive learning opportunities to talented students in order to keep “brains” in the industry. While academic performance indices are often used to identify “brains” in the education sector, scant research has empirically examined whether “brains” are intended to stay in the industry. This study surveyed 304 hospitality management students and examined the relationships between their career-goal related factors and academic performance. Findings indicate that career goal and positive job valence toward the hospitality industry are significantly related to academic performance. The results of this study contribute to the limited literature on the relationship between career goal and academic performance.     

Hospitality and tourism student and alumni perspectives: promotion expectations,academic and experience adjustments,and career growth

Preparing qualified graduates for the tourism and hospitality industry who will stay and achieve promotional success is paramount. The objectives of this research project were to determine promotional advancement expectations and strategies to improve promotional opportunities. Two separate questionnaires, with both open and close-ended questions, were sent to upper classmen/women in hospitality and tourism programs and alumni of the same programs. In total, 717 (409 students and 308 alumni) completed the questionnaires. Chi-square tests were run to determine differences between student and alumni responses. To assist in analysis of open-ended responses, Atlas.ti was used. There was a statistically significant difference between students and alumni responses in regards to promotional expectations; students expected it to take a significantly longer time to receive a promotion to supervisor or manager than alumni. Overall, students and alumni indicated strategies such as more real-world-focused courses with hands-on experiences.     

Learning through engagement: undergraduate students engaging in community-based participatory research (CBPR) in hospitality and tourism education

This paper discusses how instructors can engage their students in community-based participatory research (CBPR) projects that involve not only research on a topic but also include community stakeholders in the research process and provide opportunities for service learning. CBPR is defined, examples of effective CBPR student projects are presented, the possible benefits and drawbacks of CBPR student projects are offered, and tips for conducting successful CBPR projects with hospitality and tourism students are provided.     

高师生学业成绩与家庭因素的相关性调查分析

通过对在皖高师院校学生个人及家庭情况抽样问卷调查分析后发现:高师生学业成绩总体上与其所在家庭经济收入、父母期望水平等因素有显著正相关,还与所在年级高度相关。高师院校要教育学生端正学习态度;灵活制订课程计划;引导学生树立正确的消费观念;保持与学生家庭的联系。     

当代大学生价值观的调查与分析

以笔者所在学院大学生为研究对象,对其思想、学习、生活和就业等方面进行问卷调查分析。当前,弘扬爱国主义、以人为本、建设和谐校园和加强责任感教育,是引导大学生树立社会主义核心价值观的基本内容。     

强化大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育

在大学生就业指导工作中强化思想政治教育十分重要。要有针对性地帮助大学生解决就业过程中遇到的困难和问题,尤其要教育和引导毕业生认清就业形势,更新就业观念,帮助其了解就业政策,提高求职技巧,调整就业预期,减轻并逐渐消除心理压力,尽快实现就业。     

对改进高校学生公寓管理工作模式的思考

高校学生公寓是大学生重要的生活和学习场所。无论是传统的公寓管理模式还是社会服务模式都有利弊。发挥学生公寓的育人作用,高校要坚持后勤社会化的改革方向,在公寓管理工作中,要让学生参与,实行民主管理,努力把管理、服务与思想政治教育结合起来。

重视"以学生发展为中心"的课程理念,并不意味着降低和排斥体育教师的指导作用,教师应关注体育课程内容资源的开发,营造良好的课堂教学氛围,提高学生的学习兴趣,促进学生的发展。     

贵州省高校思想政治课现状研究

采用个案问卷调查法,对贵阳市7所本科高校学生思想政治课教学效果、教师素质、教学方式、教学内容、实践教学、教学辅导、思想政治教育对学生的实际生活影响以及学生对该课的教学要求进行了调查,结果显示,当前思想政治教育现状存在一定程度的不足,需学校进一步提高对思想政治课的重视程度,提高教师的整体素质,采取各种有效措施加强高校学生对思想政治课的认同。
