中西女性主义社会学的差异研究

本文从社会学角度分析了中西女性主义的差异,分别探讨了哲学层面、家庭观念、个人价值追求等方面的差异,并进一步阐述了西方女性主义对中国女性主义发展的影响。     

价值链治理模式及其拓展研究

格里芬价值链治理模式是目前价值链治理理论中经典的理论模型,但是在新的历史背景下,在产业集群中存在着特定的人文因素和新时期行业协会、政府等公共机构政策都对价值链治理及其价值链上利润的分布产生了重要的影响。本文在格里芬价值链治理模式决定的因素上进行拓展,加入人文因素和公共机构权力因素来进一步完善其治理模式。     

投资者参与、企业内在价值与IPO抑价——基于中国A股市场的经验证据

本文以中国A股市场为背景,以2009～2010年沪深两市通过IPO募集股权资本的上市公司为样本,探讨了投资者参与程度、企业内在价值与IPO抑价之间的关系。研究发现,在诸多影响因素中,以市盈率衡量的企业内在价值与IPO抑价负相关;以中签率和换手率衡量的投资者参与程度,与IPO抑价正相关。较低的中签率和较高的换手率,代表更高的投资者参与热情,通常会导致更高的IPO抑价。此外,诸如IPO规模和行业特征等其他因素也会对IPO抑价产生影响。     

论社会主义核心价值体系与马克思主义大众化

在构建社会主义核心价值体系的过程中,马克思主义是其指导思想,而中国化的马克思主义理论是这一指导思想的核心内容,起着价值观的价值导向作用。如何以社会主义核心价值体系引领当代中国马克思主义大众化进程,将对构建社会主义和谐社会,转变发展方式有着重要意义。     

Marx,Sraffa, and Surplus: Observations Prompted by Garegnani (2018)

ABSTRACT

In a posthumously published article, Pierangelo Garegnani (2018. ‘On the Labour Theory of Value in Marx and in the Marxist Tradition.’) depicts Marx’s project in Capital as that of ‘developing systematically the theory of Ricardo and [the] implications of social conflict’ implied by Ricardo’s ‘surplus approach to value and distribution’. This paper argues to the contrary that Marx’s theory of surplus value and exploitation differs from (neo-)Ricardian surplus theory in fundamental ways, and modifies Garegnani’s simple Sraffian model to illustrate the distinctive implications of Marx’s theory.     

Valuation effects of corporate social responsibility

This paper develops a valuation model of the firm that provides for the expenditure of corporate resources in support of community, social or environmental causes. We show that under certain circumstances CSR expenditures create value for the firm. We also test our model by simulations and confirm that, at least under some conditions, CSR does pay off in the form of value creation.     

Value Orientations, Income and Displacement Effects, and Voluntary Contributions

Identifying the value orientations of subjects participating in market or non-market decisions by having them participate in a ring game may be helpful in understanding the behaviour of these subjects. This experiment presents the results of changes in the centre and the radius of a value orientations ring in an attempt to discover if the measured value orientations exhibit income or displacement effects. Neither significant income effects nor displacement effects are identified. An external validity check with a voluntary contribution game provides evidence that value orientations from rings centred around the origin of the decision-space explain significant portions of voluntary contributions while value orientations from displaced rings do not.     

全球价值链与国内价值链——基于投入产出表的新方法

价值链作为组织和协调经济活动的微观机制,已使经济全球化和增长模式发生了深刻的变化。本文利用来自投入产出表的新方法,测度了广东省和江苏省全球价值链和国内价值链的水平。结果表明,粤苏两省切入全球价值链的倾向高于切入国内价值链的倾向,而对其它省份关联效应较大的行业基本上是中间品行业,且具有自然资源密集的特征。全球价值链与国内价值链之间的互动关系,则关系到我国产业升级的前景和区域经济协调发展的基础。     

Motivations and Use Context in Mobile Tourism Shopping: Applying Contingency and Task–Technology Fit Theories

Mobile tourism shopping is an emerging market, but there is little theoretically based research on the topic. This study investigates the impact of motivations (value, enjoyment, time saving and mobility) on consumer satisfaction by applying contingency and task–technology fit theories in the mobile tourism shopping context. The results show that value and enjoyment have significant effects on satisfaction. Use context is found to have a full mediating role between time saving and satisfaction as well as between mobility and satisfaction. This study offers theoretical and practical contributions to the tourism literature and mobile tourism industry. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
