航天发射场设备健康管理系统的功能模块设计

设备健康管理系统对于航天发射场开展设备健康管理活动具有重要作用。在分析设备健康管理系统主要功能的基础上,设计了系统的功能模块,包括数据采集与处理模块、状态监测模块、健康评估与报警模块、故障预测和寿命预测模块、维护维修辅助决策模块、辅助功能模块、专家系统模块等。     

国际油价波动对中国宏观经济影响的实证分析

运用格兰杰因果检验结合脉冲响应函数,来实证分析国际油价波动分别对中国宏观经济的五个变量——消费(C)、投资(I)、政府支出(G)、出口(EX)、进口(IM)的影响;同时,针对油价波动对国民经济各方面产生的影响,提出了一些建议和对策。     

大地震后城市应急功能的思考

随着我国城市规模的不断扩大,城市灾害呈现出群发多样性、时空耦合性、链状分布等新的特点。我国现有的城市应急体系已经不能完全适应城市应急管理的需要,特别是汶川大地震后反映出了我们在城市应急管理方面的一些不足。对存在的不足给予了总结并提出了相关建议,希望能为我们的城市应急管理体系建设提供参考。     

A fuzzy group decision-making approach in quality function deployment

Quality function deployment (QFD) is comprised of two major group decision-making processes. One is to collect the customer requirements from a group of customers, whereas the other is to determine the relationship between customer requirements and technical measures by a cross-functional team. Generally, different and/or even subjective opinions are quite often in a group decision-making process due to the limitations of experience and impreciseness. Obviously, the importance of each customer requirement and the relationship between customer requirements and technical measures are determined by a group of people with imprecision and vagueness. Under such circumstances, a fuzzy group decision-making approach can be applied in QFD to deal with a group decision-making process when the information is imprecise and fuzzy. Moreover, an example is provided as well as the computational steps to show this fuzzy group decision-making approach can be effectively used in QFD to make decisions with imprecision and vagueness.

Regular economies with ambiguity aversion

We consider a family of exchange economies with complete markets where consumers have multiprior preferences representing their ambiguity aversion. Under a linear independence assumption, we prove that regular economies are generic. Regular economies exhibit enjoyable properties: odd finite number of equilibrium prices, local constancy of this number, local differentiable selections of the equilibrium prices.Thus, even if ambiguity aversion is represented by non-differentiable multiprior preferences, economies retain generically the properties of the differentiable approach.     

Three Corrected Score Tests for Generalized Linear Models with Dispersion Covariates

We develop three corrected score tests for generalized linear models with dispersion covariates, thus generalizing the results of Cordeiro , Ferrari and Paula (1993) and Cribari-Neto and Ferrari (1995) . We present, in matrix notation, general formulae for the coefficients which define the corrected statistics. The formulae only require simple operations on matrices and can be used to obtain analytically closed-form corrections for score test statistics in a variety of special generalized linear models with dispersion covariates. They also have advantages for numerical purposes since our formulae are readily computable using a language supporting numerical linear algebra. Two examples, namely, iid sampling without covariates on the mean or dispersion parameter oand one-way classification models, are given. We also present some simulations where the three corrected tests perform better than the usual score test, the likelihood ratio test and its Bartlett corrected version. Finally, we present a numerical example for a data set discussed by Simonoff and Tsai (1994) .     

新公共管理视角下农村民间组织的功能分析——对广西陆川县民间组织的调查与思考

我国的农村民间组织虽有一定发展却存在种种问题,应发挥承担一部分社会公共事务的功能却因为组织发展不完善等原因而难以实现。据此,文章结合新公共管理理论对农村民间组织的发展与组织功能发挥等问题进行分析,提出一些建议。     

社会工作在基层治理专业化中的角色与功能

近年来,我国对居民社区建设的重视度不断提升,社区公共服务团队也在不断壮大,在国家政策的实施以及广大社区管理中,社区管理机构发挥着十分关键的作用。随着城乡居民生活水平的不断提升,传统的管理模式与基层治理手段已经落后,难以满足社区发展与民众生活的多元化以及专业化需求,因此,在社区治理中,融入专业性社会工作已经成为大势所趋。论文结合社会工作参与乡村振兴建设战略所进行的一系列工作,探究社会工作在基层治理专业化道路上扮演的角色,指出社会工作在基层治理专业化中的功能,阐明当前社区治理中的问题,探索促进基层社区治理可持续发展的道路。     

Some general results for moments in bivariate distributions

The purpose of this paper is to present a closed formula to compute the moments of a general function from the knowledge of its bivariate survival function. The result is derived by utilizing an integration by parts formula for two variables, which is not readily available in the literature. Many of the existing results are obtained as special cases. Finally, two examples are presented to illustrate the results. In both the examples, mixed moments as well as moments for the series system and parallel system are obtained. The integration by parts formula in two variables, derived here, is of interest in its own right and we hope that it will be useful in other investigations. The integration by parts formula in two variables is derived as a special case of a general formula in n variables.
