消毒供应中心负责全院再生物品的回收,清洗,包装,消毒灭菌。发放无菌物品的重要任务。是控制医院感染的关键科室。针对实习生在医院实习的心理特点,提出相应的带教管理方法,提高教学质量,使护士顺利完成消毒供应中心的教学任务。     

二十世纪中国女性翻译家研究

在二十世纪的中国，一大批杰出的女性翻译家活跃在翻译领域。她们的成就主要体现在外国文学翻译方面。在翻译方法上，她们以直译为主，意译为辅，译文忠实流畅；在翻译风格上，她们温婉、细腻、多样。她们都有着相同的成长环境，优越的家庭条件和良好的教养是她们成就的基础，优秀的创作才能丰富了她们的翻译技巧。尽管她们在翻译领域作出了巨大贡献，但她们的社会地位依然是边缘化的，她们应该受到社会更多的关注。     

“本色译者”与译者本色

"本色译者"应是那些能在翻译实践中逐步形成具有个性化的翻译理论和策略,反之又指导和应用于翻译实践,最大限度地保留原作的风貌,创造出个性化译本的译者。译者本色是指译者的性格、文学修养、个人阅历、生活态度、审美能力等个性化因素,对翻译活动具有重要作用。傅雷和许渊冲是中国翻译界出色的"本色译者"。     

Trainees' reactions to training: shaping groups and courses for happier trainees

The extensive use of training demands more extensive evaluations of its real effects. Human resource scholars attempt to develop multi-dimensional training evaluation models, often ignored by practitioners, whereas training managers tend to evaluate only reaction evaluations, the first dimension in several models. To provide more practically relevant research, this study includes five training parameters in a model that assesses trainees' overall satisfaction with training (OST), which results from perceived usefulness of training, perceived trainer performance and perceived training efficiency. Structured survey data from a sample of 13,753 trainees, grouped in 1230 courses, involving 3047 companies, and financed by an Italian inter-professional fund, confirm the role of all three antecedents of OST. Moreover, of the five course- and participant-related variables, participation of female workers (which is also a moderator variable), the length of the course and the type of target audience influence trainees' OST. These results provide useful implications for practitioners in shaping their courses and audiences to maximise the trainees' reactions.     

大理学院外国语学院2010级学生教育实习调查与研究

本研究以问卷调查法和访谈法对大理学院外国语学院2010级学生为期三个月的教育实习情况开展调查与分析,发现此次实习存在以下5个问题:实习时间安排不够合理、学生教师技能有待提高、实习前的培训与指导需加强、班主任工作缺失以及指导教师未充分发挥指导作用。针对这些问题,作者尝试从学院、实习学生和实习学校三个方面提出意见和建议。     

DEPTH2: developing professional knowledge in D&T secondary initial teacher education

There are various aspects to teachers’ professional knowledge, some such as subject knowledge are more easy to articulate than others, for example knowing how to construct a scheme of work. Student teachers need to be able to understand the various aspects of teachers’ professional knowledge in order to be able to help themselves reflect on and develop these various aspects. This research builds on earlier work conducted with design and technology colleagues in a number of different countries and teacher training institutions (see Banks et al., International Journal of Technology and Design Education, 14, 141–157, 2004). Leach and Banks, together with other colleagues, developed a visual tool for discussing the aspects of professional knowledge that student teachers are required to develop and this formed the basis of this research (Leach and Banks, Investigating the developing ‘Teacher Professional Knowledge’ of student teachers, 1996). The research was carried out with a cohort of 1-year Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) students on a conventional face-to-face programme. There were 11 in the group with six male and five female and the majority were aged under 25; this is atypical of this course both for gender and age, but this constituted the 2004–2005 intake. There were three data collection points: September 2004, on their first day of their course; January 2005 following their first school placement and June 2005 at the end of the course. The findings indicate the students’ development across the PGCE course in each of the areas relating to knowledge of subject, pedagogy and school. In each area there is a growth in their knowledge and a development in the complexity of their understanding. The students’ knowledge developed from a generalised understanding to a more specific and sophisticated one. It is hoped to be able to continue this research during the induction year of each successful student.
