基于三螺旋理论的瑞典政产学合作模式研究

高效的创新体系是瑞典保持国家创新能力和国际竞争力的主要原因,而政产学网络化合作模式是瑞典创新体系的核心环节。在瑞典政产学合作模式下,政府起着创新引领作用,企业起着创新主体作用,大学和研究机构起着创新执行作用,政府、企业和大学相互作用,共同合作,实现三螺旋式上升发展。在我国创新体系建设中,要进一步明确我国政府指导性与服务性的双重角色定位,重视企业的创新主体作用,实现人才培养格局的多元化并完善科技成果转化机制。     

基于耦合模型的中国科技成果转化的社会运行系统的理论研究

本文认为,在科技成果转化过程中,政府、大学、科研院所、中介与企业构成了转化作用的基本主体,这些独立主体是一种耦合作用的单元,可以用耦元进行描述,即这些耦元之间的关系决定了科技成果转化的效率。事实上,这些耦元之间的相互作用存在着复杂性,只有在合适的条件下才可以成功地进行科技成果转化。因此,本文使用生物耦合概念以及原理分析影响科技成果转化的各种核心因素之间的关系,探索影响因素之间的恒定关系,试图找到影响科技成果转化的各种因素相互作用的一般规律,建立合理的科技成果转化管理体系。     

论信托财产权的三重二元结构

我国信托法有关信托财产权配置不明、当事人权利义务不清等问题不解决,即使银监会转变对信托公司的监管思路也无法从根本上化解信托兑付危机。构建信托财产权的“三重二元”结构,即信托财产权包含信托财产物权和债权,信托财产物权由受托人和受益人分别享有,信托财产债权由受托人注意义务和对信托财产享有的债权构成,或可廓清信托公司不能兑付信托计划时的责任承担,赋予受益人竞合性请求权,既可化解刚性兑付危机,亦保障了受益人权益。     

Should We Require Every New Venture to Be a Hybrid Organization?

Critics of entrepreneurial capitalism have argued that entrepreneurship creates dysfunction in individuals, families, communities, and society because entrepreneurs neglect social and environmental dimensions of value in favour of financial value creation. By way of contrast, hybrid organizations, such as Benefit Corporations, are created explicitly to address social and environmental objectives in addition to their financial objective. Therefore, in this paper we explore the consequences of a world of blended value in which every new venture is required to be a hybrid organization. In doing so, we reveal the boundary conditions of current social criticism levied against entrepreneurship and suggest that blended value may best be relegated to the role of ideal or guideline as opposed to normative or legal obligation.

Socio-economic developmental strategies as retail performance indicators: A balanced scorecard approach

This research analyses the commitment to and use of ‘balanced scorecards’ by retailers in generating sustainable profitability, whilst contributing to socio-economic development in South Africa. An international literature review of scorecard frameworks, plans and reports by major retail companies and semi-structured dialogic interviews with a purposive sample of retail business stakeholders and government officials formed the methodology. By contrasting the literature and empirical insights, a summary of findings was generated, which conclude that most retailer scorecards (formal or informal) seek to balance financial with ‘cause-related marketing’ targets, but implementation differs according to factors such as company size, developmental maturity and managerial competence. Furthermore, collaboration between retailers and state institutions in scorecard management is not a reality, as has been achieved in other industries. It is therefore recommended that a Retail Charter scorecard framework be considered, to promote public/private-sector knowledge-sharing and socio-economic development.
