随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视城市规划项目开发审批过程。为了提升城市规划项目中的公众参与,可将其作为正式制度纳入城市规划工作程序中,促进编制的科学化与民主化,积极引导各级群众的参与,实现真正的公众参与。     

关于现代产业经济学前沿问题研究

随着国民经济的发展,现代化经济产业布局基本完成,同时在经济发展过程中涌现出一些现代产业经济学相关问题,探究这些经济学前沿问题对助推现代化经济突破发展瓶颈、实现可持续健康发展有重要意义。基于这一背景,论文首先剖析现代产业经济学前沿问题研究的意义,之后列举当前国内主要存在的一些前沿问题,并提出对应解决策略,以期能够为助推国民经济稳步发展提供一定的理论和实践参考。     

“不期而寓”--青年城市配套综合体可行性调研报告

随着时代发展,独居、年轻化已成为租房人群的关键词。观念的升级和住房租赁政策的完善,使得90后的置业观悄然改变。经过市场调查,市面上还没有针对大学毕业生这一群体的长租公寓,多数是针对有一定经济能力的上班族。因此,大学毕业生的住房需求仅仅通过政府采取措施远远无法满足。论文从国家的宏观政策及市场微观细分因素中的人口因素、地理因素、行为因素等方面对“不期而寓”——青年城市配套综合体进行了分析,为项目的推进提供可靠的数据和科学性支持。     

基于SWMM的老旧小区雨水系统模拟研究

随着我国城市化水平不断提高,城市规模不断扩大,城市洪涝问题日益突出。论文选取东北地区某老旧小区,利用暴雨管理软件SWMM构建了该区域降雨径流模型,模拟了不同重现期设计下的雨水管网运行状况。在此基础上,模拟了低影响开发(LID)措施组合布设的径流控制效果。研究得出,采用LID措施后可以有效控制区域径流总量、削低流量峰值、改善节点溢流情况。     

The New Comparative Political Economy

With the collapse of communism in the late 1980s the field of comparative political economy has undergone major revision. Socialism is no longer considered the viable alternative to capitalism it once was. We now recognize that the choice is between alternative institutional arrangements of capitalism. Progress in the field of comparative political economy is achieved by examining how different legal, political and social institutions shape economic behavior and impact economic performance. In this paper we survey the new learning in comparative political economy and suggest how this learning should redirect our attention in economic development.JEL classification: B53, O10, O20, P0     

广州市区商品住宅空置现状与成因分析

通过实地抽样调查，摸清了广州市区近3年建筑竣工的商品住宅分行政区、分地段、分类型空置状况并分析其原因。认为广州市房地产业发展取得巨大成就的同时，不要忽视商品住宅的空置问题，要切实采取有效措施，积极消化现有空置住宅，以利于广州市房地产业的可持续发展。     

关于建立城市循环经济体系的思考

建设城市循环经济体系是全人类在21世纪努力追求的一个重要目标。本文在比较分析传统经济与循环经济的基础上,重点讨论了城市循环经济体系的基本特征和构建内容,并提出了我国建设城市循环经济体系的思路与对策。     

On the Formation ＆ Growth of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Strip

According to the essential features of urban economic strips, this paper is intended to point out that Chengdu-Chongqing strip has so far been an urban area in geographic or spatial sense, but not an urban economic strip in economic sense. On further basis of analyzing several problems existing in the developrnent of Chengdu-Chongqing economic strip, some countermeasures are correspondingly put forward hereafter.     

The Economics Of Partner Out Trading in Sexual Markets

This paper derives a model of participation in what is commonly known as ‘adultery’. Arguably the best sex survey in the world is used to produce estimates of participation functions. The results show a great deal of support for bioeconomic models and reveal some interesting similarities and differences between the male and female equations.
