高校辅导员队伍建设的现状审视与路径优化

随着国内外政治形势的变化,社会主义精神文明建设逐步加强,高校人才培养要求不断提高,高校辅导员队伍建设的职业化、专业化发展成为大势所趋,但辅导员队伍建设较快发展的同时也暴露出一些现实问题,审视现状,高校辅导员队伍建设一方面要坚持不移的走职业化建设、专业化培养、专家化使用的道路,这既是现代社会职业发展之需,也是新时期加强与改善大学生思想政治教育之需,更是实现辅导员队伍可持续性发展之需,另一方面应直面现存问题,在解决方案上,争取观念性和制度性的突破,实现辅导员队伍建设的路径优化。     

区域地质调查工作中岩矿鉴定的有关问题探讨及建议

岩矿鉴定在地质调查研究中具有不可取代的重要作用,其工作水平和成果质量对区调工作的质量影响很大.近十多年来,区调岩矿薄片鉴定工作呈现薄弱化趋势.通过论述区调工作中岩矿薄片鉴定的重要作用;系统总结了我国区调岩矿薄片鉴定的4个发展历史阶段;分析了近年来我国区调岩矿薄片鉴定工作中存在的主要问题及其原因;提出了加强区调项目中岩矿鉴定工作、提升区调工作质量的对策和建议.     

发挥市县级矿产资源规划作用的几点思考

市县级矿产资源规划是国家矿产资源规划体系的重要组成部分,第二轮市县级规划编制实施正在全面展开,目前,1356个市县级规划获批准发布。由于各种原因,市县级规划编制实施过程中存在着基础资料缺乏、部门利益协调难、实施难度大等问题。从市县矿政管理特点出发,在规划的组织上、规划内容设定和规划实施管理等方面进一步细化完善,可以更好地发挥市县级矿产资源规划的作用。     

A New Method for Identifying the Effects of Foreign Exchange Interventions

Central banks react even to intraday changes in the exchange rate; however, in most cases, intervention data are available only at a daily frequency. This temporal aggregation makes it difficult to identify the effects of interventions on the exchange rate. We apply the Bayesian Markov‐chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) approach to this endogeneity problem. We use “data augmentation” to obtain intraday intervention amounts and estimate the efficacy of interventions using the augmented data. Applying this new method to Japanese data, we find that an intervention of 1 trillion yen moves the yen/dollar rate by 1.8%, which is more than twice as much as the magnitude reported in previous studies applying ordinary least squares to daily observations. This shows the quantitative importance of the endogeneity problem due to temporal aggregation.     

Asymmetries in Price‐Setting Behavior: New Microeconometric Evidence from Switzerland

In this paper, we follow the recent empirical literature that has specified reduced‐form models for price setting that are closely tied to (S, s) ‐pricing rules. Our contribution to the literature is twofold. First, we propose an estimator that relaxes distributional assumptions on the unobserved heterogeneity. Second, we use the estimator to examine the prevalence of positive price changes in a low‐inflation environment. Our model estimates suggest that, if inflation falls from 0.9% to zero, the share of positive price changes in all price changes falls from 63.6% to 56.2%.     

Innovation dynamics in the EU: convergence or divergence? A cross-country panel data analysis

This paper investigates whether a convergence or divergence of national innovation capabilities of the 15 EU countries occurs in the course of time. An answer to this question permits immediate conclusions with regard to the success prospects of a convergence of per capita incomes and labor productivities within the EU. For the empirical analysis based on patents granted at the US-Patent and Trademark Office, unit root tests for time series and panel data are used to scrutinize the convergence hypothesis. Taking all results together, evidence points to the fact that an absolute convergence of innovation capabilities is an exception. However, for a number of countries the results suggest either conditional convergence or convergence to their own growth paths.

基于数据挖掘的电信客户信用分类模型研究

电信客户信用分析与预测,对于电信运营商在激烈竞争环境下,最大程度的在竞争活动中立于不败之地,具有重要意义。本文采用了SOM聚类算法和用传统经验对客户信用等级评分评级来确定信用等级类标号,再用决策树算法建立两个模型A和B。比较两个模型,选择性能较优者为最终模型并探讨了该模型的实际应用。
