大学英语教学生态模式研究

生态语言教学观是近几年西方学者将生态学理论与社会文化理论相结合而形成的。它为外语教学模式的研究提供了新的视角和更广阔的空间。大学英语教学生态模式通过对生态化教学内容和方法的选择将教师、学习者、语言和环境和谐、高效地连接起来,有利于提高英语教学质量。     

Analyzing the impact of intermodal-related risk to the design and management of biofuel supply chain

This study presents a mathematical model that designs a reliable multi-modal transportation network for a biofuel supply chain system, where intermodal hubs are subject to site-dependent probabilistic disruptions. The disruption probabilities of intermodal hubs are estimated by using a probabilistic model which is developed using real world data. We developed an accelerated Benders decomposition algorithm to solve this challenging NP-hard problem. Numerical analysis show that the model selects to use intermodal hubs located in areas with low disruption probabilities. In case of a disaster, the reliable solution results in 6.21% savings over the minimum cost solution.     

Utilizing the access value of customers

Customers are critical resources for the success of any business, not only because they bring in sales and profits directly, but also because of their access value in a world that is becoming increasingly interconnected. However, the mechanisms by which the customer access value may be exploited and the implication for management has not been well understood. Access value can be defined as the worth of utilizing patrons for further marketing and sales of value-added or third party products. The access value, which mainly results from the aggregation of the customer base and customer data, is essentially a corporation's internalized asset. This article shows that the size of the customer base and the extent of engagement have a significant impact on the customer access value. To develop and gain the benefits of customer access value, traditional business models often need to be transformed: firms and platforms should provide free or subsidized products to attract people and then embed value-added products to make money. The success of the new business model depends on not only the right pricing and product strategies, but also an embedding strategy.     

被征地农民征地听证会满意度影响因素研究

研究目的:基于中部某市问卷调查,分析被征地农民征地听证会满意度的影响因素,探索提升听证满意度的改革对策。研究方法:问卷调查、Logistic模型。研究结果:征地听证会地点的合理性、过程的规范性、主持人的中立性、外界专家的参与度、结果的公开性和意见受相关部门的重视程度对满意度有显著正向影响。研究结论:应通过一系列改革完善中国的征地听证制度,推动征地听证从仪式化走向实质化,促进其发挥预期功能,减少征地矛盾。     

Which commercial partners are important for the most recently admitted EU countries?

This paper describes the degree of trade integration inside the European Union (EU) after the fifth enlargement in 2004. To achieve this goal, we build a database of information on trade flows between the new EU countries (EU‐10) and 180 commercial partners in six different sectors from 1999 to 2011. Using the standard gravity model and estimating a difference‐in‐differences specification, we analyze how joining the EU affected the intensity and direction of the EU‐10's trade flows. Our results show that though trade exchanges between the EU‐10 and EU‐15 intensified after 2004, the impact of integration was much more significant to the EU‐10 group.     

短期影响中国商品房房价因素的计量分析--基于31个省市的横截面数据

房价问题是影响国计民生的重要问题之一，分析房价的影响因素具有重要的现实意义。收集2012年北京、天津等31个省市相关指标的横截面数据，尝试在三种不同情况下用经典线性模型进行逐步回归拟合数据，再对不同模型进行比较，从而选出最优模型。最后，通过最优模型分析得出人均可支配收入与失业率是短期内影响中国商品房房价上涨的主要因素。

通过对皖赣线电气化改造地段测量工作的全面总结和分析,意在探讨山区从铁路控制测量到细部测量、从施工测量到竣工测量的一种施作和管理模式。     

低碳经济下企业环境会计研究

以低碳经济为切入点,分析低碳经济下我国企业环境会计的现状和问题,探讨实施环境会计的必要性和我国企业环境会计核算面临的新问题,并在此基础上,阐述了低碳经济下实施企业环境会计的意义,提出完善我国企业环境会计的相关对策。     

A new index of financial conditions

We use factor augmented vector autoregressive models with time-varying coefficients and stochastic volatility to construct a financial conditions index that can accurately track expectations about growth in key US macroeconomic variables. Time-variation in the models׳ parameters allows for the weights attached to each financial variable in the index to evolve over time. Furthermore, we develop methods for dynamic model averaging or selection which allow the financial variables entering into the financial conditions index to change over time. We discuss why such extensions of the existing literature are important and show them to be so in an empirical application involving a wide range of financial variables.     

Supply chain management executives in corporate upper echelons

Supply chain strategies and their implementation have been recognized as a source of competitive advantage. According to the principle “structure follows strategy”, we expect the number of firms having supply chain management (SCM) functions represented on their top management team (TMT) to have increased in the past years. However, little is known about the degree to which executives responsible for SCM functions (i.e., Chief Supply Chain Officers) are present or absent in TMTs and if their presence is related to firm performance. Therefore, we study the TMTs of large US corporations and show that SCM is present in upper echelons, either through executives whose responsibilities explicitly include SCM or indirectly by executives, especially CEOs, who had acquired SCM experience in their previous positions. However, firms׳ operating margins are lower when a Chief Supply Chain Officer is present in the TMT.
