如何有效利用建筑技术经济指标进行施工图设计优化——以某商务办公楼为例

随着城市化建设的不断发展,建设节奏也随之加快,项目建设的周期较之过去也正不断地被压缩。这种现状使得设计者在施工图设计时,对施工图设计的周密性降低,往往对建设成本和施工难易度等方面的考虑不足。这样设计的优化的过程就显得更为重要了,笔者通过多年的实践,以实际的项目为例,从利用建筑经济技术指标的角度探讨施工图设计的优化。     

Idea Competitions under scrutiny: Acquisition,intelligence or public relations mechanism?

Idea Competitions (ICs) are becoming a popular mechanism chosen by firms to perform Open Innovation. They are a way to engage with external sources of knowledge such as individual entrepreneurs and small firms who are asked to submit ideas and compete for a prize. However, little is known about the success of ICs as acquisition mechanisms. The researchers conducted interviews in five multinational companies to evaluate the effects of using ICs as an acquisition mechanism. Although still preliminary, the results of this study show that the success of ICs as an acquisition mechanism remains uncertain because their output (i.e. the number of ideas acquired) is often low compared to the input (i.e. the number of ideas submitted) and effort required to run them (e.g. to vet ideas). Across the cases observed, ICs appear to be more successful at identifying and acquiring early-stage ideas, particularly those outside the current business focus. The study shows that ICs deliver other functional benefits such as improved intelligence and public relations and that these need to be considered as part of the evaluation of the IC's success. The paper concludes by discussing the conditions in which ICs are implemented and the implications for Open Innovation theory.

自我国高校实行扩招和收费制度改革以来,贫困生问题日益突显,成为高校发展过程中的一大难题。现行高校贫困生资助模式以＂奖、贷、助、补、减、勤＂为主,虽可以解决物质之需,但不能解决贫困生的心理和能力等方面的贫困问题。高校要以经济资助为起点,以心理扶持为重点,以能力提升为关键,不断创新贫困生资助模式,从而提高贫困生资助工作的资助效益。     

Riding the wave: explaining cycles in urban mega-project development

This paper examines the complex mix of technological innovation, economics, social networks, ideologies and interest groups that spur the diffusion of certain new mega-project approaches at punctuated moments in time. Situating mega-projects within a context of long-range economic cycles and competitive urban entrepreneurialism on a global scale, cyclical patterns of innovation are identified, where successful early trendsetter mega-projects have stimulated interest groups to promote similar projects in their own cities. The paper concludes that the global diffusion of mega-project innovations are driven by the political and policy lure of achieving major tangible benefits, as well as the potential to convey a powerful set of symbolic messages.

本文分析了互联网给银行业带来改善客户服务、为信用风险管理提供了新的工具和相关数据技术、降低小微企业贷款和消费信贷成本等机遇,同时指出银行会面临人才、激励约束、风险管理等方面挑战.因此银行可以沿着成本和创新两个方向利用互联网和大数据,改造现有流程、提高效率、改进风险管理.

该文从经济学视角论述了市场经济条件下的高校图书馆应树立效益观念，可尝试将投入产出原理运用到图书馆工作中，积极开展读者服务创新，使图书馆有限的人力、物力、财力得到合理配置，提高服务效益，满足读者需求。     

出口导向型企业在目前经济形势下的调整

改革开放以来,出口导向型发展模式大大地推动了出口贸易的迅速发展,加快了产业结构调整与升级,提升了我国的国际地位和影响力,促进了国民经济持续稳定增长。但是,随着国际经济环境和国内宏观经济的变化,出口导向型发展模式面临着许多风险,我国应改变粗放型出口增长方式,提高劳动生产率和科技水平,提高内需对经济增长的拉动作用,加快科技创新,提高核心竞争力。
